We sent our dead iphone in for repair(since the pandemic restricted us) and OOW immediately tried a few things and could not fix it since the motherboard was burned out. They were extremely quick, and sent the phone back immediately. This information was helpful and we were able to get a refund for the phone. Thanks.

They couldn’t fix my iPhone 6 after I dropped it in water - too far gone (I waited too long to bring it in) but only charged $5 assessment. I appreciated the quick and honest approach and told my brother about them- just today they fixed his phone in no time for an amazing price. I will continue to reccomend and use this place as needed. My phone was not receiving a signal and had them do a $5 assessment to diagnose the problem. In half hour they diagnosed the issue to be the board, due to the age of the phone it was not worth the price to fix it and recommended that I should replace it instead of trying to get me to spend more money with them. The staff was very nice and helpful. Would return again with any issues on a cell phone again.

** UPDATE ** I had to bring one of my tablets back (not because of anything O.O.W. did, the replacement screen was faulty) He took the tablet back at no charge and ordered another screen, replaced it and all works well. My two tablets perform very well. I promise if you have issues with your equipment then give this place a chance. I highly recommend it.Very professional individual. Dedicated to extreme customer service. Very pleased with my experience having 2 completely different tablets repaired. An LG tablet and a IPad. If I have need for anything else repaired I will bring it here.

Got my Iphone 4S screen fixed in less than an hour, for under what my entire year of insurance would of been through Verizon. Customer service was considerate, and attentive. I will use them again and recommend using them.
