I highly recommend this vision center. Dr. Jennifer Steckenrider (Dr. S) and Jaquay are so pleasant and informative. They explained everything in detail. The staff is very courteous and helpful.

I not always find of driving all the way to Newburgh but I am for this Walmart Vision Center. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I met Mary two years ago, a staff member who has been there for 23yrs. She is so delightful to work with. She deserves nothing but excellence and praise. I gave this a 5 star rating cause they certainly deserve it!

Dr Linda and entire staff were extremely helpful both on day of exam and a few weeks later when I returned with questions about my contact prescription. I HIGHLY suggest ordering contact lenses directly from them at the store and not bothering with ordering on the Walmart website. The processing time & shipment time from store is far quicker than when purchased online.

Lets start by saying the glasses I bought were close to garbage for $300. Then, a week later to get contacts, I give it another chance. The contacts werent my true vision I saw, but the doctor said the left eye was a weaker version than the contacts I had trying on. She says that when the stronger dose comes in, itll replace the ones I have in that are trial. I now have 6 months of contacts coming in that are kinda close to my prescription. Still felt like both eyes were off and for the money, felt rushed. I had a trial pair last me 2 weeks, while waiting for the new pair. To make matters worse this isnt even a vision center for Wal-Mart. Its called NVI or something like that. If you can, avoid this hassle all together, and just go somewhere better. Even middletown Wal-Mart. This company should be ashamed of themselves. Ive been waiting for my first class mail on these contacts, which is 1 - 3 days, and now its been 6, glad to know first class in their eyes is basically the same as free shipping. Not like I really need to see when I go to work.
