Called here about 10 times and nobody answered ... tried showing up in person but nobody was there

Patient staff and very timely responses. The women on the phone was very pleasant to speak to and knew exactly how to help me even when I was fumbling around with what I wa looking for. Even when they didnt have the part I was looking for she was able to help me figure out a fantastic alternative to what I needed.

Great customer service, I buy a lot of parts from them, and always the lowest prices around.And they have a huge inventory. If they dont have it they will find it within hours at the lowest price around.

Poor customer service when answering the phone. Immediate disinterest in any further conversation or possible business.

I bought an engine with a 60 day warranty. Come to find out the engine was no good after I finally got it installed. I called Amigos to inform them the engine was no good...and they would not honor the warranty. The policy all of a sudden states 60 day warranty from the date of purchase not the date of installment. Never again!
