This place is the very definition of customer service. We used them to print place cards and seating charts for a reception. From the start, they displayed a “can do” attitude. They were prompt, responsive, creative and easy to work with. The pricing was very reasonable and the results were totally professional. Terrible experience. Printed different color on my wedding invitations than what the actual document was. Even the proof was the correct color, yet it printed the mass quantity completely different. They would not reprint or refund. Out money now, and had to find a new printer. Terrible customer service.
