When i came in at 12:40pm, i had the quickest experience ever, sis was fast working two registers, had me in and out within 60 seconds. Not sure if all employees are that fast, but shes a real on for that, dont lose her

I’ve been to many 7/11’s because of work. This 7/11 is truly the worst place I’ve ever been.1)employees seem to go out of their way to be rude to the customers2)the employees try to be unhelpful and even outright lie to customers just so they don’t have to do work3)truly the filthiest establishment, not just for a 7/11, I’ve ever been.4)Worst of all this particular 7/11 has been this bad for as long as I’ve known of itThis location should be shut down and every employee fired, because it’s not one bad apple but every employee there seems like they’re trained to chase people out and not sell anything just so they can sit on their phone or chitchat. Anything except sell food and drinks

I like 7-11 stores. They are like little bit of everything. Bu one thing I have learned is to never eat at 7-11 after eating a hot dog that wasn’t fresh.

Manager tried to charge me a price that differed from price shown the the new refill cup. He proceeded to tell me I dont have to pay the price the register is show nor will he adjust the price. I told him I rather buy a regular coffee. As i proceeded to go the coffee section. He sent a security officer thats undercover. A lightskin male who proceeded to block my way. I told the gentleman that Im going to grab a coffee the manager then proceeded to tell me to leave the store. All because they wanted to charge me extra for a coffee. The security in particular was extremely aggressive with his tone and demeanor. I told him he has no reason to speak to me aggressively. He told me stop talking big and as I left tried to pick a fight with me. Its bad enough having to avoid the homeless and drug addicts in front of the location we now have have to worry about hoodlums and thugs as security trying to force fights with verbal aggression.

I never had a problem other than slow service yet they were polite to me. I know how to be professional as a customer. Some do not. It works both ways on both sides... FYI

One of the worst 7-11’s in Newark and that I’ve been too. There is a DreadHead associate who stay outside of the store claiming the store is closed randomly throughout the day. One of the worst locations ever

Rude workers. Yelled at harmless potential customerfor coming inside without knowing it was closed.

They don’t check to see if the food they cook is ACTUALLY COOKED THROUGH! The chicken wings nasty ashell and they chicken patties they sale don’t be cooked fully! I was starving and couldn’t eat what I paid for because it was pink and not cooked fully. Now I have to bring it back also they didn’t give me a receipt

The place more than a store looks like is jail with people that look like criminals including customer service, I always come to 7 eleven but the security is rude and always want to star a fight and since of the enolyes follow him on his behavior, I ask to borrow a pen and they said no like with a smile on the face, remmeber i an a customer and i dont appreciate the rude and sarcastic treat, like a said outside is a band or drug dealers and they do business with the security, this is a chain store not the gettto

I love 7-Eleven love their coffee the store is always clean the service is very good and I never have a long wait for anything. Best thing you guys could have done was to bring a 7-Eleven to Newark.

HORRIBLE!!!!! They treat and y’all to people any kind of way! They had an item advertised as one price but a more expensive price came up at the register. When I asked about it he simply said do I want it or not then I asked for the manager he called the security guard and said I was “bothering” him ! I would NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME IN THIS PLACE, They do what they do because they think the money will come anyway! They don’t have to worry about me again and I’m telling everyone I know not to shop there either!

About time you guys have a Sercuity guard inside that store and he’s doing a amazing job 💯🙌🏽

My daughter and her friend went inside 7 eleven on broad st to buy a snack before their bus came while they were eating their snack by the door, they were approached by a man that pointed to a sign for them to read, which stated no loitering, they told him that they had bought a snack and were eating it, the man opened the door and told them to get out. Rude and unsafe place, especially near a bus for students trying to caught a bus.

There is NOTHING more important as part of any downtown 7-11 store than a working, public bathroom! Not having a restroom is completely unacceptable and horrid, especially for mothers with young kids!!!!

Excellent customer service, Neat and clean store, opens 24/7 and always serves fresh food.
