The service department was great! Scott was super helpful with making sure my steering issue was fixed. Also, a huge thank you for the technician that made the repair. My Jeep’s handling is a 100% better. My only complaint is the spare key I ordered from the dealership and the one provided during the sale do not match the door locks. Any help with correcting this issue would be appreciated.

Wow!!! What can I say? I was very apprehensive about their ability to help us due to credit situations. I was straight forward with them and told them what I needed. I was expecting a high interest rate and was pretty sure what I would get on my trade in. However, they got me approved, with a lower rate than what I was expecting and gave me more for my trade in than I expected. This, after I was denied by another dealership.Austin, Cameron, Trysten, and David earned my business, and not because they were able to pull this off, which definitely helped, but more so because of how they treated us. I might as well had been dealing with my brothers and uncle (sorry David 😁).Awesome experience!!! I have been a Ford guy most my life, but I will bringing my business here from now on if they continue with this style of business!Thank you very much! My wife loves her anniversary present.

I’d give this place negative stars if possible. I brought my car here and got nothing but lied to, the problem not fixed and damages on my vehicle every single time it was brought back for the “fixed issues”. I do NOT recommend this place and it should be SHUT DOWN. Who ever is running the service department needs to find another calling in life, be fired or pay more attention to there employees. At this rate I’ve seen more bad reviews on this service department than a McDonald’s(not bashing McDonald’s, they could probably run the service department better than these clowns). If you bring your car here expect to be lied to and to get returned a damaged vehicle in which they try to hide. If you care about the thousands of dollars you spent on your car then I definitely would make the extra drive to a different dealership.

Warranty work was done on my SRT Jeep and when the tech reinstalled my exhaust it was misaligned and the pipes burned the bumper and when I took it back up to get it looked at and repaired they said my car was already damaged was supposed to get a call from the branch manager and that never happened. Poor customer service and and they have NO integrity or accountability. The service adviser was good but Im extremely disappointed about the damage to my vehicle. I Will Not Use them again......

The worst experience ever… they have no communication whatsoever and whenever you call they let it ring and send it to the voicemail I have brought my car back three times for the same issue and it’s still not fixed and they have it over a week smh they have gotten paid and my car is still not fixed very disappointed

Service is horrible. Complete lack of communication. Truck in shop for 3 1/2 weeks. Called 8-10 times NEVER got a return call!!Had to go there for an update on my day off. NEVER got an apology.They don’t care!!!Will NEVER go there again for any reason.

Excellent customer service! Our salesman Charlie did an amazing job with helping me through my indecisiveness 🤣 I honestly couldn’t make up my mind on the color of the challenger I chose. I went back and forth between Rams and Challengers 😩 after my mind was set on the vehicle for me. Charlie got the paperwork going and we were done in a matter of minutes. I do recommend anyone who is looking for a new vehicle to go to this dealership and ask for Charlie. We walked into the dealer on a Sunday afternoon, there were literally about 10 to 12 customers shopping. The atmosphere was very quiet and we all were well taken care of.

I have previously had good repair experience here, but now everything has changed. Ive had my Jeep there for over 3 months and the repairs are still not done and the parts are still not ordered. They are dragging their feet meanwhile Im paying for a vehicle I cannot use. Very slow to respond and hard to get any straight answers. Used to have great service and now I cannot recommend.

Told 1 to 1.5 hours for an oil change. 2 hours and they hadnt started. Got it done down the road in 20 minutes. I prefer to use OEM filters, but not at the expense of the whole morning and my daughter missing playing with her friends.

I dropped my Jeep off on Friday at 1:30pm. I told them they could keep it unti Saturday at 3:00 pm I just needed them to look at the check engine light and diagnose it. I had already had a checked at AutoZone to give them a good start. I stated I would bring it back in the following week with a scheduled appointment. They told me they would diagnose it and follow up with me no problem on Saturday and I could get it. No call on Saturday. I tried to call them six times no answer on the seventh a gentleman picked up and said he would go and check on my car and call me right back and he never did.I’ve been drove up there and was a little irritated at this point and just wanted my car. Only to find out they had just put it on the rack and that they wouldn’t know for sure what was wrong with it until Monday morning. And now here we are Monday I had to use a day of PTO and I have had no call back and they are not answering the phone. This is not the first time this is happened to me up there but I had high hopes as the whole counter was pretty much brand new people. I was wrong!!!!! The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a car dealership. I understand you get busy at your job but now you’re inconveniencing your customer from their job.

Absolutely terrible, WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. I’m a 21 year old woman that needed a new car to feel safe in and all they did for me was screw me over. They sold me a car that had the break pads going out, I noticed this two days after I bought it. I contacted the salesman Cameron and he said there was a short window (72 hours, in which Cameron didn’t say, he only said there was a short window) in which we could do something, either pick a new car on the lot (which they have absolutely no inventory) or they would fix the breaks. I told him I didn’t want the vehicle, I didn’t feel safe. Cameron “milked the cow” in waiting to find me a new car, thus my 72 hours was up. I brought the car in for the service department to look at the breaks, I was in the dealership for three hours, they finally come to me and say your cars ready the break pads are fine. I looked at the break pads and they did look fine, because they switched them out with new ones. I have pictures of what they looked like when I got the car. I can’t believe for one they would sell a vehicle with the break pads already going out (putting me and everyone on the road at risk), and then try to tell me they are fine when really they switched them out. Horrible people, horrible dealership. Will never recommend anyone to go here, will never buy from them again.

I arrived at Newnan Chrysler Dodge at 4:45 on Sat afternoon with a Ram 2500 that was counting down the miles until it converted to 5 mph “ limp mode” . Multiple service people got a quick accurate diagnosis and began to assess my unusual situation. I was traveling with a 32 ft loaded horse trailer from North Carolina to Florida. They immediately started making phone calls to assist me with lodging for myself as well as the horses while others began the part search. These folks were awesome!!! I highly recommend the dedicated professionalism of this service team!!!

We paid cash for a 2021 Dodge Ram 3500 in Pleasanton Tx at the end of May, to pull our RV; from the moment we bought it it wouldn’t hold a charge, we took it to the dealership we purchased it from and they supposedly checked everything and changed the batteries.We got it here to Georgia but still were jumping it off daily, so we took it to the Auto nation dodge in Columbus Ga, they had it for 5 days and hadn’t even looked at it, horrible service dept. anyway we took it to Newman Dodge and out of 3 dealerships they were the only one to actually listen to us and understood our frustration, my husband is a Ford man and I’d talked him in to a dodge because I love them, he was ready to go buy a Ford but we both love this truck and figured we’d try one more dealership, Holly is amazing and deserves a huge raise and Newman Dodge actually fixed our truck!!!! It turned out to be the computer, but to have them listen and do their job was very refreshing!!!!! We will never take our truck anywhere else!!!!! Very professional and thorough! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone!!!! Trucks running like a charm!!!!

I purchased my 2019 Limited Edition RAM at Landmark Dodge and I’m not satisfied with with the repair process or customer service. In fact Landmark was advising you to take your vehicle to another Dealership for Routine Service or repairs. I have used Newnan twice and the service is exceptional. Holly the service advisor was very courteous, knowledgeable and easy to work with. If I had known about Newnan Peachtree Dodge I I would have purchased my vehicle with them. The service dept waiting room is nice also.

Will not return to this dealer for any further vehicle maintenance or services or purchases.Appointment scheduled at 7am online. Upon arrival, informed that the transmission issue could not be reviewed or addressed because no transmission service tech was available for the day. No contact prior to the service to notify that no one could address the issue that day.Fast forward over 3 hours later for the other issue, windshield washers not operating, I go from the waiting area to the Service Counter and ask for the status of my vehicle to be informed after another 10 minutes wait, that the vehicle was being brought in for service then. When I asked why the 3 hour delay in bringing the vehicle in I was informed that “I don’t have an answer for the question at this time.”20 minutes later my invoice is ready and I’m asked via text to let them know when I would come in to pickup the vehicle.I also purchased a vehicle here 2 years ago, and upon delivery the detail tech damaged the tint on the passenger side door of my brand new truck. Sales told me they could not repair at that time, but they would call when the tint specialist would be available. I’m still waiting for that call.Did they fix one of the issues, yes, windshield washers work now.Did I spend 3.5 hours at the dealer for a 20 minute job when I scheduled an appointment to ensure my vehicle was in BEFORE the service technicians arrived? Also yes...Will not return for any further service, parts, or sales. Be prepared for a 4 hour wait for simple repair jobs.

I paid CASH for a vehicle at this dealership almost 3 weeks ago. I had the vehicle for TWO days, and it left my husband stranded on the side of the road. I called the salesman that sold me the vehicle and he was very nice and told me to bring it to the service department. They then found the issue and told me they can’t order the part for 3 weeks. I explained to them that my car is unsafe for me to drive with my 8 month old son and that I need a loaner vehicle, he said I was first on the list to receive one. It has been almost 3 weeks and they keep giving me the run around. I only drove my new car ONE time!!!!! The salesman was very nice and understanding. But the service guy, SEAN IS THE WORST SERVICE PERSON I HAVE EVER DELT WITH!!!! Every time we speak he acts like I’m an inconvenience. And he never returns a call!! I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone!!!!!! I just wish a manager would contact me and give me a loaner vehicle until mine is ready!!!

The actual repair and work by the mechanics have been pretty good. The time it takes, where your vehicle is tied up has been unacceptable for me. It should take no more than 2 - 3 days to complete a rear main seal on a Cummins diesel. The dealership had it for 10 calendar days (9 work days). They took the time a week before to look at it and order the parts, so when I dropped it off, they were ready. The mechanic had an injury, so that played a factor. However only having one certified individual is a detriment the efficiency of their service. Without loaner or rental car coordination available anymore, makes the time my vehicle is down a big factor for future visits.

Service Advisor Mark was awesome to work with. My appointment was at 7:00am, I arrived at 7:07am and didnt leave until 9am. I wish things would have moved faster but it was Saturday and they were crowded so I understand. The waiting area was clean and stocked with snacks, coffee and water. Its highly likely that I will return.

Took my Jeep Wrangler in for a rattle sound it was making underneath. Drove with service rep and he ackhowledged hearing it. Kept it for 3 weeks and replaced 2700,00 worth of parts but didnt fix the problem. When I contacted them they dont respond. Terrible service!

I helped my mom purchase a used vehicle from this dealership. When we arrived we noticed a large dent on the Left Front Fender and Door. We agreed to pay asking price if the dealership sent it to a body shop to get it repaired properly.I had to leave town to go back to work. When my mom picked up the vehicle the dent was poorly repaired at a sub par repair shop. It was very evident that they tried to cut corners and save money. They essentially took advantage of my moms lack of car knowledge and sent her home with a sub par repair.Since then I have made several attempts to remedy this and eventually they stopped responding to my messages. Not a very professional place that cares or pretends to care about customers.I would recommend that nobody visit this dealership unless they want to be taken advantage of.

On 11/09/2019 I called to get a quote to replacement a fuel tank on my 2019 dodge charge gt, due to accidental puncture. I stated to them the that I dont mind the price because of me being 5 months pregnant and not being safe in a car that leaks gas while driving. I was told that it will be 1400$ to replace and only take 5 hrs and that I can bring the car 11/11/2019 to Newnan Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Newman ga to have the fuel tank replaced due to accidental puncture to fuel tank only. On the day of 11/11/2019 at 730am when I brought that car to the dealership and spoke to holly the service manager whom took my information. As I waited to get a car rental for the day because of my medical appointments, which I had to pay 35$ for the car rental. I didnt receive a call from holly till 10am that it will be 5 business days and it would cost 1600$. I spoke to holly and complained to her about it not being fair because that wasnt the quote nor the time frame I was giving on the phone 11/09/2019. After disputing about how unsafe its to drive the car in my state they we agreed on 1700$ including a loaner car for the 5 days. However the car was not retuned to me till 11/26/2016. Upon arrival I looked at the car and noticed a scratch on the trunk of the car which I had to dispute to them about and finally the dealership buffed out the scratch the same day. On 11/27/2019 at 9:50 pm I fill my tank with premium gas for 51.64$ and notice that the car is still leaking gas from underneath.

Terrible service. We found a vehicle we liked at a good price, so we called them and they scheduled us for a test drive. We drove two hours to test drive only to hear we actually just sold it, but we have brand new Dodge and Chrysler vans. No courtesy call to let us know they sold the vehicle we were driving to see when they knew how far we were driving. Will definitely let as many people know about their poor service as possible. Absolutely horrendous.

Tried to buy a car and committed over the phone and asked to do a deposit to hold the vehicle. Sales manager and agents says not a problem we will call you right back to get that done. After calling and texting for 2.5 hours finally get a call back that my car was sold as someone just walked in and told that even if I made a deposit they would have still sold the car anyways. Very slimy business practices. The full embodiment of the reputation “Used Car Sales” fights with. If you have the opportunity to do business with them or an ill tempered rattle snake, choose the snake. At least you know what you are dealing with.Remember if a business acts this way to sell a car, imagine how they will treat you after they have your money.

We were very impressed with the inventory of the dealer and the professionalism of the sales associate, Austen Fowler. Austen was very knowledgeable of all the vehicles we looked at and patient while we worked through the emotional and exciting process of choosing and buying a car. After everything was finalized, he took an additional hour Friday after the dealer closed, to go over the car features for a second time with me and my wife. We never felt rushed or pushed, and they made the process easy and seamless.

While we were on vacation our jeep went into limp home mode. I called and Scott in the service department said to bring it in when we got home. We got home Sunday and took the car in on Monday afternoon. Was told they would look at it Tuesday and give us a call before doing any work. Tuesday came and went and I didnt hear anything from dealership. I called Wednesday early afternoon and was told that they were going to look at it that day. Again no communication from dealership. I called at 9:00 am on Thursday and was told that Scott had a customer in front of him and he would call me back in a few minutes. After waiting until noon I tried calling back several times and was not able to get thru to anyone in the service dept. I had enough and went to pick up my car at 2:30 Thursday. They had my car for 4 days and not one word from them!When I told Scott I was taking my car somewhere else he got really defensive and said he didnt have time to call me. He didnt have time to even use the bathroom and had to throw away his breakfast and on and on. My husband was so mad the way Scott was talking..almost shouting..at me that he left and went and complained to the manager.We took our car to another local shop and they looked at it and called us within 3 hours of us dropping it off!I will never take my car back to the Newnan Jeep service Dept and will tell people not to go there.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. I purchased a truck in February and paid at that time in full. I returned it in June, not because I didn’t like the truck, but I could not get a title or a tag. What really got me was their indifference, and constant answer to my phone calls that it’s not their fault. I would not even buy a tricycle from these people!

Our family purchased a previously owned Jeep in mid October. Riding with the doors and the top off was amazing! As soon as it turned cold, we found the heat didnt work. We took it by the dealer requesting it to be diagnosed and fixed. Their out the door sales promise was to take care of us! That didnt happen. The actuator was broken and it would be $500 and change to fix. We stopped on the way home and bought the part for $25 and replaced ourselves.Note: they were right by the letter of the law, but wrong the spirit of the law and short sided in their thinking. I bought 2 new dodge trucks in the last 8 years and 2 jeeps in the last 6 years and likely in the market next year. Sometimes doing right by people might make you a lot more money in the future.

Rude and unhelpful- we walked up with the intent of test driving a Jeep Wrangler, and were immediately told there was only one wrangler on the lot (despite three within view.) The vendor told us the starting price was 67k, vs the 33k msrp listed on Jeep’s website, and that we wouldn’t find anything under 100,000 miles under 40k (granted, I don’t know if this is true or not.) We left without discussing the matter any further, but we’re blocked into our parking spot by an employee moving a display car (who had obviously stopped to send a text message, but still refused to move when we lightly tapped the horn.) Not trying to be hyper-critical, but I found the staff rude and the experience unsavory.

Literally the worst service ever.I have a 2015 Jeep renegade that decided to stop on me in the middle of the road a few weeks ago.I have had starter issues with this car and the MARIETTA dealer was very helpful they serviced my towing, and were nice and efficient. They didn’t make me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about and treated me like a person.HERE the service is TERRIBLE.When I called about my roll to a stop on a street a few weeks ago they were very short and not helpful. I was generally ok with not getting a serviced tow but not only did I not receive a call when my car was ready, they were very short with me when I told them that I’ve heard the car make the same noises and it was the starter so I felt that was it.“It’s the oil” they said I was 1000 over my expected oil change. So I was charged $340 for a diagnostic and an OIL CHANGE. And this was recorded making me look like a bad car owner. WHEN IN REALITY:2000 miles after the half butted oil change THIS NEWNAN dealership gave me, my car not only stalled at a light but the CHANGE OIL LIGHT HAS COME ON ( I believe when I was originally supposed to get the oil changed actually because I ask my oil mechanic to reset my alert system which means THEY LIED) not only did Chase from service tell me there is NO oil light that comes on in the car (which is totally a dumb lie because it’s a 2015 car most cars now have many check___ lights) he told me it was only the oil and that they changed it, and I would be fine well we’re full circle here my oil lights on and the car is stopping so you all decided not to listen to me and now I have to WAIT for an appointment. I was told everything was fixed in the previous visit but apparently not fully. This situation is ridiculous and disrespectful. I hope I continue to get around safely for both of our sakes until my scheduled appointment with my 100000 mile warranty that I don’t want to void by going to a non Jeep mechanic.If you want good service try the dealer in Chamblee or Marietta because so far for me, this ain’t it.

I requested full synthetic oil for my oil change. I knew the price charged was too low for synthetic, but was told it was because of a coupon savings.When reviewing my receipt later, I looked up part #68055890-AA which is conventional Mopar oil.I then looked at receipt for previous oil change and found same thing had occurred. This resulted in my going over 6000 miles between oil changes because I thought I had synthetic oil.

The staff was great. The last two times I went in there just for a oil change. I would be one of the first ones in there and it would still take 3 to 3 and a half hours. I would have to walk up front and check on vehicle before they would bring it up.

I’ve not had a great relationship with Landmarks but Newman’s service manager is the person you expect to have when dealing with maintenance issues, warranties, etc. He was fair and made sure my needs were taken care of at all cost!
