This store was great in so many ways. Not what I was expecting at all! Everything was very nice, they had great prices and they had everything in stock. I love that it’s locally owned by someone that’s from Newnan and the experience was completely different than what I received from the bigger stores. Shop local! They appreciate you more and the service is so much better.

Best furniture store in Newnan! They are locally owned and have some really nice furniture. We just moved here and were having trouble finding furniture that wasn’t delayed 3 or 4 months until someone recommended we try this place. Everything at Rooms For Less was in stock and they had plenty of choices. We furnished our entire house and had it delivered 2 days later. So happy I found a great local place to give my business to.

I love shopping locally owned businesses that know how to take care of the customer. The owner was knowledgeable, extremely nice and very involved in his store. I went in thinking I was going to have to wait 2 months like everywhere else to get my delivery but they were very prepared and had everything in stock and what they didn’t I was actually able to take right off the floor which is another positive. I can’t say enough good things about this place, from the service to the convenience to the professional delivery service I received I am so happy. 10+ stars for Rooms For Less in Newnan!!! Just purchased a sofa and bedroom set with mattresses and got it delivered same day. I was in shock to find out I could get it today when everywhere else was telling me I had to wait 30 days or longer for delivery. The furniture was so gorgeous with great prices and the employees were extremely nice and helpful here and said it was a family owned business which I also liked. I also loved all of the financing options. I would recommend Rooms For Less to anyone looking for furniture.

I was very impressed with the store and service. They had really nice furniture at deeply discounted prices compared to other stores I looked at. I bought a sectional off the floor and a mattress set and they brought it out the same day about 2 hours after I bought it. I’m very happy with everything I received and the delivery guys were great! I highly recommend.

The store was really busy and I had to wait a while but I’m glad I did. I bought a living room set from another store and it was backordered so I came here just looking and not only did I find the exact same set almost $300 less here they also had it in stock. I got a refund from the other store and purchased here. The employees were very helpful and the delivery guys were awesome so I’m very satisfied.

I love this store! I really like that it is locally owned by someone who is from Newnan and the people here were so nice, plus the prices were unbelievably low. Luckily I found this place because I almost bought the exact same bedroom set and mattress for a lot more at another store. The delivery guys brought it the same day and really did a great job so I am making this my go to store for furniture from now on.

Beautiful furniture at great prices and we received excellent customer service. I was greeted and asked if I could be helped and then left alone to allow me to look instead of being followed. The entire store was on sale and had the best prices I’ve found. Our sales rep Ryan was extremely nice and helpful and found the exact bedroom set we were looking for and it was a great price. He also showed us several sofa sets and mattresses that were on close out and half off. We were able to get some really nice furniture for our entire house at a great price so I’d recommend anyone looking go here.

Awesome furniture store with excellent customer service!! I had never heard of this place until someone recommended it. Ryan was so helpful and patient with us even with a store full of customers and they have the best prices around with a great selection. I bought an Ashley living room set and it was almost $800 less than the first store we went to. The delivery guys were just as friendly and did a great job setting everything up. My sister is looking for a living room set so I will definitely be sending her here to buy it.

I highly recommend this store. I’ve shopped at several furniture stores and purchased online but my experience here was so much better in comparison. I got a really nice living room and bedroom set with a mattress for what it would have cost for just the living room at Ashley Furniture and it was the exact same set. The delivery guys were awesome! They even helped move my old sofa into the garage. The service, prices and furniture is excellent.

A friend of mine recommended this place so I checked them out and was very impressed. The outside of the store didn’t look the best so I was a little worried until I got inside. It’s really nice in the store and the furniture is beautiful! The prices are the best I’ve seen. I found the exact same sofa and loveseat I was going to buy from Ashley and it was $400 cheaper here and I was able to get it the same day. The sales guy was extremely helpful and nice and the delivery guys were very professional. I will definitely be back for a dining set and a mattress soon.

Great service with no pressure to buy, great prices and the furniture was very nice quality. I like how you can take anything they have in store with you or get it delivered without waiting. They had a large selection for living room and I bought a $2700 Stearns and Foster mattress set for $699. I will be back for a sectional I saw on close out.

Theres great customer service here. I went in today looking for a kids dresser for a reasonable price. They had nice kids dressers but the salesman pointed out that kids dressers are usually more expensive and I can get a regular sized dresser and save a little money. He found 2 dressers in the style I was looking for and saved me nearly $200. Great customer service, very good selections.

Store rep, was friendly, welcoming and professional in answering our questions, and provided helpful details about furniture we were searching for.

The one person working was on his phone behind the counter and took a while before he said hello and waved but never came out from behind the counter. He didnt seem too excited to sell furniture so we went somewhere else and bought more than we planned.

Paid full price on November 2018 for the total amount of $2,300 for a Josefina set by Coaster and Ottoman with Shoes organizer. We reported on February that sofa and loveseat have twisting sensation at the level of their armrest respectively. Employee arrived and tested and made a note of that. Love seat was replaced, but unfortunately after a waiting time of 2 months and making calls to the manager (He never gave us a call back for updates from February to April 2019) we were told manufacturer Coaster does not want to honor warranty for the sofa. It is very clear the difference between the love seat recently replaced with the sofa we received since the beginning. We only had the sofa for 3 months in our property and after we made the calls to the manager, he says he cannot do anything. I was the first one who noticed one of the shoulders was twisting, then my husband and finally the employee who came to pick it up who in fact made notes about it. In fact, we told him we wont like a new one, we would like the same sofa, but fixed then we received an unexpected answer from him: If you want, you can hire someone on your own to fix it and if there is something I can contact Coaster to paId you for that. Unbelievable!We run a small business, and during our 6 years as a seller I have never told one of my customers to pay for a service due to manufacturers issues, this is the sellers responsibility to provide the solution.Unfortunately, I wont be back for the dinning set I was going to purchase this month. When I purchased the living set, he reassured that he will manage any manufacturer defects and he also said he will be able to hire someone to fix if it is needed. From today, we have to start a complaint through our credit company because of his denial to fix this problem. I wont recommend this place. It is better if you do a more research about his policy, he does not honor his words and cannot compromise manufacturer (Coaster) to fulfill warranty.UPDATE: 05/11 My husband and I personally went to confront Ryan Shepard who was the one who sold me the living set on 11/2018. The manager from my credit card company, Capital One, was on a conference call and acting as a witness and recording all details in order to obtain a confirmation that seller Ryan Shepard did send his employee to pick up sofa on 02/23/2018.While we were on the conference call inside Rooms for less store, 05/11/2019, Ryan Shepard denied profoundly that he did not have the sofa in his property with the following words : I do not know what you are talking about, you are wrong, I never sent someone to pick up anything. After this, we thought this person completely lost his mind.Then, he disclaimed that he went to park his car outside of our property and took pictures of my little one and my husband while they were outside of our home at some point. He added he had the right to do it since he was in a public street. This seller made a big mistake doing this. I live in a HOA private community with surveillance cameras. Seller used my personal information to take pictures of my family without our consent and not letting us know he would do this. Not ending here, he banned us while he was recording us with his phone saying he will sue us for trespassing private property. Very immature way to confront issues with customers, when he felt lost he used the most vain tactic that a bad practice business owners will do, banning your customer.After he banned us from the store, we had to call a police officer from Coweta Police Department and asked his help since our credit card company needed a witness to see if this seller has the sofa in order for our credit card company to make it eligible for a chargeback after seller denied to make things right.BE VERY AWARE OF THIS PERSON. Ryan Shepard is the owner, he is the one who sells lies with false promises about items. Ask a written policy of everything he offers at the moment you are there, in case something like my case comes up you have the best way to appeal. Check the BBB!!
