Excellent service! The staff took their time answering my questions and fitting my new bike. They asked about and recommended accessories without being pushy, and even helped me load the bike. On a follow-up visit they tweaked some adjustments and spent as much time as I needed answering more questions, looking up parts, and showing me how to keep my derailleur aligned. They then pointed out a local ride. You wont find a better bike store than Atlanta Trek Newnan!

Walked in, and was greeted right away. Sales representative listened to my question and provided options with pros and cons of the different products to suit my needs. He showed me how the products worked and was clearly interested in providing me with all of the information I needed to make an informed decision. Its a local store and Ill be back.

I started at a store closer to home but they didn’t have the bike I was after. I arrived at the Newnan location and was greeted by Jeff. He gave the bike a quick safety inspection, handed me a helmet and we were outside for a little test ride. He was very knowledgeable and set the bike up for me. I had my daughter with me and the entire team that was there were so nice. She was asking questions and they were answering them.I haven’t purchased a bike in many years. Friendly and helpful :) They held onto my bike for months before I was able to make the trip down to get it. Thanks for the patience!! I had a few concerns concerning seat height etc... and I felt like the concerns were answered far better than at other Trek stores Ive purchased from.

My bike needed repairs, but I did not exactly know what was wrong with it. I took it in for a free estimate and in 2 days they called me with the diagnosis. I went through with the repairs, and my bike works like brand new again!!! All new shifting cables and brake cables, and they even tightened my kickstand and aired up my tires:) My initial dropoff was on a Saturday, and I picked up my repaired bike 4 days later on Wednesday. The team inside is very friendly and knowledgeable!! AMAZING EXPERIENCE

I purchased a bike from Trek of Newnan that I felt was a little small for me. I took it back 2 days later with little hope that something could be done. The staff let me try a bigger one that we decided would work better for me and let me return mine for the larger one. I couldnt be happier. Great customer service!

Took my Madone 9 to the store. The chain was slipping on the back cassette when attacking ahill. They did a firm ware upgrade and said it was fixed...same problem next time out. The back cassette was broken so I took it to another bike shop!

There is plenty of free and handicap parking. This business building is in outstanding shape and well organized. The staff is very courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the products and services offered by this shop. The shop has a large selection of Street and mountain bikes. They also have bikes in a category called gravel. The bicycle helmet selection is of superior quality as well. I am going to do my business with this establishment asap. Awesomeness in the Trek Bicycle experience in downtown Newnan, GA USA!

A lack of training prompted me to rent a Trek eMountain bike from this shop before heading up to Tsali. This shop was the only one I could find renting ebikes, and for an incredibly reasonable rate. I booked online a few weeks in advance, and when I arrived, they had a fully charged hardtail ready to go. They asked my weight to tune the front fork, installed my pedals (dont forget your saddle if you have a specific fit) gave me a quick primer on the very simple controls, and helped me load it into my truck. The other 8 guys on my trip hated me the whole time. The bike was awesome. I had to ask my elderly stepfather to return the bike as my flight was earlier than the open time. The staff was very attentive on return, and onloaded everything for him. Great staff, great equipment, great price on my rental.

Great location in a hip downtown with all sorts of other coffee shops, growler stores, and restaurants to check out while you are there! Store attendant was helpful, knowledgeable about the product, and willing to chat it up a bit about the local bicycling scene. Ill certainly be back in the future - especially if Im ever needing to rent bicycles for visiting friends/family!

I have always liked Trek bikes. They have always made a great quality bicycle. I have had excellent service from both the Peachtree City and the Newnan Trek locations. They have always treated me the way I want to be treated. I have no complaints.

Great service!Brought a bike in because my son wanted disk brakes... they said it could be done, but it would be more cost effective to stick with the v brakes. I left with some new pedals instead.... they even threw the bike up on the rack and checked it out.No pressure or push for an up-sale.

Friendly sales folks and good selection of bikes. I really like the perks of the bike I just bought for my son: lifetime of brake and gear adjustments and a tuneup within the 1st year. The neighborhood kids like the fact they can stop in and you guys will put air in their tires. Great experience.
