This is a fantastic place to order fruit arrangements. Fresh fruit and prepared to order! They also deliver flowers that I love!

Absolutely disgusting. Got an arrangement and was hovering over the toilet in about 5-6 hours. I KNOW it was from the fruit. The fruit is slimy and tasteless. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Tried to buy from this location but walked in at 4:50. Got told they were closing and not making anything very dismissively. I just wanted to see if they had the chcocolate dipped strawberries pre made or if I would need to come back to order some but no thanks and never mind if my order is going to be such a problem.Edit: Was asked to email based on the review so I did. 6 days ago. With no response.

I wanted so bad to be able to leave a 5 star review but... this mothers day arrangement fell short. I ordered 2. Each around 60$ and neither one really hit the target. The Pineapple carved MOM Was very sloppy. And the amount of strawberries is like half if not 1/3rd of what the images display. To try to make it appear fuller they use a ton of green garnish. The 2nd platter had cheesecake bites that look NOTHING like advertised. Im just dissapointed... spent 120 and drove 1 hr 45 minutes total to retrieve something that did not come close to expectation or advertisation. Im gonna assume it was cus they were busy but then again the parking lot was bare. Happy mothers day yall. 💓

I received an arrangement that was gorgeous and very tasty!

I went and ordered in person and told them I needed covered fruit for 6-8 teachers. She asked if I want a half dozen or a dozen. I said a dozen. When it arrived, I got a dozen ballons and 3 pieces of covered fruit. $80 for 12 ballons and 3 pieces of fruit. You might want to pass on this location.

This is the second time ive called in an order and when i get there they say can you wait 30 min while we make it?? Couldnt even get the manager to come from the back to talk to me. Its sad they have such a great product and they cant get management who can run it.

Placing the order online was easy, the order was delivered to my fiances work in about an hour (same day). I was thoroughly impressed with the service from beginning to end. Though this was my first transaction with this location Im sure it wont be my last.

I love Edible Arrangements! I wanted to surprise my husband with a birthday gift. I ordered from an arrangement 1.5 miles from my husbands job. I ordered it at 10am. At 2pm I called to check on the status of the order and was told it was on the truck and would be delivered within an hour and a half or so. When the order arrived the fruit as warm and the chocolate was melting off the fruit. My husband had to put it in the fridge to allow it to cool again before sharing it with his co-workers. Once bitten into the fruit as tasteless and old. I could have delivered a bowl of fresh fruit from WalMart which still would have been a better surprise than edible. I will reconsidered ordering from them in the future.

Friend worked there before she passed. We stopped by to see her friends. Nice place and chocolate with fruit

I read online they had a sale on smoothie so called to see if this location was participating and they said yes... I arrived 3 minutes later and I was told “ sorry were out of fruit” seriously? A fruit store out of fruit ? BS, I just wanted to try the smoothies to see if I would become a regular customer but I wasn’t able to,

Wish I could leave no stars. I thoughtI would order my fiancé a nice gift to his job for our anniversary. I did not think I would experience such rude staff in the midst. I was having a good anniversary until I spoke with KARLY at Edible Arrangements in Newnan Georgia. KARLY is extremely rude! I called in to find out what the usual time frame is to deliver my order to my fiancé. She was very rude and said she has no idea in such a rude tone. I then saw that my order was delivered but I spoke to my fiancé and he had not received it. I then called back and KARLY answered again. I said very nicely “hello my order showed it had been Delivered but my fiancé has not received it. Can you please see what is going on with my order? She responded “my driver is not back yet so call back in about and hour” I then told her I am at work and Will appreciate of you can just call me back in am hour after you sisk with your driver? She said uh I guess we don’t usually call anyone if they are requesting the information themselves so you need to call back yourself. I said well it seems like a normal person would call back with the info after they speak with their driver. She was so rude so I just said you know what forget it. Just give me the corporate number and she was like “yes please go ahead my name is Karly” and gave the number really fast, I could not understand. After I asked her to repeat she yelled at me. I then said do not yell at me !! She then hung up in my face.I have never received such horrible customer service in my life. Thanks to Karly I will never and I mean NEVER order from another Edible Arrangements again in my life. Please get rid of this girl if you want happy customers.Not to mention my fiancé finally received his order with nasty mushy bananas. Such a waste of money.My motto is treat people with respect, you never know what people are going through. You could make or break someone’s day. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. If you call the store and happen to get KARLY, just hang up and don’t even bother or ask to speak with someone else. This will save your anger.

I would rate this place .. NO STARS if it was possible. Ok LONG story short. I Called this place EARLY OCT. Wanting to order my wife a gift after hearing a sale they were having. Once we got to the end the price was MUCH higher than quoted so I CANCELLED my order on the SAME phone call... Guess what come out of my acct ANYWAY... Yep... They charged me. Nothing ordered or delivered. It gets better.... I have to wait 3 to 5 days for my 60 bucks.. I think all is well. Here it is a MONTH later and guess what was taken out of my account and today... You got it, ANOTHER 60 bucks. Now... Thier story is that they deposited back to us 2 times.. however that is not the case and they NEVER called me to discuss this before just taking the money a MONTH later when no one even is thinking about edible arrangements... I had to call and be put on hold to even find out thier reasoning. Now MOST any small cuatomer svc business as this one ( it is a chain) would care enough to call andandet someone know... DO NOT USE this PLACE!!! The manager is tude and just sent a screen shot of her system,. Didnt bother to call and ask... Hey ... A MONTH ago... Did you get 2 refunds from us? Will you check? OVER PRICED anyway

5:30 and they are closed again. Not the first time they were not open, out of stock or didnt deliver on time or the right day .

I needed a last minute gift, was told about fruit/flowers and I remembered that it was near me I wouldnt have thought about it if my mom had not mentioned it. The gift went over very well.

Was told that the arrangement would not include cantaloupes, it did. The person at the counter did not acknowledge me when I came through the door even though it was on the phone. Will not use that service again.
