We had a great experience purchasing a 2021 Yamaha YZ125 for our son this past summer. We called many dealerships and no one had any in stock but was directed to Cycle City Power Sports. They were awesome to deal with and had everything completed for us by the time we drove over two hours to get there. We walked in, signed the paperwork and they brought the bike out. Simple, Quick and easy!! Certainly worth the drive!

I had been looking for a new Hayabusa in black and as luck would have it, Cycle City had gotten one in last week.I called them first thing in the morning, told Kristin the lovely finance assistant, what I was hoping to accomplish. I was very appreciative when so told me to hold off on driving the 65 miles to the store until I got a callback confirming availability on the unit.Britt the Sales Consultant gave me a call about 90min later and said I could come down to see it. He provided a very low pressure sales experience and is just an all around cool dude.Gregory handled the financing side of things and got everything approved without any headaches. And I left a very happy Hayabusa owner. I hope to be back down there again soon to say hello.

Horrible customer service. And beware of any work you have done. Recently I took a dirt bike to be serviced. Had a list of things I requested. Not only was it not done in time, but they raised the total amount owed that I wasn’t told about until it was time to pay (basically had no choice at that point). Once I got home I noticed multiple items that I paid for were not done. One example is I paid for a new chain but did not get one. I ended up rebuilding the carb myself and adjusting it myself after seeing how it performed (I’m convinced they did no work and just released the bike exactly as it was dropped off). I wasn’t going to give them anymore service or even write a review, however today I decided to call to see if they had a part I need in stock. Figured it would be a quick n easy question and if they had it I’d grab it on my way home. After sitting on hold for over 10 minutes a guy finally answered saying “I got a lot of people standing in front of me. What do you need?” That will be the last time I try and give them my business. I try n support local businesses especially during these crazy times, but instead I guess I’ll just order what I need from Amazon or another cycle shop online.

Thei service department saved me! Idiscoveted an unexpected unrepairable bad tire on my goldwing, the day before i was due to go ride in a memorial day veterans ride. I had a spare unmounted tire in my garage but i couldnt get it on the rim. I couldnt find anyone to help but i remembered these folks so i ran the tire and rim over to their service department late saturday afternoon in hope they might at least get the tire on the rim for me. They willingly and happily jumped to help and mounted it, inflated and balanced it and got me on my way within an hour, just as they were about to close. I am so grateful they were willing to help me in a rather desparate situation! They have earned all my business going forward!

Stopped in today in somewhat of a rush situation. I had my tire replaced by someone else and put the bike up for the winter. When I took it out for the first time today, halfway to Newnan my front wheel started wobbling pretty bad. I took it into Cycle City at 3 PM and I was back out the door in 45 minutes with a balanced front tire. Cannot thank you guys enough. Appreciate the rush.

Some of the guys and gals there are not friendly. The younger guy behind the counter was great but the older employees won’t even acknowledge you.

Not sure about mid-day morning and what not but if you come in there within an hour from closing time you might as well forget anyone helping you I was there 30 minutes before they closed and I had not one person come ask me if I need any help finding something which I did until 3 minutes before they close that was just to get me out of the store and motorcycle helmets at 100$ to $700 isnt something you just run in and grab and run out with I kind of wanted some help to see if they had this one or that one in stock in back but no I had to choose the only one that was there and would fit me..

Beware!!I would not have given them a one-star.I spent over $10,000 on two motorcycles within a year with this company. The way they treat their loyal customers is completely unacceptable. Early 2020, when I purchased one of the motorcycles, they charged me a fee for filing for my tags with the tag office. Im just learning via the tag office, now in 2021 that the filing was never done! Myself and my family could have gotten into a lot of legal troubles due to their negligence!!! I asked them for a refund for the fees that I was charged, of which the service wasnt rendered up until now. Not only did the manager on-site refuse to give me a refund for the fees that they charged me to file with the tag office-of which they didnt not when they were legally supposed to, but she also was terribly rude to me. I would not recommend ANYONE to purchase from this negligent company. They can get you into some real legal problems, bc they neglect their customers. Ill never purchase from them again!!

Actions dont match their word! Purchased a 2020 Yamaha Kodiak 700cc. They added without my permission a $899.00 GPS(FIN) tracking device, change the amount of time I owned my home from 1yr to 3yrs (just sold a house and purchased another), implied it came with a hitch, charged a assembly fee when I was told it was already at the Douglasville location just had to deliver it the next business day. After explaining this to a manager we had to redo all the paperwork. If it was not for my children I would have left the ATV. I told them I would get them one by Friday and I kept my word. Read read and reread your paperwork before you sign!!!!!! We love the ATV.I hope this help someone.Quincy Brittian😡

Ive been here twice, so far, with two different bikes and have no complaints. Once was for tires and even though one of them would up being defective and Cycle City was busy, they got me back in and got it fixed. The second was for carb work on a four carb bike and now it runs like a dream.You can count on Cycle City to take care of your bike. Their business is run with integrity, the mechanics do fantastic work and their staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Damaged my l.e.d. lights and charge me extra to replace my tires without even communicating with me and I was there the whole time customer service and communication is very unprofessional this is fastest way to lose customers

Almost nothing (bikes) in the showroom. Prices for accessories and fluids were higher than average. Talked to service department about some warranty work that need to be completed on my Yamaha and the counter person indicated a multi-week backlog of work due to an injury sustained by one of the mechanics. Id much rather spend my money locally and avoid the long ride, but Ill keep driving over to Powersports of Montgomery for my new bikes, accessories, and service.

I live in Utah and found the pre-owned bike I was looking for at Cycle City via an internet search. Brit, my salesman was awesome! After talking about the bike on the phone, he sent me detailed pictures and even video/audio of starting it up. He promptly and politely answered every question I had, and I was so impressed, I flew all the way to Georgia to see the bike in person. It was in great shape, just as the pictures depicted! Purchased my Ninja 400 from this place... Only gave me $50 bucks for military discount... Charged me a set up fee for a bike that was already on the floor... Told me over the phone I could test drive the bike, but when I arrive that change I was not allowed to test drive bike unless I made the purchase of the bike... My bank gave me a blank check, and Finance lady tried to use full up to amount on my check that was given to me by the bank...until I caught it while she was on the phone. They will add on unnecessary fees if youre not careful. Wont go back for service or another purchase.

2 cases . 1: a friend of mine signed a contract for a new kodiak. Few weeks later they called back saying it was a false price . They were very unprofessional about the whole thing . 2. There was a recall on the same kodiak and they were suppose to replace the fuel pump for free but it turns out we ended up having to pay for the “recall” .. very unprofessional

In the past 10 months I’ve purchased total of 4 brand new four wheelers close to almost $25k+- Owning a local business my self I take pride in customer relations. But this place is by far the worst at holding that. I’m very disappointed at the owner and some not all of the staff. I will definitely take my money else where even if I have to pay more for product or service. Funny thing is while your buying there all friendly and buddy with you after you leave it’s like who the hell are you!!!! Lol.

I brought in my motorcycle to the service Dept to have graphics installed. The service manager explained me that was something I can easily done by his technician . After I paid and went to get it technician and the service manager we’re outside explaining to me the issues they were having putting on The graphics. There are numerous bubbles creases nothing lined up The technician told me I can go home and put it in the sun and work out all the bubbles and left, I explained to the service manager that’s why I paid somebody to do it not to go home and do it myself his response was why I only quoted you a half an hour and he did his best that is very unprofessional and I am very disappointed with the service I received from the manager at work the technician did I would not recommend this motorcycle shop to anyone .

Well i just got done having my first oil change on my 17 Yamaha R1M and everything went amazing!. Great customer service helpful employees. I even purchased myself a Sena s20 for my helmet and they installed it and helped me use it! Dont listen to the past reviews about this place! Its good. Service and Parts department was great.

We bought our Polaris 500 4 seater from them in 2012 and have had it serviced there ever since. Ive never had a problem with this team. They are fair and do what they say on time. I recently took it to another shop that was closer for the annual service and was not happy at all with the results.I wont take it anywhere but here from now on and will buy my next Polaris from them too.

He did a fantastic job! He brought it back to life. His communication is excellent and the turn around time was fast. The price for parts and labor was very reasonable. Cycle City you are lucky to have this guy working for you. Do not hesitate to take your scooter to Robert. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Ive taken my bike to this shop 3 times in the past month. After the first repair I went out on a short, 10 mile ride. My bike broke down in the middle of a 4 lane highway and I had to struggle to get off the road. When I took it back to the shop, they promised to get to the bottom of it. That afternoon I received a call stating that there was nothing wrong with the bike, I had probably just left the fuel valve off or something. So I took my bike home and went out riding that afternoon and broke down a second time. I brought my bike back to the shop, where I was again assured it was fine although they made some slight adjustments. I took my bike home, and was again stranded for a 3rd time in the middle of a busy highway.I understand the difficulty in diagnosing problems sometimes, but I do NOT appreciate being blown off when my bike breaks down repeatedly in dangerous situations. I do NOT appreciate the insinuation that I must be doing something stupid, like leaving the fuel valve off. If you value your safety and want piece of mind while riding, I would recommend staying away from this shop.

Ok, Ill be honest, took a bike to get carbs done a few years back, had grease all over the tank, and an air filter bolt was missing. Went in yesterday, was looking at kids four wheelers for my son and nobody bothered to ask us if we needed help. Horrible service, and horrible service department.

My family recently bought three four wheelers using salesman Roger, who provided excellent service. We also had our childs four wheeler in for service and had some issues and management went above and beyond to make things right. We highly recommend Cycle City to everyone and will definitely use them in the future for service and purchases.

I called to let them know my husband was on his way with our maverick about an hour and a half before closing little did I know he would get stuck in traffic and end up being late. I couldnt get anyone on the phone because it was after hours but I contacted them through messenger on fb to explain the situation and they were nice enough to come back an hour after closing to let us leave our side by side. Thats excellent customer service if you ask me. I hope I can continue to say great things but so far this is a 5 star rating from me. Way to go cycle city.

We have been doing business with Cycle City for years. However this is the first four wheeler we have bought. We bought a 2015 Suzuki King Quad 400 and have nothing but good to say about the people working there and our purchase. Its okay. Nothing remarkable or unremarkable. I had to go ask someone to help me where Im used to at places that sell things especially in this price range for them to come to me and ask me how I can be helped. But they have a nice selection and its a nice store

I personally love CCPS. I just purchased a new 2015 Yamaha ATV from them and the experience was just great. Roger was my salesman and he helped me pick the perfect ATV for me. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family, and I will be returning to them for all of my service needs.

Beware and stay clear. I was post warned by 3 sources after my experience and their statements all aligned with stay away from Cycle City for your service needs. If there was an option for zero stars then that is exactly what spot on for the review this establishment should recieve. Charged me an astromnomical rate for service and then didnt stand behind their work and wanted to charge even more for an oversight on their part. Gave them the option to make it right and loose one customer versus sharing my story and loosing many. Stay away is all I can advise you and I believe in giving credit when credit is do, leaving it be for mediocre service, and certainly forewarning others to watch their wallets and not be taking just as I was. Do your homework ahead of time, I typically do however dropped my guard on this one and went on good faith. The service manager is hardly a manager and certainly doesnt put the customer first. This business is a one and done, make their money and cross your fingers your atv, bike, or utv makes it until you can find a legit service shop. Best of luck to all visiting here, cant say I didnt do my part by trying to give you fair warning.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Cycle City. I met the owner, Greg, who has been there for 12 years. The staff is knowledge and helpful and the store has a wide variety of units as well as maintenance and accessories. Very satisfied!!

I had to get a new tire for my 82 Goldwing. The price was good here, but getting it changed was the issue. When I paid for the tire I asked How much for mounting? The reply was about $40. Sounds good... When I went back after the tire came in (not is stock) and dropped the bike off, nothing was said about the age of the bike. A half-hour after leaving, I got notified the price would jump to about $75 or $80, because its an old bike... wth??? Another hour went by and they called back, not to say they were finished, but to say Since it has double swing-arms and means much more work, it will have to be $115 to do it. Well Heck, with little choice I paid it, but promised I wouldnt go back. I said if they would have told me this up-front, I would not have had an issue with the $115, but it didnt need to change 3 times after I dropped my bike off. .... Oh, yeah-After I got my bike home I noticed the nuts that hold the rear shocks to the frame were missing.... yeah, you know, the ones they have to take off to remove the rear tire???? Safely made it home, yeah, but scared for other people getting work done there...

Let me start out by saying I gave a 1 Star because thats as low a rating as I could give. When I owned my Boulevard C90, I didnt think a dealership could be any worse! I would drive 45 miles out of the way just to keep from having to deal with a business that made me feel as if I was an inconvenience when I came in to spend my money and give them business??I was excited when I heard a Victory dealer was coming to Newnan!!....until I found out it was going to be Cycle City? Because I knew that unless it was under new management it doesnt stand a chance of being successful. You started selling Victory in December, and in April, you have to order everyday maintenance items!....4 MONTHS LATER!! This tells me that had I bought a Victory from you, you dont even have the supplies to do the 500 mile service?!?Its dealerships like this one that give all the decent dealerships a bad name. Word of mouth is huge in the motorcycle community, and Ill do my part to spread it. I have also contacted Victory as well. Just to let them know of what an embarrassment this dealership is to their brand and name!!
