I was not overly impressed with this store.They have your basic selection of popular commercial brands.On this day I was looking for Pumas .And yes, they had a fair selection but not in my size .I wear 10 and couldnt find anything in my size.It was not what Id hoped for.Im a friendly person- I like people.Nobody there was rude or unkind but they did not want to engage- even about their products.Im in the stores often.I needed shoes and would have spent had I found something or been encouraged.

Rude employees, completely unhelpful. Do not order online for curbside pickup because they will not help you rectify any order issues. Will only step foot back in their store to return my merchandise. They have definitely lost a customer.

This place has some of the most unhelpful and rude employees I have ever encountered. I went in in the late afternoon and there where two African American girls that rather talk to each other than help a customer. I had to walk to the front register and wait for them to finish talking to ask about a shoe. I need help finding a size. The only help I got was if you don’t see we don’t have. Will not be returning.

It was ok. Shoes was a little expensive, but I got 2pairs anyway didnt feel like driving anywhere else, had a very long week at will.

Beware! I saw on my bank account app that they charged me double for one pair of boots. I went there and confronted them about it and they said they couldnt do anything about it because I threw the receipt away. The receipt showed only one transaction, and I went there with a print out of my account summary where there were two different transactions for one pair of boots.

Customer service is absolutely horrible and ridiculous. Every worker always has an attitude when you walk in or doesn’t help you at all. Doesn’t even bother looking in the back to see if they have a different size in a shoe. The Manager Trainee La’keisha is straight up rude and she needs to get her stuff together. Went on her phone right away and when she saw my mother and I approached the counter she slammed her phone down and had an attitude.

Personally I cant shop there cause they dont carry my size (Im a womens size 10) but other than that, they are very organized and helpful. They carry wide shoes, which most stores dont which is amazing.

I do not reccomend any one to shop here . The co-workers are rascist. Last night on july 12th around 9:00 pm me and my sister were walking from target and stopped in the front of the rack room shoe store, it was two caucasian women that left the store and closed the store up. One of the caucasian ladys got into their car & the other, her car was having trouble starting, the other caucasian lady that had already pulled out of the parking spot . Stopped to wait for the other caucasian women to get into her car and pulled off. The other ladys car started and she seen us standing in front of the store and she sat at the stop sign for a good 30 minutes on her phone, prefferably calling the police THINKING we were going to rob the store... we werent trying to get wet so we stood under the green umbrella like posts .. me and my sister proceeded to walk to her car and ask what the problem was & she zoomed off & was still watching us..
