Sent my rings to get them half a size bigger and get clean they took pictures of the ring and the lady said, “wow your wife take good of them”. Nothing was wrong with my rings. Two weeks later ring comes back with a missing diamond! The person that check them should’ve notice the diamond was missing. Left the ring to replace the diamond.. still don’t have my ring back. Kay’s took my Sentimental value away from me.

Honestly depends who’s on staff but most of the time I’ve had a very good experience treated very nicely even if I wasn’t dressed all fancy was able to buy a very nice ring I wanted and got a very nice deal only thing is not all staff are that nice one or two act very. High class and ignore people they think don’t have the time to be bothered with but over all most staff is fantastic

Kay jewelers has always been the best jewelry store for fast service and handling my jewelry with great care. I had a very expensive piece of jewelry that they made a point to write down every tiny flaw then had a jeweler come into the store so I could be there to watch the repair. They made me so comfortable. I really trust them. And when they say theyre going to say something they follow through with it. Its not just talk.

Cindy is the best associate I have ever worked with at Kay Jewelers. She has the most out going personality and really makes you feel special. If there was ever a problem she has always gone above and beyond to help. Even though the company likes to move her from store to store I always follow. Right now I have a 45 minutes drive to see her but there is no one else I would ever deal with. She is beautiful and brilliant about the knowledge of the merchandise and just about gold and stones in general. I send all my friends to her.

Bronze and Black! The End...If I was going to simplify everything, that would be it. The bronze shines in the light while the black create a tone that says “yeah, that’s nice!” I will definitely recommend this store to anyone as well as buy my wife second wedding band.

BEWARE!!! Scam Artists For Repairs!!!I have a Movado watch and lost a link so knowing Kay sells Movado I decided to bring it there. They told me they would have to send it out to Movado to look at as they do not do Movado repairs in house. I also told them I wanted to know how much it would be to polish the watch. Five weeks later, Kay calls me with Movados estimate of $1300. Shocked I asked why so much, the associate goes on to tell me that Movado does not replace just one link and I would need a whole new band and a bungh of other things. (Kay sells my watch brand new for $900) The rep then proceeds to tell me about their Movado sale they have going on. Disgusted I told them I do not want the repair and I would be in to pick up my watch. When I got home I wanted to give Movado a call to find out what the story was for myself. Turned out I got the clasp and the polish for $97. Moral of the story?? DONT BRING YOUR REPAIRS TO KAY JEWLERS!!!!!!
