Jesus Christ, this place came short; my God, I asked, for an Chicken Quesadilla, they said, they didnt have it, I asked, for an Philly steak, they said, they didnt have it ; they only had the bags full of sandwiches, so they said that, Ruby Tuesdays have some food; I went there and they said, they only had three items out of 20 to pick. So, I settled for an box of pizza, thats $11; it tasted straight out of the microwave.🤮.

Love the sandwiches!My husband and I ordered the Cuban and Philly sandwiches and they were divine. The staff werent into small talk but they werent rude, they seemed tired but very patient. Will definitely be trying them out again.

Just went to get a twister as advertised by the big sign out front. Evelyn was our cashier. She states, we aint got that. I asked for a croissant and a drink and she rolls her eyes and walks off. We have been in NYC for a week and this was the rudest person we have met the whole time. Way to leave a lasting impression Evelyn!!

Delightful cashier wishing every one a happy 4th of July. Great personality. Good coffee. Reasonable price. Not at all like the experiences described in other comments.

One of their employees was very nice dark skinned young lady, I was upset that it wasnt anymore eggs but she made me feel better and gave me alittle bit extra of what I ordered. Such a sweet lady.

Sausage egg cheese croissant was terrible and over priced. Said cheese but not really sure it was there. Service was fair. Coffee weak. Total for both $ 11.20. Way too much for what you get.

They have no manners at all. They dont realize that differnt cultures dont know what some items are. So they scream at them in racist ways. The staff need cultural competence training as well as customer service. THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!

Paninis were not paninis. Terrible customer service. Over priced. Terrible quality chicken. Both locations in terminal B after trying to sit down at two other restaurants in terminal B. Newark airport food service needs to get it together.

The pizza was watery. The cheese looked like cheap cheese it was congealed and like plastic. The crust is terrible. Don’t make pizza in NJ if you can’t do it right. The only reason they get 2 stars is because they refunded our money.

Coffee is not good, it tastes watered down. I payed for a dark coffee and its actually really bad and a light coffee.

Wow... one great guy making sandwiches and a clueless individual attempting the coffee. Hope I make the plane! My latte is cold and weak.... 🙁
