Ali is the best cashier I have ever known, and after 2 years he hasnt changed at all. Hes the friendly, knowledgeable about the product and the pricing, and really wants to satisfy your needs. The owner is also very kind and goes out of his way to ensure you get what you need. For a place under new ownership, they are only getting better. Great store, one of many in a family owned operation, always worth every penny. Always changing the selection and upgrading when they have the opportunity. Ive been to many similar shops that sell lower quality and questionable product but Tobacco One never disappoints. They care about your satisfaction and go out of your way to guarantee it. Place might have what you need or want but they will sell you things that don’t work. They will not refund or change the product even with a receipt. Staff argues with you and tells you that you are wrong when you bring in the item to exchange. Masks are not worn. Definitely won’t be spending anymore money here .
