If you have the ability to use another supply company, I strongly recommend you use another supplier.The customer service is awful!
You have to be crazy and a glutton for punishment to deal with this company. My spouse was stuck in hospital an extra day because they couldnt provide oxygen for my spouse. The kicker is I have an account thru them already because they claimed my insurance didnt cover but alas it does and already pays them on other claims. Also the service representative is rude and unprofessional. So be forewarned you get what you deserve for dealing with this co
They make you wait for a long time on the phone. Then when they answer, you cant understand what they are saying. If I could rate it a zero, I would.
Lincare is the worst business provider for cpap supplies and customer service. I tend to never give public reviews and always give the benefit of the doubt and provide extra chance but truly Lincare has the most horrible customer service, excessively sends the wrong supplies and bills customer and insurance and make it impossible to return or get the correct supplies in a timely fashion, leaving us with months of unneeded inaccurate supplies we had the responsibility to pay for. It takes 30 minutes to an hour to review, report and repeat the erroneous process and mistakes to their customer service with no resolution, just more calls to customer service representatives having to repeat the same issues in an utterly deplorable cycle. We even made one call to the field account rep who has served the Hudson Valley Region for years, explained our issues and she basically implied to find another vendor if we didnt like the service provided. Truly the worst place to do business, believe the reviews, and choose elsewhere. Completely unprofessional and unreliable in every way.
The equipment was fine. I needed the oxygen machine at my house before my family member arrived home from the hospital. The problem was in getting it picked up when we were done with it. I called to say they could pick it up. The operator was abrupt and simply said someone would be in touch to schedule the pick up. That never happened. I had originally been told that they come to my area on Wednesday’s so I waited until Tuesday or Friday before calling again. Then they told me they couldn’t remove it without a script from my doctor. My doctor told me he hasn’t been asked for this before. A few days later I called them. They said they were just going to call me to set up the pickup but it wouldn’t be until Friday which is when the charges would stop. No no no - I cancelled this two weeks ago so why should I continue to pay for this ? She said, “Well, you’re morn paying for this - your insurance is paying”. That’s a very big problem. She changed her mind and said that charges ended when they received the script from the doctor. Then the “scheduled” pickup ? Somewhere between 9 and 5 on a Thursday. It’s now 12:15pm and they haven’t come. The operator says I’m third on the schedule so the driver should be here in a few hours. Terrible customer service. Overcharging my insurance. Don’t use them
Wish there was an option to rate this company with a big 0! If you look up the word incompetence in the dictionary youll find the name of their company. Only interested in $$. We were forced to purchase our own INR monitor just to get away from them. It took a mth of jumping through hoops to get them to take it back. The communication or rather lack of is deplorable. Customer service is useless. It took a month to getmachine out of our home. Its finally gone and the 1st thing we had to do waswrite this review. Unfortunately, there are few companies that offer a rental of this machine. Again there are companies out there that sell them its worth the investment if you can afford to do So. Good riddance to this company its obvious why they have the ratings they do! Do yourself and your family a favor go elsewhere!
The previous reviews show almost 35#1 & 7 #5. Im all in for giving a 5 at this point. Each time Ive called (4xs) Ive been treated well on the phone. When I went there almost two weeks ago I was taken care of. The training program went very well. I already had experience but the equipment was new so I was fine with the updated version and explanation. I do think I was to receive a call after 7 nights which I havent yet after 12 nights. Maybe I was to call there. Dont know for sure but I think I am correct. I did forget to bring my card for my share of the payment. I told them I would call later that day. I forgot. I have not been hounded one bit. I hope to remember to call tomorror, Monday..The place was fine looking and appeared clean. It is not the location shown on the site on RT. 300passed the Newburgh Mall.

Worst company I have ever worked with. How could they be in business. It is taking me over a month to get my sleep apnea accessories because my insurance only deals with this company. Perhaps if they get enough complaints made someone intelligent enough would do something. This wouldnt be the case if it was a 500 Fortune company that pride itself on quality customer service!!!
What a disaster! I thought I was crazy until I read the plethora of negative comments on Lincare Newburgh. I won’t pile on too much but will say my experience has been horrible and this place should basically be closed. They are totally out of control, and severely mismanaged. I am done chasing them and will go to a competitor who actually wants my business. I am done with Lincare.

If you need oxygen dont hold your breath you will die trying to get it from them. They are the worst there is always late unless Shaun handles it nothing like waiting all day to get a call at five to say there not coming an you have 1 tank left.
Without a doubt the worst durable medical supply company I have ever dealt with. Zero service, impossible to get any problem resolved. Id recommend Edgepark if you actually want to set up a relationship once and not have to worry about it.
Got my supplies fine, people are nice though I had to wait at least a half an hour each time I went there and the office is disgusting/dirty having the feel of an old warehouse.Phone customer service seems somewhat poorly managed. Several of the automated menu options take you in circles. After you figure that out and are eventually able to actually talk to someone they seem a bit unfriendly. Also originally when they called me to ask about getting auto shipment of my CPAP supplies I triple checked to make sure that I wasnt going to be billed for the supplies and that my insurance covers all of it and I was ensured that it was. However now I am getting invoices for co-pays, albeit small ones, but they do add up.
Let me say that the real name for Lincare should be “Lin doesn’t care”! Unfortunately my husband is on oxygen 24/7. His pulmonologist put in a prescription for a higher oxygen concentrator which his office does all the time! We called Lincare and we were told they have them but hadn’t received the prescription. The pulmonologist office submitted again. We called again and now we’re told they’re out of them. Also called for portable tank and was told they would deliver on Thursday. Guess what? No delivery😤 Called once again and was told they were out of portable tanks! Disgraceful!
Extremely helpful. All of my calls went through easily. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant, especially a Lady named Rita. Highly Recommend!
Can I give zero stars? First off.. the stains on the carpet as you walk in look like someone was murdered there and they didnt bother to clean it up. Secondly, the women at the desks are discussing patient data while other patients are within earshot. Thirdly.. The staff is not only ignorant about the products they provide, they treat you like you just ran over their dog.. which might explain the stained carpets and walls.. I think I got an STD just walking in the door. Go elsewhere.I would however recommend this place to the termially ill, all my ex wives and suicidal people.
Poor customer service at call center, does not return calls in a timely fashion.Doctor wrote a prescription for equipment over 60 days ago and still hasnt filled requested order.Best results by action is filing a complaint with nys consumer protection agency for unethical practice

I give them one star on behalf of their excellent note taking. They are able to read you notes of phone conversations that take place between you the patient, the doctors office and themselves. However, their customer service is horrible. They seem to pass the buck in every situation that we encountered. It seemed to be one thing or another while we patiently waited for a phone call to receive our prescription. We gave up on this company and going in circles with them. I do not recommend using Lincare to anyone.
Dumpy Place, unresponsive staff, finally walked out after being ignored for 20 minutes. You realize quickly that you do not want to do business with them.
They dont even deserve 1 star. Horrible, horrible customer service!! Dont bother giving them business. Rude, rude and rude!! They dont have any professional phone etiquette. Dealt w/Lincare Newburgh for many years. Long story short, terrible customer service. Drivers are great but the office stinks. I am a very positive person and very patient so for me to write this, you know it has to be bad. Current situation: Lincare was supposed to show up today before 1pm to pick up all oxygen equipment. Well 1:01 no one here so I called Lincare Newburgh. Asked for Rita, who is the one who said they would be here today, but Ashley said she was busy and helped me. Only to find out from ashley that we werent on the schedule today (more or less)!!! I was on the phone w/Ashley for 10 mins just to find this out!!!!Something about it wasnt on the tablet was Ashleys comment, which means they werent coming. But...could come some time this afternoon but not sure when!!! UGH! Told her I wanted to speak to Rita since she is the one i originally dealt with. Well, 35 mins later Im still waiting for Rita to call me back! Same story, just a different day! Cannot wait to be rid of Lincare Newburgh! Sad though for other oxygen users out there who have to use their service. Ive complained before but it goes nowhere. Good luck people, thats all I can say!!
Terrible service. Billing is absolutely disturbing. I keep getting bills. Over the past few years I have been billed for things I already paid for. Now I have secondary insurance who paid my copay. Lincare had been billing me several times for this copay even though the insurance company has confirmed that they paid Lincare. Stay far away from this awful company...they suck!

I can write a book on how horrible this place is. Were dealing with a special needs child at 6 months old the level of rudeness and unprofessionalism is unreal. They actually made my wife cry. To date were still waiting for a manager or someone who actually cares to call us back but by judging the reviews apparently thats never going to happen. There is a girl they are named by Sonia who needs a lesson and how to treat people. She challenged my wife when we requested to speak to a manager. I would be ashamed to say that I owned I ran this place.

Atrocious service. I am a local physician and I can say they are bad in every way possible-- as a referring doctor, a customer and a patient. Their hold times are interminable, and their phone skills are poor. Their staff is not knowledgeable. No amount of calls, begging or threats made any difference no matter whom I spoke with or at any level. Use anyone else if you can; believe me its likely your doctor already knows. Cant give zero stars because I couldnt figure out how.

I never review anything but the treatment I have received from this place has been so horrific that I felt I had too in this case. I have had a horrible experience with Lincare. To tell you the service has been terrible would be an understatement. I have been literally lied to by a woman named Rita on 2 occasions already and still do not have my cpap machine which was ordered by my Doctor 2 weeks ago. STAY AWAY!!!

Used to be a decent company, but now, Forget it... Lately I tried to call for oxygen supplies,, for 2 days,on Oct 26, ended up calling the home office,I guess, on Oct 28!!!, ordered 10 1600/ soft Canulas... 14 days later,I had to send, another disabled friend to the Newburgh office, where they made her stand !! Outside, for over 20 minutes, to get my package, supposedly was ready, but I get the bag it has 6 Canulas,of the wrong style, and 1 is pointed down ?! Useless...What a joke, thy get paid by disability,& I still have to pay someone else to get them for me...2 weeks later..!!!!Its a Disgrace, !!!!!
