Love the different selections. They also have their Christmas items out which are beautiful you would find a lot of nice things.

I like the store, and its usually very tidy. Their items are clearly marked, so you arent playing guess the price on everything you pick up. I was disappointed that they didnt have the advertised 6inch pumpkins, and the employee said they arent getting any more. They are, however, fully stocked for Christmas.

I always love a craft store. Prices were still great! Found what we wanted and it was on sale.

Store was well stocked. I was surprised to see a couple rows of fabric, but sad to see a reduced yarn inventory.

Staff is helpful and professional. Store is kept in good condition as far as cleanliness. There were some shelves that needed to be restocked but other than that its pretty good.

Dont offer curbside if you cant find people to get up and get it done. 2 hours later Im told a other 30 mins unless I was t to come inside, get it together, and pay again. If that where the case, why would I of used curbside when I placed my order?

Not enough selection. Went in for taper candles for Christmas. Selection was severely slim. Two colors and two sizes. One would think a craft store would do better. This store is like a sampler platter...just a dabble of the popular items.

The cashiers are usually nice. The store has a good variety of things to choose from. I love the weekly coupon you can pull up on your phone!

Love the prices and coupons. But I really would like to see more new varieties of yarn. I know Red heart have all this new colors and textures. But this Michaels have the same over and over again. Please bring more yarns.

Michaels is a great craft & art type store; everything you need to make a home feel finished. It can be pricier than other places, but then those places would probably not have all under one roof. Their return policy is wonderful; 180 days. Its really good.

Very clean and organized location. Staff was very friendly. There were a lot of clearance items which was nice although that was the only thing that wasnt organized. Was easy to use my coupon on two purchases at the same time as well which I appreciated and they had a good deal of stock for the items I went for even though they were brand new.

I bought Caron latte cake in the roasted tomatoe and Ash pepper. Everyone in the store was very nice and helpful. I really love their yarn department plus everything else too.

Michaels is great if you catch sales or have coupons. Otherwise, they can be really expensive. I have learned to comparison shop and try not to impulse buy when Im there. So much stuff is calling my name, it can easily become a costly adventure. It is well organized and the staff is pleasant.

My daughters and I love this craft store there is always a project we can find on YouTube to try at home so we head down to our local Michaels to find everything we need its a great way for me to spend time with them and create some cool interesting art, as well as precious memories the staff is so helpful and also help me pick out the best materials for certain projects we choose to work on .

Every time I go into this location they seem to be short staff if you need someone to assist you on the floor there is never anyone to help you. The manager demeanor comes off as rude and if you ask her for help or question she is very short. I like the one in peachtree city much better the staff is very helpful and friendly.

They used to be inexpensive but their prices have creeped up lately. Still like to look for a bargain and the store is well kept. I did notice they scaled way back on jewelry making stuff.

Slow wait time. I ordered online for an in store pick up. It took fifteen minutes just to get someone to the frame area to assist me. There were no other customers ahead of me. This was after asking someone up front, and repeatedly pressing the assistance button. Thankfully, someone from the kids crafts cake and got my order for me. I buy online to pick up in store to save time (and sometimes more money), not to have to wait around forever like it’s Walmart. I gave three stars just because I like Michael’s stores as a whole, and when I walked in I was greeted. While I will continue to shop at Michael’s, I will NOT be visiting this store again.

Their signs listing sales were hanging in the wrong place so i wasnt able to get the supplies I needed. I called this to the management team I told her that the signs were misleading and she got an attitude and said if i wanted her to move them. I said I dont care if you move them or not that was up to her. She then said it wasnt her job to move signs that I should talk to her boss. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!
