The service is always friendly. We walked it and were instantly greeted. We were asked by various reps if we needed help with anything and when I was ready to check out, the young lady overhead me say it and immediately stopped what she was doing to help me check out, which helped me get to my reservation on time. Great service. I love this place and will always try to visit when I go to the mall.

Prices were ridiculously high for some items that I ended up purchasing at Amazon, Target and Bed bath and Beyond later that evening.They did have some items I will be saving up for to purchase at a later date (that I did think are worthy of their price).

Very amazing selection. Alot of stores in the mall dont stand a chance against online but this store had alot of selection. Sydney was very attentive and answered all my questions!

Theres a ton of stuff here. Much of it is super cool stuff. But lets be real. This is way overpriced cool stuff. I can get almost anything here somewhere else for less. But if youve got more money than God, go ahead and buy that cool stuff here. Eight tiny vials of interesting salt for $40. Cool things to add to olive oil for dipping? Sure, but I can find that for way less. I personally have enough time to spend more wisely.

My boyfriend and I ventured in yesterday because of his passion for cooking. I really enjoyed the representatives authenticity and knowledge. She gave her honest opinion rather than trying to push a quota and backed it with her own experience from cooking school. My boyfriend left without having purchased anything, but we will definitely be back in the future. This was my first experience in the store and it surely wont be the last!

Excellent products and Superior customer service. Kelly, the manager, was extremely helpful to my wife and I when we went there to purchase a gift for a special occasion. We are very happy about the purchase we made. Kelly was a pleasure to work with.

I bought two frying pans that were stainless steel from the store they were a little pricey but they have a lifetime warranty and I really love the frying pans they are holding up so very nice and theyre nice and sturdy

This Wiliiams Sonoma is on the small side, but they have a good selection and the staff was great. The staff was not over-bearing, they were engaged with the customers, and attentive to their needs.I notice that good customer service is as important to me as what Im going into the store to buy, and this William Sonomas customer service was a breath of fresh air in the Christiana Mall.

I love this Williams-Sonoma. They have a lot of cutesy kitchen items such as spatulas and whisks etc. If youre an avid cook they have many delicious products: chili starter, BBQ sauce in different flavors, along with unique cake and other dessert mixes. I love their displays of the plates and utensils they sell, it always looks so organized and pretty. You can find coffee and expresso machines here. They also have the best smelling lotion!!! Merchandise is on the pricey side (1 stem less wine glass for $12.95), but well worth it in my opinion, since youre getting the best quality of products. Williams-Sonoma is nothing like a regular kitchen supply store. I dont cook, my mom does, but I definitely plan on going back to buy the lotion. Lol. Awesome store!
