The folks at this store are very nice but they are the only reason I can give any stars. They furniture is very nice to look at but is very cheaply made despite what the price tag may lead you to believe. We bought a 3 seat leather power reclining sofa in 2020. Within 6 months one of the recliners was broken, the electrical connection was shorting, and bolts would just randomly fall out of it. We had to wait several weeks for someone to come see if it could be repaired or if we would have to exchange it. Finally, they took the broken sofa and gave us credit to get something else. We chose to get some simple non-reclining love seats and an ottoman. Within, 3 months the padding was compressing and breaking down, the fabric was beginning to rip, and they just became uncomfortable.Overall, I know that this furniture may seem more affordable than most but it is made of cheap materials that do not stand up to normal wear and tear. We will not be purchasing from them again.

Most enjoyable experience ever at a furniture store. Our Sales Rep, Beth Taraschke was the absolute best, she connected with me and even won my husband over as well. We told her what we were interested in and immediately directed us to what we wanted. She even made suggestions on colors, maintenance and delivery will be within a week. Thats what I call great customer service. See Beth, shell do her best to make you a satisfied customer.

Steven Wilson (Todd) was excellent. He welcomed me at the door and listened to my needs. i already picked a sofa out I liked on line but when i saw color i did not like the color. In working with Todd he suggested another color as i was thinking the sane thing. Great minds!! His customer service was exceptional. I had a great experience working with Todd. My wife and I have been waiting on high kitchen table since Mothers day! Still dont have a table we can sit at. They say they are coming to fix this issue but havent heard a thing. Poor customer service! Update from 2 weeks ago they finally showed up at 10pm today and still had the same wrong legs. Still no table we can sit at! TERRIBLE. Update, took a while but finally got the correct legs they let us have the ones from showroom. Thanks for the help getting this issue fixed, Mark, Mike and Karen.

I called over the phone to see if there was any other set up for a couch I really wanted but was to big with what I saw online. I got connected with this great salesman Dwayne who was able to look at it for me, find something that was able to fit in my living room, and able to get me delivery this weekend on the couch I wanted! He was awesome and was very personable during our call! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Terrible delivery the driver was unwilling to do his job. I had both my mattress put in to plastic bags and because one of them had stains he would not remove any of them. So at the end of the day they left me with two mattress and two box springs clogging my living room. I now have to spend two hundred dollars on a service that was supposed to be a courtesy. Read the fine print these people will leave you hanging.

Received a bedroom suite without the bed rails...was told that it was going to be another month before the bed rails got to me which is ridiculous because they were supposed to come with the bed to start with when it was delivered. The dresser came in cracked, was told it would be another month also...Worst customer service. Every time you call you get a different response and they will hang up on you. No resolution with them. They also say they will call you back, but never do.

I recently bought an aqua leather sofa set from this store. I had no idea what kind of couches I wanted or what look I was going for. The sales representative was very patient and informative and helped me choose the perfect set for my home. I was told they would take two months to be delivered, but the set was so beautiful I did not mind. The sales representative who sold me the set called me and told me they could be ready a month early and that I could reschedule my delivery date for sooner if I wanted. Of course, I took her up on that offer. The delivery men were great. They set up the couches quickly and left no mess. I could not be happier with my purchase. On top of that, I was given a lifetime supply of leather cleaner for the couches. I highly recommend choosing this store if you are in need of furniture.

Sunday afternoon I was headed to Rooms To Go in Newnan Ga. WhenI got caught up in extra 30 minutes traffic on highway 85. So by the time I got there I was ready to get in & out, and didnt want to waste time. Ms. Hope was the young lady that greeted me at the door. I asked her for the young man that helped before. She inform me was off work today and offer her assistant. She listen to what I was looking for. She also helped me with my online order and I got everything I needed. Worst experience of my life!! I thought I could get my dream bed and didn’t!!I had high hopes for this place. Went in, someone took a long time but they greeted me, spoke about what I wanted and was delighted to be ready to purchase. I SPECIFICALLY said I only wanted delivery. Not the set up. It wasn’t until I walked out of the store that I saw it said delivery and set up. I had to come back to ask them to take the set up off and for a refund for that portion. Karen - the very rude office manager there - “handled” it. I’ve yet to receive my refund.Then they deliver the bed, I start putting it together and turns out I’m missing pieces. Allow me to reiterate: MISSING pieces for a 700+ purchase.I called them back and explained the situation and after much back and forth between me and the salesman, they said they would call me back on the following Monday - they DIDN’T.I called rooms to go customer service instead and they said they would send a technician out on the 27th between 12-4. On the 27th and I made sure to cancel all of my plans just to have the technician look at the pieces, determine I was missing the pieces and order the pieces. Technician has been the kindest person so far from this company!! He said to wait 3-5 business days and they would send out the parts and have them delivered to me within these 3-5 business days. A week passed and guess what? No parts. I got an employee to write down that I will be receiving a FULL refund and they sent an authorization to this specific rooms to go.Then I come to the rooms to go and the people in the little corner office are incredibly rude.I am beyond disgusted by how badly this has been handled and will NEVER be buying from here again and will be telling people about my experience so they can avoid being treated the way I was and having to deal with missing parts.I do not and will not recommend this place. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!!

Ordered a brand new 7 piece Cindy Crawford bedroom set and the movers called to tell me one piece is not in a box, is this okay? I waited for them to show up to see if it was damaged and Rooms to Go gave them a damaged headboard to put up.... So after waiting since JULY 2020 to get a bedroom set (this is our 2nd bedroom set because the 1st one never showed up and they never bothered to tell us, which is another story..), now I have to wait for another headboard! I will be calling Rooms to Go ASAP tomorrow and I cannot wait to get compensated for this disaster. Movers were great and very nice/apologetic so I had no problem there. Rooms to GO is the worst during Covid btw......

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!I ordered quite a bit of furniture from them but long story short, I ordered mattresses that are sent from a different Vendor (I was not given the name) they placed a dummy hold on the account so when I went and purchased more furniture I was told I could pay the balance (but was NOT informed that the balance would be placed there OR that this balance keeps the furniture from shipping, even though I have no other balances on my accounts) the furniture was then delivered and R2G is saying they have nothing to do with it (a specific date was given for the furniture to be delivered as I am moving, but then R2G turned around and said it’s impossible to have a date for delivery because it’s not coming from them…but I ordered from R2G…and all other furniture has a date of my move…and all balances are paid…and they were contacted before the delivery was ever made and was told that the delivery would be rerouted. NEVER FOING BUSINESS WITH THEM WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, they are not offering assistance and the only advice I received was, “ When you’re ordering furniture you don’t have to pay the balance off right then, it’s ok to wait especially if the move date is months away” and that was from a specialist at R2G. Poor customer service and absolutely poor business, IDK about other locations, but do NOT shop @ Newnan, Ga location. IF YOU’VE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON YT, YELP OR ANYWHERE ELSE, -BELIEVE IT!!!Background: over $1200, spent on 2 mattress sets, will be receiving 0 (as my move date is here the product was shipped, I cannot find the product, they are refusing to do anything to assist, and online it’s listed as order complete. Completely disgusting and disappointed NEVER AGAIN

Totally unsatisfactory. Ordered living room and breakfast area furniture. Scheduled delivery and received confirmation calls making sure someone would be there. Took day off of work to be there for delivery between 9-1. Receive a call that they cannot deliver at 11:00. Now I’m stuck with no furniture in my living room or breakfast area and lost a days pay. Called the store and they say there’s nothing they can do. Well there’s something I can do! Keep your furniture. I’ll be shopping somewhere else that appreciates my time and money!!

Unbelievable. My husband and I went into the store through the kids entrance, looking for a bedroom set for out daughter. We walked throughout the entire store (from the kids entrance to the regular store entrance) and not one person approached us. While walking through the front entrance on the regular side where several employees were sitting on a sofa talking to each other and no one asked if we have been helped or offered any assistance. Continuing to walk through and walked past 3 others, again not a word. So unprofessional. Taking my business elsewhere ✌🏾

Do not buy in store!!! If you buy online and merchandise isn’t satisfactory upon delivery you are allowed to return it for a refund, but if you buy in store, your only option is store credit! And that is after you’ve spent hours of your time on the phone with customer service.R2G is an incompetent company with HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered a bookshelf daybed for my daughter on June 6th, it was back-ordered for 3 weeks and when it was delivered, the bookshelf headboard had a hole in it and a huge scrape on the top. We sent the whole order back to be delivered the following week. We had already gotten rid of my daughter’s bed so she had no bed to sleep on at this point. The next delivery came with a broken dresser, a huge piece was literally broken off. Since my daughter had no bed we let them set the bed up and sent the dresser back. After the delivery guys left we realized they didn’t put the legs on the bed slats AND had drilled screws through the top of the bookshelf headboard, so they left sharp screws sticking out of the shelf on a child’s bed in a child’s room. Called to schedule re-delivery for the dresser and to have the headboard replaced and was told by a supervisor they would redeliver 3 days later, on Saturday. The day before that delivery they told me it would actually be a week later and said we’d agreed to that delivery date. We had them pull the phone records, and even though after listening to the call they admitted we WERE told Saturday, they just shrugged it off and said they don’t deliver to our area on Saturdays and we shouldn’t have been told that they would. I asked what would happen if we decided we wanted a refund and they said they could pick up the pieces we had instead of redelivering, but my daughter really wanted the bed, so we decided to give it another try. When it was delivered this week 7/11/19, the delivery guys came to the door to tell us the headboard was scratched up and that no hardware had been included for the dresser, so they wouldn’t be able to put the legs on! At this point they are saying we’ll have to wait two weeks to have the items delivered again, we’re actually out of town that week, which will make it at least 3 weeks, beginning of August delivery for furniture we ordered June 6th. After 3 deliveries of broken furniture, and hours spent on the phone with customer service we decided enough was enough and wanted a refund. Spoke to a supervisor at customer service and she told us someone from the store would be calling us about a refund. Never received a call and when we called back, we were told that we would NOT be getting a refund, even though we’d been told twice by two different supervisors that we could. The Newnan store manager, Nick, told us our only option was store credit. We don’t need any new furniture, and this was a $1600 purchase so certainly not that much, but on top of that I would NEVER buy anything from this company ever again. One delivery guy told us he’d had to re-deliver the same items as many as 7 times. You can’t pick a delivery window, they assign you a 4 hour window the day before delivery, so essentially, you’re just forced to lose time off work over and over for broken deliveries. And all at a pretty insane price for furniture so flimsy they actually can’t get it into your home without breaking it, and if they do, they might assemble it improperly and leave dangerous furniture in a small childs bedroom.
