My daughter was hit from behind and a friend recommended this body shop to me. We didn’t have to use the service since the car was totaled per our insurance company. It was very pleasant the few times I talked to the owner’s wife, Leslie, on the phone. When I went to see the car they were very professional. I hope I’d never see them again but if needed I definitely would take my car there for body work.

Worst experience I have ever had with a body shop. Period.I brought my brand new 2018 Subaru WRX in to be repaired after I had been rear-ended early August. They call me 3 weeks later telling me my car is ready and during my inspection, I noticed swipe marks and a quarter-sized crack on my front bumper. They tell me I had brought the car in like this... I cannot believe what I am hearing at this point. The car is 2 months old and in pristine condition aside from the rear end damage from the accident. I inform the owner, Khalid about the situation and he takes a look at it and says the crack has touch up paint peeling from it meaning someone must have worked on it already and since their shop doesnt use touch up paint then it couldnt have been them. Get this... Its clear bra (a clear protective film put on the bumper to protect it). The owner of a body shop cant tell the difference between touch up paint and clear bra... I dont know about you but this raised a MAJOR red flag for me.At this point, I just want to know what the hell happened to my car. They refuse to admit fault but end up offering to fix the car anyway. I accept and ask to be reimbursed for the clear bra I had paid to be installed on my bumper and he says sure Ill give you $100. I inform him that I had paid $500 for it and he then tells me theres no way he will give me that amount of money and Im better off having his tint guy install a new clear bra. Im obviously reluctant to let any of his guys work on my car given the situation. He also informs me that he called my adjuster and claims he got pictures from him confirming the damage on the front bumper.For those of you who dont know your adjuster is supposed to check out the damage to the vehicle and take pictures of the car at all angles before the shop can even start working on it.I dont buy it for one second. So, I call my adjuster and asked for the pictures and he claims that he had not taken any photos of the front of the car... but Khalid just told me a minute ago over the phone that he received pictures from him... It seems Khalid may have called my adjuster and asked him to not release the photos to me. I call the insurance company directly and lo and behold there are photos of the front of the car. The photos that my adjuster claimed to not take. After some talking with my insurance company the adjuster finally surrenders the photos over to me.I confront Khalid and tell him that I have acquired the photos from the insurance company. The photos clearly show NO damage at all on the front bumper of my car. The Insurance inspected the photos as well and are willing to back me up on this. Despite all this, Khalid still insists on saying I had brought the car in with damage. This man just had no intention of telling me the truth... I had undeniable photo evidence from my insurance company but he still does not budge. He did give me the $500 I initially asked for though after I had confronted him with the pictures.Had Khalid just been straight with me I wouldnt be writing this review. Accidents happen and I can accept that but if youre going to lie to my face about it then theres no helping you.As far as the work done on my car... Sloppy. There is running paint on my front bumper shown in the pictures below. The paint on the rear bumper is way lighter than the paint on the car. They claim to use OEM parts but all of the original clips that held my trunk liner in have been replaced with aftermarket ones. They even installed the bumper wrong...if they couldnt even install bumper clips properly... what makes you think they can handle suspension components or safety features on your car... absolutely terrible.Feel free to reach out to me. I came across Zanes Auto Collision looking for a Auto Body shop that had a fast turn around time for my 2005 Ford Expedition that needed a rear bumper repair. Most of the body shops around the Union City, Fremont area had a 2 week turnaround time while Zane Auto Collision was able to do it in 4 days! I was pleased at how fast they were able to get my Expedition repaired and with quality that came with it. I would highly recommend this auto body shop if your looking for a good quick turnaround time with triple AAA quality.
PLEASE! PLEASE!,PLEASE!. THIS PLACE IS THE BOMB!. I suffered vandalism (a keying by a medical professional) to my car and Zane brought her back to her original self. I was in tears when I saw the finished work 😭. She (my car)was just like new again. OMG! Now I can start to heal my soul from this nasty hateful incident because the physical scars on the car are gone.
