Both technicians that came out to inspect my propane system were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Both were kind, courteous, and professional. As a police officer and veteran I know how something as little as being told good job by a leader means so hopefully their manager will at least do that because they deserve it.

Would NOT recommend but due to equipment being owned by the business we are forced to use their services.One very cold Friday afternoon right before the last big snowstorm I came home from work to find out I had somehow managed to use up all the propane in the tank in less then 2 months. How, I dont know but that was beside the point at that moment, I needed propane and quick. This has never happened in the almost 3 years weve been living at this location but I remembered from the initial conversation when we set up service that any emergency propane service would require an additional $150 service fee which at that desperate moment had to be paid so I quickly called and asked for an emergency delivery. The lady on the phone was very nice and said she would take my info and have someone call me. It was about 20 mins later a man called and I explained how we were completely out of propane and that I understood there would be an emergency service fee. I asked if I could just get the minimum amount to lessen the charge considering Im a single mother of 2 and just spent over $300 on propane just 2 months prior and he said No, I have to pay to get the tank full. I had no option but to pay so I said ok how much would that cost. He said well with the $250 emergency service fee and the amount of propane it would come to $900! I told him I was told prior it would be $150 he said that it was because it was Friday and pretty much after hours even though the website says they were open 8am-4:30pm and at that moment it was only 3:45pm at most. There was nothing I could say or do so I told him okay I have to pay it I desperately needed heat and asked him if he was ready for my credit card information he said No, you have to pay cash stating because it was after hours there was no way to process the credit card payment. So I said fine. I ran to the atm to get the cash. The tank was filled in about an hour or so and the service man came to collect the money. He said it was going to be $1027.69!!! I said what!? The man said $900 and thats all the cash I have and he said he understood and accepted the $900. He was very friendly. I now get automated calls every night ranging from 7pm-830pm and past due notices in my mailbox every couple days due to the mans inability to calculate correctly.I couldnt be more disappointed in the lack of customer service and/or compassion toward the situation.

If your company orders food for any reason you should tip. I just think it’s hilarious you guys can afford 114 dollars worth of food and expect it to get there for free.

The customer service is horrific. The propane tank was put in our yard all crooked and the didnt even back-fill the dirt...the tank is sinking we have over 2 foot divvit in our yard next to the box.The gauge was under water cant see it....dont even now if its accurate.Our home is new and we moved in October 12,2017 and they filled the tank in early September, the builders use the gas for over a month, but in December we got a bill that they forced us to pay, because they stated, we tried to Bill the Builder they didnt pay, so since the tank is on your property you have to🤔.....How can this be if we didnt even own the house then.We are being held hostage to use Sharp.....So sickening 🙄🤢

These guys consistently have the best prices for propane, their customer service is great, and they even check the cathodic protection system effectiveness.
