Great selection of shoes and very helpful staff members. The prices are comparable to other stores and they are up to date on the latest in fashion.

2 days in a roll during Business hours there is a sign on the front door that says close by management I went today at 4pm and yesterday at 2pm

The employees are rude and strait up ignore you

Just went in this afternoon with mask required however notice some of their employees were wearing them around their chin which was all good to us so we lowered ours no complaint until another employee wearing a mask below her nose had the nerve to tell us to be in the store we had to fully wear our mask! REALLY. So we proceeded to leave what we were going to purchase at the counter and walk out! So they lost over $100 in sales. Hope they will understand clearly if it shuts down why it did customers pay your ck not the other way around.

I was about to buy some shoes to treat myself for my birthday, no customers were in there and nobody asked if I needed any help or nothing . All the staff was just standing around talking! I just said forget it and me and my family left! I will never return idc if I didn’t have not one pair of shoes to wear ! I wish I could give them a zero. I rather deal with the one in LaGrange where I live!

Just wanna say that I applied for this place and the interview went nicely even though I tripped twice on the door so be careful 😂😅 but the employees were super nice ~ one gentleman came up to me after the interview and shook my hand and introduced himself and the store itself is really nice with a really chill atmosphere and good people ~ highly recommend that you check it out 🤙🏼

The customer service is not professional. I ordered and paid for my daughter some Jordans to be delivered to the Newnan store, however the staff acted as if they didnt have the courtesy to help me to see if the shoes had arrived to their store. It has been over the time that the shoes has not been delivered to the store. I have called they had me holding on the phone at least 7.minutes. Called a second time samething happened. I consistently went to the store, the young lady had a bad attitude about looking to see if my shoes as arrived at the store. I Still Have Not Received My Jordans. Im taking this to the corporate office. Quality Customer Service is beyond bad.

Great store, but really high prices. Im really surprised its still in business since the city has Academy Sports & Outdoors has the same stuff, but for lower prices. I got a pair of Nike running shoes at Academy for $60 that Hibbetts had for $90.

I will start off saying...I did not even make it through the front door. There was a girl washing the windows...I opened the door and asked her for Dr. Martens. ( I had been all over town looking for good Dr. Martens or tall hiking boots). This girl looked me up and down and said Im sorry..we only carry name brand shoes with an attitude. Keep in mind I stroll up with camo pants on and a Tshirt..and I have long hair. Obviously she had never heard of the brand and automatically by my gruff appearance she thought Dr. Martens was some low grade off brand shoe when in reality what I was looking for probably cost more than anything she could have shown me in that store. Why didnt she try to show me anything in the store? I would have been easily persuaded to look around, but instead she decided to make me feel like I was unwelcome and stupid, which I am greatly offended by. I did not fit in in her store. Ill never give them my business, and someone should educate this girl on other quality shoes if she is going to work in a shoe store...if just for the sake of ignorance.

No Foot Locker in Newnan yet after all these years so Hibbetts over priced selection has become a necessary evil for those unwilling to drive. Selection is ok, better off going to a mall or ordering online. Great customer service though.
