First two orders I placed with CedarStreet Ceramics were fine. Received the pieces in a timely manner, nicely packed, no worries. The third--- well, much different outcome. It is now January 9, 2020 still have not received this order placed July 2019! Received confirmation and thats it. Email inquiries as to status remain unanswered. Calls, unanswered. Wrote a letter, no response. Great way to do buissness people. Lost mine. Found other shops more than happy to have my patronage. CedarStreets loss, someone elses gain!

Do not place an order with this company. You probably wont get it. Getting a refund is also a hassle. Order placed Feb 2020 never arrived and it is now June 9. Refund promised May 25th has not been executed either.

I’ve ordered several pieces over the past few months, they’ve all been excellent quality and been delivered in a timely manner. I plan on ordering many more thanks to the customer service and quality.

I ordered 2 Christmas pieces on November 13 a month went by and never showed. I called every day for a week no answer. Finally got an answer. They told me they had problems with the casting and had to remake it. Told me they will ship it 2 days from then. Never showed. Called and emailed them again. This time to cancel my order but was told it had already shipped and they will send a tracking number. A week later I called them back because I received no tracking number. They sent me one 5 minutes later after I hung up. But that number showed it was sent that morning not a week ago. Packaged showed up the day after Christmas. All broken in pieces. Poor customer service and bad products. Stay away.

I’ve tried calling and emailing for over a week and get no response.And yet before I placed my order I was contacted by them about placing an order for the items in my cart. So I did. I got a confirmation for the order and haven’t heard or received anything.
