We actually live 4 hours away took my car in and had it done in just a short time figured out what was wrong and fixed. They are absolutely amazing and awesome customer service. I would strongly recommend them!

MY WORST EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE ESPECIALLY WITH COMMUNICATION.. THEY KEEP SAYING ITS ONE THING THEN ANOTHER GIVING OUT GUARANTEES AND NOT STICKING TO THEM...HAD MY VEHICLE OVER TWO MONTHS JUST GOT IT BACK YESTERDAY SPENT OVER $1600 DOLLARS ..LONG STORY SHORT DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY !!! THANKS MR TIM

Terrible service here; I’ve gone back and forth with this place on fixing the issues on my car. I took my car here for an inspection and overall service. The following day there was a weird noise in my car as I was driving, when I brought it back to this place they told me and I quote“ you didn’t tell us about this problem.” Wait weren’t you suppose to check “ALL” issues. Moral of the story if you want good service don’t go to this “TERRIBLE” establishment in Newark.

Ive used Car Care Center for a few different services. They were even generous to patch a tire for free for me when I was in a rush. They have consistently been efficient with their time and more than fair with their prices. I will continue to suggest people frequent their business.

Horrible new management

Not thorough. Can be rude. If you have an issue that is not straight forward I’d advise to seek service elsewhere. They don’t care about what’s actually wrong with your car just what obd II tells them or what you tell them. They will not properly diagnose your car or any issues.

You will be returning your vehicle to the shop after leaving there and paying so much money, mechanics are very cranky and they don’t care about your vehicle Just money, When you come you’ll see it’s busy but they continue to stack up work on take on more cars then they can handle

The staff was very friendly & professional.

The service was speedy and excellent and even things that took longer than expected were explained clearly. Tim the manager was helpful and very cool and courteous. Hate have to have car work done but these guys made it very smooth.
