I brought my car to this shop to get a minor scratch fixed on the front passenger wheel well. They said it would be a three day job and that it was an easy fix. After four days and not receiving a call from them I called in to check on the status of the vehicle. They said that it would be ready the next afternoon. Having been told my car would be done we turned in the rental car. On the fifth day I called for an update and I was told they needed a few more days. This job took a week longer than expected. Later the body shop manager reached out and was very kind to offer me a free rental vehicle. The issue seemed to be a lack of communication between the project manager and the customer. I recommend calling to check on the vehicle every few days. Overall I am pleased that they reached out to address these concerns and kept the quality of their work as their top priority.

I went to Martin Collision to have my car repaired after my car was hit in an accident. They were able to schedule the repair quickly and my car was repaired to look brand new! Robert S. went above and beyond as far as customer service goes! He was a pleasure to work with and takes care of his clients. I was very happy with the whole experience.

Martin collision center is great! Ive had to use them several times unfortunately, and they have always done great work. Ed Edge is the guy I deal with and he has always been professional, courteous, helpful and just an all around great guy to deal with over the years.Please do not confuse this review for Martins service center, totally different .

Friendly place. Good waiting area. I went for an oil change to Martin Kia for my leases vehicle. Came out as promised with in 1 hour 15 minutes. No unexpected charges

They are real professional about the jobs they do. Knowledgeable and caring. You can still wait inside if the weather is bad.

Like I expect is the case for most people, I dont have a lot of experience with body shops. I did however have a couple problems. They repaired a bumper after I got hit from behind at a light. A couple of months after the repair, I started getting rust where the bumper and body join up. Im pretty sure this is due to damaging the paint when removing the bumper. Additionally, the repaired bumper developed a crack at about 4-5 months after the repair. If I need another repair like this, I will likely try another shop.
