They have proven amazing in providing warm/friendly customer service as well as very high quality work and quick turn around times to meet our needs for years. Having an onsite graphical designer has allowed us to offer very creative and unique custom league spirit wear that has sold out on every order. Our community loves their work. We were fortunate enough to have our local varsity basketball team advance to the state final last year and our Karens (there are 2!) & team turned around a great design on very short notice for a fundraiser shirt and had 200 of them in our hands in days! They virtually sold out overnight and the profits paid for the team varsity dinner at the end of the season! We highly recommend the Continental Screen Printing team!

At first it was a good experience, my husband and I sat down with the owner and the graphic designer and planned out exactly how we wanted our shirts. Then when my husband went to go pick them up, our logo was a bit crooked. When I called the next day to see what could be done, the owner Karen told me that in her 15 years of printing she had never had this problem. When I asked for a portion of our money back because (I do appreciate the work that she did) she was rude and a bit stuck up. After going back and forth for 20 minutes, she then agreed to give us a partial refund. She did ask me not to come back there because she does not want to deal with unhappy customers, which blew my mind. Im sorry but it is a bit hard to believe that in 15 years of work not one person had an issue. I would go back there BUT ONLY if there were different owners.
