I bought a mattress less than 16 months ago, it developed a dip. I went to the store and they referred me to the website. I filled out the forms on the web and my claim was denied. I can pay 79.99 and have someone come to the house and check the mattress if I would like. Save your money go somewhere else.

Such a great experience. When we put together a sleigh bed that was wrapped in storage on Friday we realized it was a king and not a queen. We got on the phone with mattress firm and in less than 20 minutes my new bed was on its way. The sales woman was courteous and very capable and managed to save us almost $900 on our order. My mattress arrived Sunday -less than 24 hours from ordering. I just awoke from my first night sleep and after packing and moving for the last few weeks I feel energized and well rested. If you are looking for a mattress I highly recommend you give them a call. I bought there 12 inch memory foam curved mattress and I love it!
