I use the workstation at this location all the time, any time I need to print something. Over the past couple of years, I have interacted with several different employees, and every single one of them has been knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They have helped me with everything from mechanical issues with the printer, to picking out a higher quality of paper for my presentation, to printing my documents themselves via email. Time after time, the staff at this location has gone above and beyond!

Lie about package progress. Told me my package from an hour from my house was on an airplane on a tarmac and I couldnt get it. Wait until someone different was at the desk and was told it was on a truck out for delivery

Worst customer service! Absolute waste of time. Took absolutely ridiculous amount of time to create a label and print a selfaddressed envelope. And ofcourse all the rolling eyes in the process.

I didnt even receive my goods. He even sent a message saying that it had been placed in my house the day before. Such a company, I can only say that he is not responsible, I will not let them deliver the goods next time.
