Ordered and paid for my groceries online. my app said everything was ready but upon arrival I was told that nothing was ready and their was nothing anyone can do about it. I asked for a manager but the manager was too busy in their car to bother. I was there for over an hour asking what happened to my groceries. An associate came out with very random items that weren’t ordered and said that was the best they could do and also mentioned that he had paid for them all with his own money. I had two small children in the car and was very upset and confused. I got my money back, but I recently had major surgery and couldn’t shop on my own. NEVER AGAIN!

I made 3 trips to the pharmacy to pick up my meds because they dont have there hours of operation displayed anywhere except for the lunch time. And when they are open, the staff are too disconnected that they cant even give a proper salutation. Im getting a new pharmacy.

For me, they are often out of stock for things, but they always let me know when its coming in. Other than that, they have the best hours. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful.

Dont fill scripts until you show up, even though send electronically. Then told will be ready in 15 20 minutes. 45 minutes later not done.

Associates that lie and cannot do their job. Screwed up my prescriptions and told me I had to wait another hour. New York is a joke.

Staff is kind, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile.

Very clean,I would if the one’s New York were as clean.
