I bought a car from Atlanta luxury motors in Duluth Georgia from a salesman called Ali on 19 August. At the time Ally had me leave a review for him and everything seem to be going well until I took the car off the lot and questioned the few repair items As well as the car wouldn’t start the next morning and I had to buy a new battery, where I was quickly abandoned by them Ali kept giving me the runaround with I understand sure I respect that, these are all BS lines. If you wish to buy a car in the future avoid ALM I find them to be sleazy used cars dealerships. Oh one more thing I have not received my tags or title when I question Ally he just put me onto corporate who never answered their phone I finally went to the Tag office and they issued me the title as well as the tags which I had to pay for even though I paid for them when I bought the car! Questionable ethics on their part!!!!

Bought an awesome SUV here two weeks ago from James. He was great as a sales rep. Worked with us to get what we thought was a great deal.Id definitely recommend him, and this dealership!

We purchased a vehicle last Saturday and have had no issues at all. Adam was very informative and helpful. He answered all of our questions (and there were a lot). The whole process was smooth and everything was explained to us. Adam has even called us to see how we are still liking the vehicle and if we have had any issues. We will definitely be back!

My review is based off of Chelsea Cs professionalism. She did a great job of communicating with me when I found the vehicle I was looking for. She even delivered the vehicle an hour away. On a side note, I wouldnt rate financing as high. When I asked if I could get a better price, I was told no with no explanation as to why. They use Capital One which is a bit higher in interest rate considering my credit score. But I didnt get a chance to shop rates as this was a quick decision. So I will look around from here. But over all, I am very happy with my purchase.

The salesman was very friendly and patient, the whole process was simple and surprisingly fast, I was very impressed by Zack ability to get my car deal organized and completed without a hitch and on top of that he delivered it right to my door. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! If you don’t mind paying for a car you can’t drive then this is your place to go. They sell vehicles they DO NOT have the titles to. Technically they don’t really own them according to the state of GA. And their corporate Head Quarters title Dept. they are of no assistance the titles department personnel is nasty and incompetent. Make sure they can show you a title because once you sign on that line and drive off it’s OVER. You stuck driving a car around unregistered until they feel like titling your car.

The experience was very good and easy going. Chelsea Davis made the process so smooth. She was very helpful and worked hard to get me into the vehicle I wanted. I highly recommend her and ALM.

Dishonest dealership. Drive 4.5 hours to purchase a truck only to find out they lied about the price. From the beginning we were paying cash, not financing, and they knew that. We were quoted an out the door CASH price. Truck was very worn with many dents, stains and cracks. Dealership did not budge. We walked.Don’t waste your time at this dealership!

I bought a car from this dealership in 2015. I still own the car, and I love it. I bought a 2010 Jaguar XF portfolio. But I was wanting to upgrade to the newerJaguar F pace. I had a fantastic salesperson in Chelsea Davis. She was very professional and knowledgeable. The only problem that I find with this company is that there is no price negotiation. Most auto dealers will negotiate a price to fit you. But they would not budge on the particular car in which I was interested.

Just had a terrible experience at this place .The owner was not very nice just walk away.

Worst service, full of liars and cheats! They just happen to misplace the We Owe copy. Now, they cant even process the refund for their rip off of a warranty. Save yourself the headache- buy elsewhere.

Purchased a 2002 Ford Ranger on 05/12/2020. Have yet to receive the title. I have tried countless times to contact the title clerk who is never available. I have not one single clue as to why I have not gotten the title to the vehicle I already payed for. Noone has helped me at all. It has been 48 days.

Didnt end up buying a vehicle from them, but that was ultimately due to a personal decision on the vehicle and not the service. Victoria from ALM Newnan was tremendously helpful to my wife and I on a tight timeframe. She was responsive, conscientious, and genuinely interested in helping us make the best decision for us. When we elected to go a different direction on the vehicle, Victoria was absolutely gracious about it. I wouldnt hesitate to do business with her again.

My fiancé and I purchased a vehicle in the middle of November. We moved to a different state about a week after. They sent the title to the wrong state, and have now made us do a complete run-around to figure out exactly where that title is because, somehow, it’s been lost. We have called ENDLESSLY this week and have not been helped, even with the promise that someone was trying to figure out what happened. This place is run by unhelpful idiots, and I strongly advise all readers to run away from this godawful establishment.
