I needed an urgent pair of headphones for a long haul flight. The selection was very limited and Sales associate didn’t seem knowledgeable on the product I was going with which was a pair of Skullcandy Venue black. He said they came precharged and they weren’t and he wasn’t able to pair with my device. Additionally they charged me $199.99 + sales tax for them. I later came to find out the ACTUAL retail msrp on them is $179.99, why did I get charged $20 over retail?! I was also disappointed to find the same exact pair at Best Buy for $99.99. I get that they’re getting people on last minute impulse purchases So they won’t discount, but charging over msrp just cause it’s at the airport is a bad business practice. Probably explains their no refund return policy. They’re ripping people off! And no I did not purchase any extended warranties.

Great selection of headphones and cases for travelers. Overpriced though compared to many other stores. Good in a pinch.
