They were much quicker today than in the past. I appreciated that. I dont like that they dont have pick up service to take to work or home while waiting. That is super inconvenient and Ive thought about going elsewhere due to the long wait. I also dont like the fact that you cant make an appointment for oil change. I get there at 7:15 am, the doors open at 7:30 and mechanics dont arrive until 8. I feel your protocols are not for the clients convenience.

Brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance oil change tire rotation 21 point check 11/3/21 @230 pm was told it would be ready by 4pm. At 5:00pm was inquiring as to when car would be ready as I needed to pick up my child from Daycare. They retrieved paperwork check to see if 21 point check was finished & got car pulled around when I noticed that odometer reading was incorrect & I asked service man about it and he said I dont know how that happened, let me check . I said well I know it only had 42386 went it came in and it says 48486 on the paperwork (cant remember exact number) but they changed my oil change number on my notification window sticker but not my paper work. So Im hoping this doesnt have any effects on any warranty on my vehicle.

The showroom was in pristine condition and formatted in a way to encourage social distancing. The staff was friendly and my sales rep, Wesley was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The only reason Im not giving all perfect scores is that unfortunately, I did not see a lot of diversity with the staffing, at least not during my visit. Overall I did enjoy my experience and Im happy with the purchase.

Great place to do business! From the moment my husband and I walked into the show room we were treated with kindness!! Our sales woman Carol was all around honest and great to deal with. Usually we dread going to car dealership because your in there for hours but we were in and out. Carol made our experience seamless she’s awesome woman to do business with! Car serviced today; oil change and tire rotation. Service was extraordinary and a detailed list of items checked with ratings provided. Cost was very fair and service supervisor was very well informed, courteous and thoughtful. I will return again and again and I drive a Lexus.

Scheduled my Suburban for a Takata air bag replacement that was completed satisfactorily and on-time. Once I received my vehicle and after departing the dealership, I realized “service air bag” light was visible in instrumentation panel. When I contacted the service department, I was advised the recall work in “no way” triggered fault code, however the tech should have advised.If they had performed a diagnosis, I would have them do the work and left a happy customer. 3 weeks later, issue is still not resolved due to wrong part sourced; nightmare continues. I don’t recommend these clowns who look like a side circus act with bad personal hygiene habits.

Dave was so kind and knowledgeable. He put no pressure on me, which I really appreciated. I came in knowing what I wanted and that was respected from start to finish. Dave found extra discounts and savings offers which made the car very affordable in this crazy market! He even changed his work schedule to accommodate my own. I also appreciated that the finance person did not try and “upsell” extra warranties or guarantees. We were done with the purchase in less than an hour and I was on the road in my new Bolt! A truly enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Most of the older staff are no longer there, either retired or moved to other positions, but the service and professionalism is still remains! At first, all seems well with the welcome as I had no waiting, and my car was taken in immediately. However, once I was assigned a service rep it was a sign of things to come. For starters, the rep was not as courteous and was not very attentive. Instead, was communicating on his cellphone and I had to repeat my information several times as obviously, I was not his main focal point. Then, despite having Porter Auto Group service plan I was treated as if my visit was not as welcome as it should have been. As I waited in the lobby area for my service, the area looked somewhat dirty despite it being a pandemic (need better hygiene). I was hopeful when my service was performed quickly, and I was out in a reasonable time, but I should have known something was wrong. When I left to drive home my suspicions were confirmed. My car was now pulling to one side and after pulling over to check things out it turns out one side of my car had over-inflated tires while other did not even appear to be touched. Once that peaked my curiosity, I started to check fluids only to find coolant level was below service min mark (not okay - green as noted on inspection report) as was the power steering fluid. If I were closer, I would have turned back but I should not have to waste more of my time so that someone can get the job corrected second time around. Focus on the customer and job at hand Porter Chevrolet.

Currently with the chip shortage it was very difficult to find something I liked that was also within budget, but Dave Burgess provided me not only a car I love but he was very patient and kind to me throughout the whole process and not once pushed anything upon me I did not ask for. Car had transmission issues and had to be towed to Porters over the w/e. I got a call first thing Monday morning to assure me that the car was there and to ask when happened. When I explained, I was told it would have to be inspected by a master mechanic and since I did not have an appointment, they would try to squeeze me in but could not promise it would be Monday. I got a call Tuesday morning saying it had been seen, what the issue was and how much it would cost to repair. I agreed and got a call Wednesday morning that repairs were completed. When I went to pick it up I was pleasantly surprised that they got it done for approximately $50 LESS than the estimate (where does that happen?) - and the car is running like a top. Throughout the process, I felt supported, knew that the vehicle would be taken care of, and paid less than anticipated! :) I will always return to Porter for all my vehicle needs. Thank you!

I paid the sum of $1,255.52 for servicing the air-conditioning as well as a comprehensive multi-point check up and servicing on my Chevrolet on May 5th. 2021 in preparation for my daughter using the car on a trip to New York. The battery malfunctioned on the journey indicating that the multi-point servicing was not done, creating a headache that would have been avoided if they had done the multi-point servicing that the Chevrolet promised that they would do.

I paid to have my transmission fixed, I called and informed you all that the temperature was high, I was told by I believe you or whoever spoke with the transmission technician that not to worry unless it’s was 230° because my type of vehicle tends to run high, I spoke to you on the phone yesterday and told me to send you the receipt and that you will cover the cost now here we are.... my transmission was not fixed. You told me it was it was not you told me that you will cover the cost now u saying you will not. Why was this part not replaced it makes me wonder what else was said was done but wasn’t actually done. Was the transmission fixed when I left your dealership no it was not so what other extra wear did I put on this new transmission as you refer me back to gm about this and that?! Trust I will never in my life buy another GM vehicle and you sit there and lied to me saying I will pay the cost and now u acting like I just emailed you a copy of receipt for the fun of it!

I never enjoy give a negativity responds to a survey. I’ve been a customer at Porter Nissan for 13 years and has always enjoy the great customer experience. The service has always been above and beyond. Because of the service I’ve received I decide to continue my patronizing Porter after purchasing my Chevy pick up truck.On Wednesday December 23,2020 I drop my vehicle off. The purpose was to inspect the brakes due to noise occurs during braking. Because of Christmas shopping I lost track of time. I was unable to return to dealership before closing hours to retrieve my vehicle. I was never inform the shop would be close December 24 Thur December 28,2020. There were no sign indicating the shop would be close.After retrieving my vehicle on Monday the brakes were still making noise. I return the vehicle on Tuesday again to have the problem resolved.I feel the dealership has shown a lack of professionalism through out this problem. Returning to a dealership numerous times for a problem to be corrected shows a lack of of concern. I believe the mechanics are train to repair a problem the first time. There no reason I should be return to a dealership numerous time to correct a problem. I also feel signs should’ve been posted about the closer.I never enjoy give a negativity responds to a survey. After the service I received these ratings are well deserving of the entire service crew and advisor.

Ive never had any problems with the staff or the processes at Porter and very much enjoy and appreciate dealing with Troy Mayer at Chevy. Although Ive purchased several vehicles from Porter, its not just the sales part of their service I prefer, its the service department. Very friendly and professional, they almost always beat their estimated service time and have never argued with any of the small complaints I may have had about a vehicle - they just took care of it no questions asked. While dealers are out to make the best possible deals for themselves and people should make sure theyre informed before buying a car from anywhere, I appreciate the fact that coming to an agreement is easy and comfortable - not awkward like some other places that are obviously just out for themselves with weak customer service. It was wonderful! I dropped off Friday night after hours for service. I left an additional comment that my son had a soccer game the next morning and would need to pick up by 9:30 if at all possible.I received a phone call the next morning at 9 saying my truck was ready! Tires were even rotated! The service department there is always SO helpful, communicative, and thorough. Randy was great! He really listened to what we were looking for and found the car with the options that we wanted from another dealer. He was polite, pleasant, friendly, took his time, and without any pressure helped us finalize a decision. Although, when we drove it home it had an alert pop up. When I contacted Randy about it, he told us to return right away and was able to have the service department take care of it immediately. Frank in the finance area was also pleasant. We typically buy our vehicles at another Chevy dealer. Our salesperson retired. We are thankful that we had Randy who provided us with excellent service. I hope this continues for any issues that may arise.(fingers . crossed we dont have any problems to test that out ) .

I believe they were hiding something about the work they did on my daughters car. They had it for 1-2 months and didnt fix anything but charged her about 3k. Tried to get all paperwork of what they did on it so we could take it somewhere else. They refused to give her the mechanics notes, saying they arent aloud and we found out they were lying.

We have leased Chevy cars for the past 5-6 years; we knew our lease was coming up and did some shopping for the best deal on mini suv type of car. Let me tell you -- Chevy, specifically Jim Pennington, was FANTASTIC! The fact that Jim remember us, and my husbands dislikes on car color -- it was a nice personal touch- Jim took car of us and got us what we needed at the price point we desired! Lastly, we will recommend Jim (Chevy) whenever we can...Chevy, do not lose Jim....you will be so sorry!I will add Will, Finance guy, that likes to take our money - Ha - he was great as well. I was undecided between 2 different vehicles, when I returned the next afternoon with my wife, both cars were by the front doors, side by side, awaiting our comparisons.
