Brandon did a great job transferring all the files from My husband’s MacBook Pro (2018). The computer screen crashed and for a reasonable amount Brandon was able to recover everything… and in a timely manner!! Plus he was so very kind! Highly recommend!!!

They rushed the job for us and quickly determined what was wrong.They called and asked before they did anything. They did not push for unnecessary repairs. They were clear and explanatory. Don and his employees have always been so responsive to our computer needs. They have never sold us things we didnt need. Everyone @ their Newnan & Peachtree City location is extremely knowledgeable about technology they sell and repair. Running a business these days and being so dependent on our technology can be really stressful but Don and his team always come to our rescue when problems presents themselves. We have been doing business with them for years and will continue for many, many more!

Josh and Brandon were awesome to deal with they helped pick the right parts for the right price for my new gaming rig, I highly recommend both of them. These guys are great.To start off a bought a computer from them 9 months ago and it still works like the day i got it, but that not the main reason for this review.I called up there and asked them if they would be interested in working on a piece of glass manufacturing equipment because there was a possible board issue. Over the phone i explained what the machine did and that is was far from a computer. He response was bring it over! 2 weeks later my machine was fixed and for a amazing price. I was more than overly impressed with them.

Best place I have found for computer work. Josh went way beyond what was needed, helped me quick and got my computer working in less than one day. My work computer went out, I dropped in out of the blue, he took 1 min figured out what it was and said come back in a couple of hours and it will be done. Came back and it was done, then he helped me with some software issues that they had nothing do with, figured it out and got me a working computer. I got a few more things I need fixed and I will be taking them directly to Computer Tech and Josh......

The worst experience Ive ever received from a tech employee. The employee on duty Josh said my device couldnt be repaired but to purchase a newer one. Well, I took it to a family-own tech business a few miles down the road and I was informed it only needed a reboot and system updates due viruses. After a few hours my device was fixed. Im grateful for the fix because my device was very expensive and Important. I only went to Computer Tech because their never busy like the family-own business down the road.

I brought in my two Acer laptops, one of which I thought was a goner. Josh was excellent, professional and was able to fix both laptops -- as I was waiting to pick up my laptops two days later I watched Josh help an older gentleman understand how to use his repaired laptop -- hopefully my computers dont go down again but if they do ill know where to go

These guys are really good. My friend was visiting and had ordered a replacement power cord online from a wholesaler - of course it came and was wrong. So off to Computer Tech USA in Newnan we went. They had what she needed and they very kindly bought back the wrong cord she had ordered. They definitely didn’t need to do that and it was very good of them.

As somewhat of a power user over the past 20 years, I have occasion to use quite a number of Technicians to solve hardware problems and install hardware upgrades. Computer Tech USA (Newnan), more specifically, Josh, Don, and Nick, is the best company I have ever had the pleasure of using. They are extremely knowledgeable technicians, suggest very cost effective hardware upgrades, and are a reliable source of good advice when I need it.

Have taken my Computers (HP, DELL and MAC - yes MAC) and they have always been affordable, complete the work on time, explain the process and more.The owners have always been easy to work with, Brandon who we met at their Peachtree City location is extremely knowledge and all work is completed as agreed. He is now back at the Newnan location and we drive their to have him work on our equipment.Good job!

Josh, and everyone else here, went ABOVE AND BEYOND to fix my MacBook Pro. While redoing the shoddy work from someone else, he went out of his way to repair other things in need to extend the life of my 8 year old computer. After all this was done, he was able to educate me on what to do to keep it running as long as possible. For a grad school student on a budget, I am unbelievably grateful for their help. I will continue to use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone who needs computer repair of any kind.

Absolutely fantastic service! I have been working with Josh at Computer Tech USA in Newnan for a couple of years now. My first issue was a badly crashed hard drive while I was in the Atlanta area (I live in Phoenix, AZ).After I had checked with a couple of other computer repair stores that said it couldnt be recovered, Josh was able to fully recover all of the files. Since then, I have had all my computer issues fixed by Josh and he always gets it perfect. I travel a lot, so damage to my laptops and program corruption happens from time to time and Josh has always got me back up and running in no time. I actually have traveled to Newnan just to have him work on my computer, it is that worth it.I dont think you can go wrong by having your computer issues handled by Computer Tech USA and pricing is very reasonable. I know I have been extremely happy with all the work I ever had done there and have honestly felt saved a couple times.. :)

I needed a fan replaced on my Hp notebook. Was told 3 to 5 days. Was quoted $10.00 for fan and $140.00 labor. Since I was in a hurry I said go ahead. After several calls and excuses, TEN days later I went to the store. the fan order had just that morning been cancelled and they had placed a new order a simple fan mind you. I asked for my notebook back and got it back in pieces. If they will treat me that way they will treat you the same way. They didnt even offer an apology.

I highly recommend these guys! They have kept my computer squared away for school and on several occasions, put a rush on the repairs when I was in crunch time. They are professional, courteous, and my go-to computer repair store!

I dropped my computer off was charged 50.00 to be told nothing is wrong then the guy attempted to up sell me. The 50 is a service fee and Im ok with it, but the laptop started having the same issues with in 1 week. Nice people fast service but I feel they may be lacking in their diagnostic abilities.

Excellent on all levels. These guys are talented professionals. I brought them a very difficult MacBook Air issue. It was not some quick fix, they had to dig deep to solve the problem. Many other places would have given up and charged me for the diagnosis regardless. I am computer savvy and had tried everything and has almost given up hope. They saved my day/week/month and my MacBook Air and files and in a professional timely manner. Brandon and Josh are the real deal. Do you know how hard it is to find professional timely Mac experts?!!?!! I will never go anywhere else!!

I had a broken screen on my Dell laptop. I thought it would take a week in a repair shop to get it replaced. I dropped it off with Josh at 10:30AM, went to a Drs appointment at 11:00AM, and ComputerTech USA had it ready to go by the time my appointment was over. A new screen installed in an hours - $160 bucks - amazing!! Great service. I will be back for all of my computer needs!!

These guys saved my Macbook air. It needed a new logic board, they installed it and unfortunately it failed, but because it was under warranty they replaced it, clean the inside of my computer, and replaced those tiny screws that hold it all together. Top notch service.

The hard drive in my computer became faulty. I took it to a nearby competitor (not knowing about Computer Tech USA) for replacement. I asked them to try to retrieve my files from the damaged drive but was told that it couldnt be done despite their best efforts. I would need a clean room and about $1500. My neighbor suggested Computer Tech USA. $90 later I had all my data transferred to a portable drive. This is now the only shop Ill use for computer issues.

My daughter has a MacBook Pro that she uses in college. Being a PC Guy, not only have I found Macs to be ridiculously expensive, but definitely NOT user-friendly when it comes to repair and maintenance. Many argue that its worth it, because Macs dont break. Well, my daughters did, and with huge projects looming for her to finish her senior year, the pressure was on to get her Mac fixed----and quick! A shop near her college gave it a quick look and declared it a battery issue, which would take over a week to fix. After making a quick call to Josh at ComputerTech USA, it was clear that I had to get my daughter to retrieve her Mac from that shop and get it to Josh. Im so thankful we did!Josh not only offered some great advice over the phone to help me diagnose, and possibly cure, the problem, but he helped me fully understand the challenges in repairing Macs. When it became clear that the problem was serious (NOT a battery, contrary to the other shop), we left it with Josh to diagnose. Their diagnostic fee is very reasonable (much less than any other shop I spoke with) and in short order, Josh nailed down the problem...a logic board and power port. He was very happy to spend lots of time with me on the phone explaining the issue, the options regarding repair, and worked hard searching for parts (the logic board being the most expensive) that would not bust our budget (very hard with Mac parts!)The end result: a fully-repaired Mac that is better than it ever was, and works perfectly. Josh (and Nick) bent over backwards for my daughter, understanding the pressure she was under at school. He was kind, considerate, and definitely customer-service focused. He earned a long-term customer.Good computer repair places that dont over charge are hard to find. Add to that one that treats its customers with kindness....and its almost impossible....except you will find all that at ComputerTech USA. Thanks guys!

Super Job...Had an odd issue...my auto airconditioner temperature had defaulted to full cold. Found a fix via Youtube... They soldered a jump to bypass the faulty area and now I have a fully functional auto air...

I visited the Computer Tech USA store in Peachtree City, GA late last year after speaking briefly with Justin over the phone. I was attracted by his straightforward, no-nonsense, helpful manner. I was really concerned about my pc and how it responded. I had been getting many unsolicited pop ups and error messages which I did not understand. I suspected that my pc had been contaminated by malware and other unmentionable computer bugs.I left my computer with Justin for a thorough diagnostic session. I felt that I would get results. I was correct. Today, my computer still runs properly because of the corrective measures taken by Computer Tech and because of the manner in which Justin instructed me to routinely scan and monitor my unit. I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend Computer Tech withoutreservation.

I called to get a quote on repairing a phone screen and the guy that answered talked down to me as if I was and idiot. then when I told him there was no need to be rude he got even more of an attitude. So I just told him bye! As I was hanging up my phone I actually heard him say your such a dumb a** Learn some manners before you answer the phone next time.
