I give it a 5 star because second time I go there. they gave us a good deal the first time .So the first time I went, I got a beauty restKing size mattress, with a hydraulic frame. last year . For $2000 out the door. Sounds alot but you do get what you pay . And remember buying a bed is like going grocery shopping so take your time .

Went into Mattress Firm inquiring about a warranty, had a confirmation the next day from Mattress Firms corporate office. First off, their Warranty Program is fantastic and easy to use. Went into the Newington Mattress Firm the next day and dealt with Augustine. He was absolutely phenomenal, very polite and knowledgeable. Showed us all of our opinions that were fitting to our needs. Couldn’t ask for a better transaction.

Order never done correctly. Billing issues and very poor customer service. Canceled order. If I could give no stars they would have gotten that.Buyer Beware!

I was looking for a new mattress as mine was trying to kill me slowly. I went to at least 6 different mattress stores and there was always something that didnt work for me...usually the price! Located at 2661 Berlin Turnpike, Newington, Nathans flexibility and sincere interest in our needs provided us with the confidence in making our mattress purchase. He speaks candidly and like a friend. ZERO PRESSURE! It was like having a conversation in a cafe. Talk to Nathan and ask him questions about mattresses. Not once did he try to push us into spending all our money. we had gone to two other places that day and ended up saving about $900 thanks to him. Good man indeed.
