Frank the owner was recommended by all he says so, his place is filled with magnificent pieces of granite and quartz. I have my eye on a piece that is going to make my kitchen fabulous! Highly liked by the customers his company has designed for and Im a fan now.He noticed my back was giving me trouble and recommended someone very good that Im making an appointment to see.I cant wait on both accounts!

We ordered our countertops 3 months in advance abs paid in full, when Frank came to template he said we were over more square footage. I told him that was impossible when I gave Erica my layout it had everything all the counters and island. I had sent Erica a pic of the layout abs gave it to her in person so when we picked out the counters we wanted she gave me the price for it and I ended up paying on full.After they wanted to charge extra an extra $1,000. I said no way it was there mistake so they wanted me to pay $550. Then they come to install and after installation we noticed around the sink it was measured wrong and one side came out about an inch more then the other side.Then our island had a crack in it.We scheduled for them to come and fix both problems.They told us a time they were coming at a certain time abs date, then the day if they called 2 hours early Saying they were on there way. That’s not cool when I’m still at work and cannot leave. Then Frank says we would have to reschedule this appointment.I will never ever use them or recommend them ever again to anyone .

Dont buy here! The owner Frank does not stand behind his work.His measurements were off and the backsplash had to be taken back to be modified which took several days.Also, the center island was delivered with several razor blade cuts into the granite.When I asked Frank to come take a look at it, he said he doesnt inspect every job that leaves the shop! That too had to be taken back to have the cuts grinded out. Then he wanted CASH payment in full before he would re deliver the island or he would not guarantee re delivery by Thanksgiving. That is NOT what the contract states. When I finally got the island back after giving full CASH payment the shiny gloss finish quickly wore off. I again asked him to come take a look, he refused to do anything further. Never once did I get an Im sorry: for the mistakes and inconvenience. Frank cant be trusted. He is a terrible businessman. Dont let this happen top you!

From the moment we met with Erica we knew we had found the right place. Frank the owner was very friendly and helpful. From start to finish cannot say enough of good things. No high pressure sales, very affordable, quick turnaround time. Installers very clean, knowledgeable and professional. When Franks son came to do templates he told me he had a better bracket for the dishwasher. When the guys came to install they said if he told you that they will be back to install. They went to check in the truck and said they usually have one but didnt. I should have held back some money because I called Frank who insisted that they do not put the bracket back that they took off. I know that both the installers and the son said they do. I had a feeling that Frank wouldnt honor it. He doesnt aim to please the customer. If he honored this request the review would have been different.

Reasonably priced. Good selection. Fast turn around. No issues. Had them do 2 homes and will continue to do more

Frank helped me find the most perfect granite and gave me an excellent price. Most competitive prices around . His crew was super nice and professional. Anyone that is looking for a specific granite should come here. Very satisfied customer !

Dont trust this Frank guy...had a terrible experience with him. Says hes honest but i should know not to trust someone who says “i pay my bills”...they usually dont. Hes no different. Read the reviews...looks like im not the only one.

Terrible terrible terrible experience. No sense of customer service. Ended up losing $2000. Thank god I found the exact same slab at another REPUTABLE local longtime establishment. Would NEVER recommend this schlock place

Great selection of granite at an affordable price. Frank was a true professional. He personally participated in the selection and installation of our countertops and cabinets. His installers were courteous and neat. Keeping your business local is easy to do with Granite & Marble countertops.

It was a very disappointing experience. Promised sevices they did not deliver. Poor communication between owner and installers, left me hanging and I ended up hiring someone else to finish the job. Very unprofessional and again, poor communication once there was a problem. The employee who did the measurements was excellent and knowledgeable. The granite cut itself was excellent. However, overall experience was stressful. I will not recommend to anyone.

Excellect experience. you want people working in your home as if it were their home and that is just how I felt. Rob, Anthony and Joe are a great bunch of guys who know what theyre doing. Anthony even made suggestions to me when he came over to make a template which saved me from having my pantry door hitting a corner of my countertop. The final product was beautiful. Very surprised to see any negative reviews but I guess some people are never happy! I would use them again, recommend them, oh any by the way, they also had the best price. win win

Great selection of slabs with the cheapest pricing in the area . I dealt with Rob who is one of the owners and he was great to work with. The staff was knowledgeable and the work was fantastic and the turn around time was also great . Highly recommend going there .

I would avoid this place like the plague if I could do it over again. The owner Frank is a fast talking salesman, vague on details and long on promises.If you must use this company, check very carefully that every conversation detail that you have with him is clearly written in your contract, go to his office when they are actually laying out the template and cutting your stone, to see if they are getting every piece that you wanted, and make sure to ask every question and more, for instance, will I need a plumber to connect the faucet to the sink that you will install, is there enough for a backsplash as I asked, will you scratch up my deck bringing in or taking out stone, how long will I wait for installation after the stone has been delivered to your office.While you think you may be saving money buying from Granite and Marble Countertops, you will find that any savings are eaten up by new and unanticipated costs.

Only used this company one time. Had a problem w the cabinets we purchased and have to say customer service is non existent . Would not use this company again steer clear
