They came out instantly, did an overall assessment, gave us all available options. We got three other estimates and still decided to go with them because of their higher recommendation. What a Great choice we made, the parts came in on a Friday and my new system was installed on the following Monday. They kept in contact with me, providing us with any and all information, answered every questions we had honestly, very professional and polite. While the guys were working they kept Everything clean, kept my door closed for our animals sake and even waited around for my husband to get here so they could show us both how to properly work our new system. Our AC went out late last night in Georgia. It was 92 degrees! I called Scott Walker and they promised to call me first thing this morning and get someone out. They did exactly what they promised to do. They called and had a technician at my house very quickly. Gerald was polite, professional and really showed he cared and kept me informed of progress, diagnosis and resolution and and he fixed our issues. Top notch service! I will always use Scott Walker.I have always had a great experience with them. I highly recommend them.

I had a new heating and air system installed as my old AC system could not keep the house cool anymore. It was the original system and the house is over 20 yrs old so it was time. Everyone at Scott Walker was wonderful to deal with from start to finish. I got several quotes from other companies and decided I wanted to upgrade to a Trane system which was a bit more than I had planned to spend but the reviews on Trane were very good.. Jerald came out to evaluate the system I had and we talked in detail about what I wanted from a new system. We went over several options and he explained them all to me, pros and cons. They again explained everything in detail about the new system and worked their tails off non-stop to complete the job in less than a day. Overall, a very good experience!

Our (over 16 year old) AC system stopped cooling last night. I called Scott Walker Heating and Air this morning. A technician was here by 9:00, gave us a range of pricing on a new unit, and told us it would be a few days to get the unit. They brought some portable AC Units (at no charge) to keep us cool until our new unit can be installed. We have two units and they have always given us fast, friendly, reliable service. I highly recommend Scott Walker Heating and Air!

When I got home Friday afternoon, it was 83 degrees in the house. I called my regular service and their voice mail was full and kicked me off. I did a search for the Newnan area and found Scott was open till 8:00. I called and they got a tech out here in less than an hour to fix me up. Cant ask for more than that. Well done.

Tom came out for a routine maintenance and found a clog that needed to be dislodged from our drain pipe. He worked on it from 5:30-9:30 pm and came back the next day and worked for couple more hrs to dislodge the clog.Not only was I impressed with how thorough, honest and hard working he was, everyone I interacted with at Scott walkers was pleasant and very responsive. Definitely would recommend this company!

AC went out Friday evening..I couldnt get anyone out here ..Called these guys Saturday morning..Price was up front (ball park) showed up 45 mins after I called...I thought it would be the more expensive option ..it was actually the cheaper option ...I want to add they were alot cheaper than a few I called. We just had Scott Walker Heating and Air install a new system in our home. Because the price is high for a new system, we got quotes from 6 other heating and air installers in the area. While Scott Walker is not the cheapest, it was evident after talking with Scott a few times that he has a superior level of experience and knowledge in this industry. The competition did not have the knowledge of their own systems to enable them to answer questions while Scott clearly knew the answer to these same questions.On installation day, we had the privilege of having John Barton and Chase Copelan in our home to complete the installation. Both John and Chase were very professional and stopped to answer all my questions as they performed the installation. The two of them also found ways to improve upon my current configuration to improve the efficiency during installation. It took 2 days to get the entire system installed.Now that the system is up and running, I am actually finding that I got an even better system than I expected. Scott spoke to me about how quiet the system would be when it was running. He was right, the system is quiet outside. I am even more impressed with how quiet the system is inside my home. I cant even tell when the system is running when I am in the room where the AC/heat is running.To top it off, I have a zoned system with 4 different zones. My old system struggled to handle the zones. The new Trane System is handling each of the 4 zones great! Our old system had a hard time heating the zones when it was cold outside. This new system is not having that issue at all.We purchased the:- XV20i TruComfort- XC80- Comfort Link III spent over a month talking with various companies that offered me quotes to perform this installation. I had them update their quotes and change them based on information I received from their competitors. At first, I was going to go with a company that I got a quote through a local Big Box store, but after talking multiple times with that company and with Scott, it was evident that the savings I would get from that company would likely not result in a better system. Scott was clearly a better option.I cant over emphasize how happy I am with my new AC system!

We live in Peachtree City. We had both AC units replaced. My wife got several quotes from different local companies. Scott beat all the prices, and answered all our questions. I am an engineer, and so had many questions.Scott Walker and his team were professional, ethical, polite, and fair. The system was installed in two days.We had a problem with the ducting - not part of the original install, rather a problem that appeared because of the more effective and efficient system,.Scott sent over John and Chase on Monday morning who diagnosed the problem, replacing and extended run of single wall piping with double wall to eliminate the problem . Could have easily charged us as an added upgrade to the system, not part of a std. replacement, but took care of it at no charge, did not even ask us to pay..I would recommend Scott Walker Heating and Air to anyone!

Update,On Tuesday, June 8, 2021, the owner of the company called, and apologized for their failure provide me with a quote for the replacement of my tankless water heater. The owner attributed their failure to get back with me to administrative error. The owner offered me with a complementary heating, and cooling inspection. I declined the offer, because I already have a service agreement for my heating, and cooling system. The owner requested that I consider using their services in the future, if the need arises. I informed the owner that I would. I guess that everyone is entitled to make a mistake.On April 28, 2021, I requested that Scott Walker Heating and Air provide me with a quote on replacing my old Rinnai Tankless Water Heater. I found Scott Walkers name listed on Rinnais website. A Techniican named Jerald, accompanied by another employee came to my home, and examined my water heater. Jerald informed me that someone would contact me with a quote on replacing my heater. As of this date, June 5, 2021, no one ever contacted me regarding a quote.I found another vendor to replace my water heater. It appears that Scott Walker Heating and Air was not interested in repalcing my water heater.

We didnt change the filter which caused issues.

We had a whole new AC unit installed. The entire team was very professional and knowledgeable. The crew that installed the unit was very punctual and cleaned up after themselves. The whole experience was very pleasant. Scott himself came out and walked us through the the whole set up and helped with the new electronic thermostat. Scott Walker Heating and Air was Awesome!! Scott Walker heating and air is the best heating and air co. I have ever used. I have lived in Sharpshurg since 1989. Air unit stopped blowing at 8 pm, house starting to get warm. Called for service at 8 am. They sent a tech to my house at 9:15 am. At 9:30 the air was back on. Had tech do complete service on unit. He found that freon was low and he installed freon in unit. He advised me that the system may have leak. He offered to put sealer in it and told me he could not guarantee it so i decided not to. I was so impressed by the service i told him to have his boss call me and price a new unit, my system was 17 years ago. Scott Walker called and we discussed the situation and he helped me make a decision to replace the system. Scott helped me with the right system and a fair price. This was on a Friday and system was installed on Monday. My house never got over 75 degrees from the 1st service call till the new unit was installed. He has the best technicians and the best installation team i have ever seen. I am a retired maintenance superintendent from Ga. Pacific. My wife has COPD. Scott Walker helped me when i needed a professional to do the job. Thank you very much for treating us like family when we needed it the most.

This November our heat went out and we had several (at least 5) companies come check out our furnace. We had a crack in one of the burners, as was noted by each company that came out. Scott Walker was one of the last companies we called and gave us two options, fix the current heating system (which was 15 years old) or replace it. We chose to replace our whole ac/heating system since it was about time and made more sense for us. My husband and I decided on Scott Walkers company over others for several reasons; two main reasons were that I could tell Scott Walker was a caring and straightforward man who wasnt trying to up-sell me or push a sale in general, and the other was the price difference for what we got. They had some great systems to choose from as well as financing options. I dont really appreciate pushy businessmen and tend to prefer hiring someone who seems genuine. It paid off with Scott Walker. They came and removed the old system and installed the new system within a day. Our system now works more efficiently and the temperature control touch screen is a pretty nice upgrade. Scott Walker HVAC and Duct cleaning are professional. But I hired them (and paid substantially for what I got) to clean my ducts. I specifically asked if they sanitize and deodorize as well as clean the air filter plenum and all was assured this was part of their services. The men were competent and professional but only vacuumed my ducts. Thats it. I asked about the handler and they said no they do not do this. I asked about sanitizing and deodorizing they do not do that either. As a Renovation General Contractor we weed our way thru the subs we use and for these reasons can not recommend Scott Walker over other duct cleaning companies we have used. We called twice - Made an appointment twice - HAD A NO SHOW TWICE!!! We called after the first no show and the lady answered the phone blamed it on the representative and the machine. Extremely impressed with Scott Walker Heating and Air. We are new in the area and a neighbor recommended them for AC service. One of our AC units stopped working. Scott Walkers tech (named Brian) showed up on time and thoroughly examined the entire house HVAC before diagnosing and fixing the problem. My experience began with a call to get an estimate for duct cleaning. The gentleman who answered the call described their process thoroughly and had a clear formula for the charges. The price was reasonable since they use a brush and vacuum system of cleaning. The two gentlemen who came were friendly, knowledgable, and professional. They took their time doing the job and vacuumed the floor around the vents and return even though I couldnt see what they were vacuuming. It was a great experience!

I had a really great experience with them coming out to fix an issue with my unit. They also installed it a few years ago and the experience was great then. Id recommend them. Their pricing is fair, compared to other companies and they are thorough. Kudos to Justin who saved my family from Hellish Ga heat in mid July! I wish I had called them first when I noticed an issue. I later remembered who installed my unit and gave them a call and am glad I did and will only be using them now for maintenance and any future repairs. Scott Walker and his team installed a new Trane Air conditioning system at my home in April. I found his crew to be very efficient and very professional. They performed the installation very quickly and exactly as described when I started taking bids on the job. The system he installed has been excellent and has performed better then I could have imagined. I called Scott Walker Htg & Air on January 20, 2020 because my Heat wasnt working. Weve had the Unit for 4yrs, as it was purchasded from this buisness, never had any type of problems with the Technicians until the 20th when 2 Techs came out, very Cordial & Friendly, they both went out back where the unit is and they were out there for about 25 minutes came back inside, ask when was the lastime that we changed the filter I told him, whereas he took that to say that was the problem, ever since we had the unit installed whenever it was serviced or a problem came about, seem like it was always the FILTER! but the Tech & even Scott would put one in if they had it on the truck, but this Tech went in the truck got a filter that didnt fit my return & cut it off to make it fit, whereas he could have told us he didn have one, and we went to a store and got 2 filters, but that wasnt the problem anyway, so I ended up calling again because the problem was not resolved. another Tech came out, listen to what I told him about what was going on with the unit, Very Nice, Professional & Attentive Man, he went out to the unit and he was out there so long checking things out, I thought he had left, Lol, But his findings should have been taken care of by the first 2 Techs that came out initially, The Tech that Im talking about, His name I think is Mr.Terry, hes a knowledgeable, Professional & Kind Man, If ever I need service again or know of anyone that needs service or a Unit I would Recommend This Buisness & Mr. Terry, Mr Terry my Unit is Working like it should Yay You Did It👍 THANK YOU!!

In the past few weeks, our old system failed. Scott personally came to the house to assess what was needed and gave us different options on new systems. He rearranged his teams schedule so the work could be done the next day. The team was working in temperatures of 130 degrees in the attic to complete the work. They were nothing short of phenomenal. We cant thank this business enough for seeing to our needs in a responsive, courteous and efficient manner.Theres no better company to work with. They take pride in their work. Its definitely service with a smile.

Scott Walker has outstanding service level. He spends time to research the project. He very thoroughly explains what he feels needs to be done in terms or both process and rationale. He does a great job on follow up and maintenance. Could not recommend more highly.

I had a pleasant experience with Scott Walker Heating & Air. Mr. Walker was very informative regarding the options available to me, as I needed to replace my original HVAC unit. I did a lot of research prior to choosing to hire him and feel totally confident in my decision. I have just purchased this unit in the last month and so far, so good. Good choice!

Scott Walker replaced my unit years ago, so when it stopped working again, I knew just who to call. They are always flexible with their time and super polite and courteous while theyre on the job.Unfortunately, this is an expensive industry. They charge $70 just for pulling in your driveway, and if they do any work at all, youll pay another $90 an hour for labor. But their work is good, and when its good you can charge whatever you want?? If youre on a budget, I suggest you shop around.

Ive gone through several heating and air companies in Coweta County over the years and none of them come close to Scotts knowledge, ability and level of customer service. They treat you like family and always go the extra mile. I recommend them to all my friends.
