Every time we need to get any service done at this location our Advisor Chris Jimenez has always taken care of us. I would like to acknowledge his work performance with the wonderful customer service he gives us all the time.A couple months ago we had service done for our Jeep Wrangler and he even offered to get us an Uber so we would not have to wait that long at the dealership.Everyone at the front office is always so nice and we will always continue to get our service done at this location.
I get my Chrysler Pacifica serviced here, and they do a good job of checking the vehicle and doing the required changes. This time I also asked for an interior cleaning, and they did a fabulous job with that - the car is now so clean (almost like new). Thanks so much!
Took my Challenger for an oil change and as always Jesus lee was very professional, he explained about the service I was going to get and even explained me about my extra services I have on my car. I got a new oil change, new air filter, new wipers and was told there was a rapid recall of the fenders, he went ahead and ordered them for me and will have them install them next week. Went there for a simple oil change and standard service. I called ahead asking how long it would take and was assured “1.5-2 hours”. At the end it took over 3.5 hours, my service advisor fled the scene after assuring me “another half hour” right around hour two.They don’t provide loaner vehicles and their shuttle only goes in a 5 mile radius. Based on their estimate, I decided to stick around. Didn’t realize my whole day would be wasted.No apology or explanation was provided.Needless to say I wasn’t happy.
The crew here performed a clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder replacement on my 2012 Dodge Challenger SRT. Jesus Lee always promptly communicated via text message updates and/or immediately answered the phone with a first name greeting (pretty awesome personal service if you ask me!) Also did the airbag recall and checked out all my other systems while it was in. Even changed my remote batteries before I left. I feel their Project 100 is not just lip service and will DEFINITELY continue to take my vehicle here for everything!
Professional service mgr but need to give more accurate on ETD. Dont let customer unhappy when delay to get their cars.
I didnt even know there was a recall on my 2012 Challenger until i went to register it.Was told at DMV to take it to the dealer because they didnt know what the recall was for. So I took it in and asked them and they were able to let me know what it was. They were even able to fit me in to do the recall so I didnt have to come back. They even offered to wash it but I didnt want to bother them. They even did the free 5 point inspection. I didnt purchase my car there but I love the staff and in the future i will purchase my car there( I will never take it back to the dealer i bought it from).
Poor. They had the car to long. And I had the same problems. I spent thousand of dollars and the problem still existed. I just went to another Chrysler and spent 900.+for the same problems. Very frustrated.
Mohammad, I believe he goes by Ace, was very helpful. I had warranty repair on my sunvisor. He was very helpful. He laughed with me when I showed him that it had been falling off. And I had other concerns that I didnt understand because the Jeep is new to us. They inspected my Jeep let me know that all was good. Fix my repair once they order the new visors. And now theyre working great! Cynthia was very nice and she was working on her birthday. Good group here. Everyone is very helpful.
Went for first jeep wave service, Md. aslami was advisor, Took 1.15 hours, with no hassle, everything was professional. Happy with the service., I hope they keep it same, *Service matters most*

I made the mistake of trying to take advantage of Fremont CDJRs Buy 3, Get 1 Tire Free sale. Anyway, I showed up early Wednesday morning for my scheduled appointment and they dont have my tires on site. Im re-scheduled for Friday morning, show up 10 minutes early for my 10AM appointment, and I sit and wait in the sun for the next 3 hours. At 1:15PM, I ask whats up with my car, and they say everyone is out to lunch so it will be another 1.5 hours. I then spoke with the service manager, and his explanation was that Waiting was not written on the invoice so my car was never put in the queue. I explained to him I did not write that invoice nor was I ever asked whether I would be waiting or picking my car up later! I then request my car back because I had things to do, and they made me purchase the 4 tires (which I then had to store in my trunk and backseat). And finally, on the way out, there are additional charges on my receipt such as tire disposal fees which are still on my car and wheel weights for tires that havent been installed!Needless to say, I am never, ever going back to this clown show. This dealership could surely learn something from the service centers at Costco and Walmart.

I actually brought my van 2016 ProMaster 2500 for a recall at another dealership and 3 days later I had a problem with my transmission not functioning properlyso I brought it to Fremont CDJR and experienced something I thought was lost forever!respect thoughtfulness and integrity they say they treated me with the utmost respect and to care about my situation free of charge which was phenomenal to me and letting everyone know that the place to go Fremont if they need anything done to their own vehicle.In closing I like to say they have a value customer for life they were exactly what I was looking for years I really am still flabbergasted what a great bunch of people to work with.absolutely sincerely thankfulEmilio
Yesterday morning I took my car into Fremont CDJR for its 90K maintenance service. I was greeted by Tim. His service was excellent! Very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The office was immaculate and was set up perfectly for the Covid-19 standards and rules. Tim delivered on everything he said would be done. I highly recommend Fremont CDJR to anyone who wants great service!
Took my car in to get a recall done. Originally was told a few parts were not available for some of the recalls and would be on a waitlist. By the end of the day I received a second call that they were able to source the necessary parts. Shoutout to Jesus Lee for being a great service advisor!!
Took Ram TRX for service. For some reason they could not order parts and i had to order parts from Berkeley mopar. Not sure the service lady advised on the phone. Strange. They installed the parts i brought no issues but in doing so they took items from my truck and did not return extra brackets that i gave to them for the install. Rather disappointing. $79 a piece for 2 wrangler brackets and a mount inside the truck missing. Install of ram lights and bumper fine but not 5 star service. Still dont understand how i can get parts from another mopar dealer but they could not.
Quick in and out. Lyft pick up and drop is great, max 5 min wait time unlike other service centers that either have their own fleet and have to wait or dont provide any shuttle. Service is also good so far. Had to order in a product and got prompt call back once it was in.
I brought the 2002 Jeep in on 9/3 and didnt get it back until 9/18. Im told there were problems with parts. Pricing way too expensive for what I got. Finally the Service Department has very high turnover. You cant build a relationship with any of them because next time you come in they will likely be gone. Ive been a customer for over 15 years and it never used to be that way. You felt supported and understood. Not anymore.
The staff at Fremont CDJR were uniformly prompt, courteous and able to answer my questions. They completed maintenance and repairs in one day and called me within five hours to arrange pickup.

Signing up for my service appointment online was very easy. I got a call the day before service to confirm. When I arrived, Service Rep Jesus Lee-Riza listened to my long list of requests, wrote them down, and repeated them back to me. He would check in with me periodically while the service was being performed keep me informed of the status. The Technicians were able to take care of a recent recall issue, which I had been told by friends that I probably would get it done due to parts availability. This dealership is big enough to be on the cutting-edge, but my needs were met as if I was their only customer. I doesnt get any better than this. I value integrity above all, and I received it here.
I was very pleased with Jesus, the service advisor. Jesus was courteous and communicated very well throughout the service of my Dodge Journey. My family and I will definitely be returning to Fremont CDJR.
Very disappointed with service department. Truck has been here three times for repairs and still not fixed. They are great at giving excuses why the couldn’t fix it, but their credit card machine seems to always work just fine.
I have had my car serviced by licensed Chrysler dealers the whole time Ive had it and the last number of years it has been at the Fremont CDJR Service Center. I have been pleased with the service I get there. The people who work there are friendly, helpful and know how to service or fix whatever I need done on my car. I would not hesitate to recommend Fremont CDJR to family and friends and I have done so more than once.

Brought my car in for a recall warranty and oil change. The service department were prompt and kept in touch with me to let me know when my car was ready to be picked up! I asked them to check a few other things out and they took care of everything for meat a reasonable cost. I am a total Jeep girl and have had jeeps since 1986. Love the car and the service department
Zero stars for the service department. Hopefully never have to return here for any services. Had my car 3 x in the last month. First two times, all day and nothing happened. 3rd time, even after knowing what the issue was from previous drop offs, still took over 6 hours. No sense of respect for others time. No common courtesy to call and say, no service will be done today due to no parts,etc. On hold for average 20-30 min for someone to say your advisor is at lunch. Lacks customer service skills. Never get called back when requested. Not ran smooth at all. Ladies have no compassion or customer service skills. Why make appts when nothing gets done. Our time is valuable! Negative stars.

I really didnt know what service my car needed they said that they would check it out My car was picked up at my home and taken to CDJR and I received a call from the service writer and he told me what I needed. They serviced my car and and returned it to my home.Great service Department

Just went for an Oil change and Tire rotation so service wise is ok nothing major going on there but after the visit I kinda felt confused with the relationship between this dealer and Mopar. I received a coupon from Mopar with all the dealers info in it and to be honest that was one of the reasons I went there because it was a good deal to be honest... Surprise! they dont accept Mopar coupons ... even though they have many signs inside and outside even in the face masks with the big M from Mopar and yet they dont accept coupons.... I understand is family owned and all that but to me receiving coupons to go with you and then you tell me they are not valid is a little deceiving in my opinion, If your relationship with Mopar is like that please tell them to stop sending coupons on your behalf, this will make your dealership more honest with all your customers. Also I noticed they had a valid coupon for 20% off scheduled service and even though I was trying to apply the ones I received they didnt bother tell me they had that option...
Service Department is professional and attentive, usually come only for basic maintenance and warranty work. My prepaid service pack included tire rotations, my wheels have been covered in brake dust so even the slightest contact will wipe away the dust and reveal shiny surface underneath.You can tell that the wheels have not been rotated, because the only contact marks were near the valve stems where they checked pressure.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was taken care of immediately, eventhough I was early for my appointment. Waiting area was comfortable. I was in and out quickly. Very happy with service.
After having my vehicle there for 3 weeks for a warranty repair, and to be clear, my vehicle was moved ahead of another because I pushed so much to get the repair done, I must say I am very disappointed with the repair work. So disappointed that when I got it back, wiring was messed up for my turn signals and I am now paying another shop to repair it. Im so upset with the lack of communication. I was constantly calling back many hours after the committed to call you right back Ill call you in 15 minutes. Hours and hours later I finally had to call them and all I got was oh, you beat me to the punch, I was just about to call you. Service receptionist has zero personality. Just terrible customer service.

My complaint is & will remain the time issue. An appointment is scheduled and Im told will take 60-90 minutes when in fact, has been 4 hours each time. Its lack of consideration of peoples time. I clearly stating I would be waiting for the vehicle when making the appointment. If the 90 minutes, is not sufficient then a heads up to the customer would be appreciated. I wouldnt mind leaving my car over night, If I knew prior it takes 4 hours to change oil & rotate tires.
Overall I’ve had a good experience. I will continue to bring my Jeep here for service, this is the dealership I purchased it from. WiFi is really good. Staff is for the most part knowledgeable and professional. 👍🏻

(1) Typically higher cost for standard oil change compared to other CDJR dealerships; (2) Other dealerships offer a courtesy free-of-charge car wash -> Fremont CDJR - do not; (3) Prices for most common parts like air filters can vary month to month +10%; (4) Fremont CDJR were unable to do the alignment on a standard RAM 1500 (not lifted, standard tires)
I had a difficult situation at hand, my 2015 RAM 1500 had a recall and wasnt drivable after, loss of power and throttle response. I filed a claim with FCA. The Director of Fremont CDJR, Edward Morga provided excellent guidance and customer support, throughout a 4 month process, incl. loaner cars. While the process with FCA, recall, claim, multiple times to repair, failed, was difficult and nerve wrecking, FCA finally bought back my truck. Mr. Morga and his team were very supportive, above and beyond, he is a man of a true word and action, total customer car, rare these days. Well done.
One of the worst service departments! Took an appointment at 845 and was there sharp on time, was told the service would take around 1-2hrs and asked to wait. They took the car immediately into the service station.When inquired at 11am, was told the car was not even touched and asked to reschedule if Im in a hurry!!!!No respect for anyones time... They just say its a super busy day - what is a busy day to do with booked appointments???Made to wait for another couple of hours! They are the worst.

Worst place to take your Truck to be serviced, unprofessional and non technical staff who dont know what the issue is, Work under warranty and comes back saying its not covered. Very rude Manager named Edward and then another guy named Oswaldo who just lies when it comes to what they did and are doing.
Avoid this place Cynthia kept lying to me kept trying to charge me more then what I had agreed with my service advisor. Waste of time coming here took them from Friday to Monday just to tell me what was wrong for them to try to up charge me and ended up doing nothing to my car. They also don’t honor their own promotion that they are advertising on their website. I knew I should of bought a Toyota instead.
