Ive boughten two 14k solid gold nose studs during a Valentine Day sale a few years back. The two young women were not jumping to get my attention to sell me anything, mostly buried in their phones and talking to each other. However Im not shy, so I asked where the nose piercings were and I browsed. After asking their opinions on my choices, they came around and warmed up to me. Had them smiling, relating and laughing to my epic nose piercing story. I think they were just bored, but it turned out great. I would recommend and Id shop their again when they have another sale.

Worst experience. I would give 0 rating. Gunshots are not functioning properly. Had my 5m old both ears with guns hanging as the springs got broken after the shots. They removed both the guns piercing the pen. In one case, the lady who did the piercing had no idea why the guns are not getting removed from the ears. Had to call the owner to rectify the issue. This place needs police intervention and needs thorough investigation on the old equipments they are using.

Absolutely phenomenal experience, my wife and I were looking into purchasing an a gold chain for each other. The entire Pagoda Team was extremely patient throughout the entire process of us trying to find the proper thickness and quality. Suzette was extremely thoughtful and helpful with her suggestions. We couldn’t be happier with our necklaces and it’s truly special and we had a wonderful experience overall! There’s no question we’ll be back for all our future jewelry needs!

The lady there is not understanding she wants to do things her way . Always in a hurry . I took my 4 month old to get her ears pierced she put one earring lower than the other one, and her excuse was one ear is smaller

I am 13 years old and my mom took my here to get both of my upper lobes pierced. It was a very smooth process and the woman who helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was quick and hurt only a tiny bit, as all piercing would. Overall, Piercing Pagoda seems like a nice and easy way to get your ears pierced.umm hey its been more than a year and i got a notification that thousands of people have seen my review so I felt I needed to update. Don’t go here! Just go to a real tattoo shop!!! My piercing got so badly infected I even had to see the doctor during covid. Remember all those videos youve seen saying dont get it in the mall and that a gun ruins your ear (especially dont do cartilage it actually shatters the cartilage). well their right! she also pierced it in a crooked way so i can only wear some jewelry. I actually got a double helix piercing a week and a half ago from a tattoo shop and it went much better. The name is The Dogfather Tattoo Company in fremont and I highly suggest that place. Dont go to a place in the mall/ and place that uses guns!

Probably the worst business Ive been to in a long time. I bought a bracelet it broke within days returned it the second one broke as well then I tried to get a refund and they gave me a gift card instead. Now the gift card doesnt even work. This place is horrible and a scam.

We did ear piercing for my daughter who is 9 months old, they took care of the whole process with ease. Only issues was we couldnt pierce the ear with our ear ring, we have our buy one from them

I love visiting when Tiffany is on. She engages your customers in a way that allows them, to include myself, to let down their guard and really shop. Not necessarily to buy whats on sale because she communicates the value, availability, and opportunity to have what really appeals to you.Ive been in sales from high end cookware, retail, pg&e energy efficiency for homes, insurance, etc. In my opinion, as a customer, what makes her stand apart is her ability to shop with you. It doesnt feel like rehearsed Key Performance Indicators. She didnt deal with your customers repetively. I saw sincerity and assurity come across from her to the customer. None left with a buyers remorse countenance on their face.....just a smile and on a note to be back and see her. Emphasis on specifically her.
