This store is amazing they have so much stuff and any balloon you can think of. The owner is a very nice guy too.

1. The store opened 30 min late. 2. Half of the balloons were popped or deflated 6 hours later... the others all deflated by morning.

Had a wonderful experience in the store. Called to order balloons and they were ready within 15 minutes. The sales clerk was very helpful and polite. Balloons looked great and lasted a long time. Price was great too, way more affordable than Party City

Bought 2 big balloons here today. The second i got in my car, the number baloon started to deflate. Went back after 2 hrs later and the owner told me that i would need to pay half to get another one. That didn’t sit well with me considering that the other baloon was just fine. He ended up replacing it but on my way home, the replaced baloon also deflated!

I got helium balloons here, but when I got home one balloon died and even other balloons couldnt stay for 24hours. I felt so bad I paid almost 20 dollars only for helium.

Quite nasty on the phone. They guy acted like he had better things to do. Ill take my business elsewhere then.

Typically, I go in here for all of my local party needs. However, my last encounter there was not a pleasant one. I had just purchased 2 specialty balloons upon exiting the store one of the balloons popped on the door hinge. When I asked the owner to discard of the balloon because it popped on his door he did not offer to replace it or even apologize. There are no signs that caution you and he surely did not say be careful. I think his lack of compassion was poor customer service. I will not be returning.

Not as big or as many products as party city but very good for party items vs constumes

He has a great veriaty. The prices are fair and there is no other party shops around.

I bought 4 helium balloons on Thursday. By Monday 2 of them were falling down. Helium balloons from dollar tree last almost a month
