Great help and service! They had a good bit of Halloween setup ready!

Its my spot. I have gotta even holiday decor from here reasonably priced.

Staff was great and friendly. Quick to help me. I had to purchase balloons for the next day because I need them at 5am. The sun has not even went completely down, but the balloons have. They do not reopen until 10am and that is to late for when I need them.

Shelves were sparse. General Manager was my cashier and she was super friendly.

You drop your pocket btw its a party like you in a city cool experience like once in a lifetime

I went earlier today and saw one of your mangers’ scream at an employee for leaning while doing the receipt for another costumer. I think that is very rude and not to mention unprofessional. I will never be shopping here again and I will be telling everyone I know to not shop here if that how you treat the people who work for you. Please be better.

Soooooo as a step-dad I had never thrown a birthday party for a 4 year old girl before. I went in alone. Being a lost single minded Y chromosome bearer my need of assistance was readily apparent to the girl behind the desk. I got in and out with the efficiency that my mind craves with a bunch of weird things that will make my 4 year old step daughter happy.

So much decor for parties.

I havent been in years. ( When it was time to checkout I remembered why lol) has lots of cool random things but this place is so overpriced its crazy.

Very unhappy that they didnt have long Santa gloves all they carry is the short gloves. As I have learned over the years the short gloves are not long enough if for any reason you raise your arms. Such as waving at people during a parade. So party city this might be something you would consider in the future.Santa

We came in just minutes before closing time. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Assisted us with choosing our party items and never getting frustrated with us for being their last customers. Very gracious service.

The place to go for unusual party favors

Great customer service! It was busy, but the ladies greeted every customer, and were working hard to fill orders. I was impressed with everyones attitudes during a potentially stressful time.

They have lots of things I havent thought about!! Go check em out for any party needs or what ever you are celebrating. Nice friendly staff.

I need them to learn their Staff, I called the store because I couldnt order Latex Balloons over the phone, the young Guy told me he would put the Latex Balloons with my order for the #80, I get to the Store and nobody knows what Im talking about. The Manager stated he was the only Male and I didnt talk to him, so I go pay for the #80 and its a note on the receipt to add the Latex Balloons(Surprise)so at the end I received all of my Balloons and the Party went on!

Just was here to get a costume. It was fine.

I should give 0 stars for lack of service!!!! I went in around 8:30 and was browsing some costumes for my family and there was this one women who made remarks about us hurrying up and getting out so they can close to her coworker and continued to make the same remarks. around 8:45 -8:50 I left and here she was right behind us barely giving us time to get out the door she locks it. I will not be a customer to party city I will happily go next door to Halloween city!

Kids enjoyed it. A little pricey on things but a clean well lit store.

Perfect party supply store

Order balloons on Friday for pick on Saturday to be used for a celebration that was to take place Sunday morning the balloons were on the table not standing when we arrived. Called manager on Monday spoke with Michelle who was not helpful at all and she lied about a conversation that we didnt have.

Confused layout and quiet staff. We walked in today to look at discounted Christmas party supplies but it was hard to navigate.
