Better off going to Macy’s for your bags. At least they open on time and act like they enjoy their jobs. This location was by far the worst one I’ve been to, and I’ve been to several. Won’t be going back.

It was cool just went in to look but either the staff was trying to be really helpful or trying to see if i was stealing from them. Since i was not quite sure i just pushed the feeling aside and checked out the purses they where nice but not my style.

Terrible service. Asked for the price of an item, the girl said she would help me in a moment and instead proceeded to gossip with other staff members. She talked about how much she hated when who knows who went to the store and said it was her free day to be a bad person to everyone. Horrible horrible. By the way she never ever got back to me or helped me at all. Not coming back until they have better customer service.

Because of the quality of the clothes,Shoes, pocketbook, etc. They return if your not satisfied..I love me some Michael Kores! And they have Great sells! And the outlet in Virginia is off the hook!!!

Horrible customer service. I went in there looking for a specific colored wallet. And they didnt have it. When I asked if they knew if it was discontinued the girl said I havent seen it since I have been working here. so I asked Can you or someone find out if they still carry it. And she answered No.!!!!! Ive been annoyed about that all week. Lazy girl wouldnt even bother to go ask the other salesperson. I was so frustrated I walked out. .... HORRIBLE STORE! GO TO MACYS FOR MICHEAL KORS!
