My family has been bringing our cars here for about a decade. I brought in my 6 year old honda accord to repair a few deep scratches off the front and back bumpers. I am very happy with the results. Ignacio and Cesar were very helpful and professional. They also cleaned my front headlights and buffed out an additional scratch on the side of the car. Reasonable prices and prompt service. Highly recommend.

My car was damaged by a parking garage attendant and we were sent to Golden touch to get our vehicle fixed. I was super leary because we were being sent to a shop that was chosen by the company that damaged my brand new car. They went above and beyond though! I have two small children and Caesar drove me to the rental place in my vehicle and helped me move both my car seats over, then he made sure I was all set up before he took my car back. Once they went over the damage they called and gave me a time frame and stuck to it, then followed up. Ignacio was great at keeping me informed through the whole process, I am so pleased with their service! So kind and accommodating on top of making my car look brand new with dealer parts. If I ever need my car repaired on my own, I will def be returning to their shop.

Ive stumbled upon this business by accident, meaning my GPS brought me here when it was supposed to bring me to the wheel shop two doors over. First impression of Cesar was that he was polite & professional, & then he directed me to the correct business. However, a few months later someone caused damage to my car. My original auto body shop guy usually likes to hold my car overnight, & unfortunately I cant be without a car due to my crazy busy schedule, so I called Cesar & he assured me that my car would be available the same day. Basically, I received phenomenal service @ remarkable prices. Im comfortable enough to say that weve built a friendship (something like that speaks volumes). I will highly recommend to all that I know & I will be a repeat customer myself!!!

Someone rear ended my car and they offered to have it fixed. We ended up at Golden Touch Auto Body, and I couldnt have been more impressed with this shop! They were kind and professional. Once they got the replacement part in, it literally took them 1 day to fix my car. When I saw my car, it looked AMAZING!! Like a brand new car! Honestly, when I bought it, it had a small dent on the bumper, so I have never seen it look that good. If you ever need Auto body work done, please do yourself a favor and take your car here!

I wanted to take the time to write a review about what a great job Golden Touch Autobody did on my car. I was upset when I was involved in an accident and didn’t know what to do. Cesar and Ignazio helped me once I got the police report to file a claim with the other persons insurance. They were able to work with the other insurance to get them to pay for the damages. They were able to deliver the car when promised and was able to get the car looking as if nothing happened. I highly recommend them for their professional behavior and would recommend anyone to go to them as they won’t be disappointed.

Have a lot of work done at many different shops but this is by far the best body shop I’ve have been to! Customer service and work is on point! Highly recommended!

I went to Golden Touch Broadway with a job needed to be done to my Infiniti M56x while I was going to be out of state for a few days. They did a wonderful job and left my car as good as new. Cesar made sure everything was done correct and on time. I would definitely go back for any other jobs I need to be done in my car.

Great shop with great people! My car was nearly totaled. After a week in the hands of these guys it looked better than it did when I bought it! Incredible job, exceeded my expectations. It also drives perfect. Doesn’t show any signs that it was in an accident. Two days after I picked it up from the shop I drove from Newark to the poconos and back with no problems.

The BEST shop out there. I took it there with my door all messed up and Quarter panel damage from a hit and run. The shop said they can fix it entirely, Cesar said the door cannot be fixed and explained the reasons clearly mind you I have a 2018 suburu WRX. with all the damage that was done, Cesar fixed it all in a matter of 2 and a half days. Looks like I just bought it brand new again, that’s how good it looks. I’m amazed. Even though I felt I bothered him with all the phone calls, he explained he wasn’t bothered because he loves his job. So if you guys need any body work hit up Cesar. One of a kind work.
