Sears auto offers everything. Can find great deals on tires. They will stand by thier work. Stop by and get a quote. Very compatible.

Great place to get oil changes and any mechanical things done. They work fast but can be pricey.

My friends and I got a flat on the thruway and drove here on a donut since it was the closest repair place that was open. We asked to see if they could repair the tire since it was a hole from a nail and were told that if they couldnt, they would call and let us know but if they were able to, it wouldnt take more than an hour. We decided to wander the mall and an hour and a half later, there was no call of any kind. We tried calling, but were put on hold for more than 10 minutes. After walking back into Sears, we were informed that the tire couldnt be plugged and theyd need to put a new tire on. After asking why we werent called about it, the man behind the counter said that he wasnt told by anyone that they werent able to fix it. We ended up leaving on the donut.The people were nice and courteous initially, but no one even tried to reach out to let us know that the issue couldnt be fixed. In addition to that, there was no apology or accountability from anyone for why we werent notified. We decided that it would be better to get it fixed elsewhere since we couldnt wait any longer.We also realized once we had gotten back home that they kept the tire and rim instead of putting it back in the car like they should have done. Ridiculous. Will never go back here, even if they are the only place open. Id rather wait a day and take my business elsewhere.

Went in to get an alignment check on my F350 and was expecting the worst because the truck pulls to the right quite a bit. Once they put the truck inside and had a chance to look at it, I was informed of the steering components that needed to be replaced before a correct alignment can be done. The truck has 101,000 miles on it so I was surprised to find out that only the tie rods were worn. But the part that surprised me the most is that I was told by the mechanics that they would not be able to do a correct alignment on my truck due to its length and referred me to a few places in town who have the necessary equipment to do it right.This is amazing to me because they could have just said we can do it and I would not know the difference. Thanks for the honesty even though that means that they would not be able to make a sale.Good people and honest mechanics, I will be taking my other vehicles here for similar services.

Took my car in for a new battery at the Newburgh Sear Auto Center. They installed a smaller battery, because they did not have my size in stock. Some things are not working properly now in the car. The dealer says the battery is not big enough and its a different battery Group. You can see there is 2 more space in the battery compartment which the previous battery filled 100%. They also did not use a lead acid battery and the dealer says the ECU needs to be programmed for the AGM battery and new Amp Hours (AH) rating, or its going to die in a few months, and can also fry some of the cars control modules because the battery could be overcharging. Now I am faced with several hundred $$ for a new battery and reprogramming by the dealer, and possible damage $$. What an expensive mistake it was going to Sears :-( If you own a BMW go to the Dealer!!

I was towed here after my cars power shut off. One of the people working there, Lori, helped me out and helped identify a cheaper fix and was really a ray of sunshine on an awful day. Great staff!

Went in for an oil change and a tire rotation: standard which I always ask for when the time comes. I was informed that the tires could not be rotated because they were cut. When asked, the sales rep informed me that there was over 30k miles on the tires without a rotation done. Sad thing is, these tires are practically new: about 15k miles on them: this would have been 2nd oil change with these tires and 2nd rotation since having them installed new by the exact same Sears Auto Center. So, essentially, they never performed any tire rotations when I brought the car in the past 2 oil changes and failed to even recognize in their system when and what mileage the new tires where installed by their own people. Never going back here!

This place and the mechanic that worked on my car no good. They had my car for 3 hours didn’t fix anything and came back more damage missing a peace. I went back the next day to ask him if he still had the peace and he acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about it was an Gayanees mechanic... stay away in professional!!!

Got here at 11am. Getting an oil change and inspection. Was told it would be done in 2 hrs, its about to be 4hrs now. Theres a guy that has been waiting before me. My inspection did not pass which it is what it is but I essentially waited 4 hrs for an oil change. I wouldnt be surprised if the lack of consideration to the customer in the Sears auto center is part of the reasons why Sears stores are closing nation wide. This place should be your last resort!!!!

Very questionable. Bought 2 tires paid for warranty, unlimited rotation, complained of rough ride, take elsewhere find out rear shocks out, tires lumpy, SEARS DROPPED THE BALL HERE
