Nobody enjoys car accidents. Or dealing with Insurance Companies and the stress of finding a good mechanic. Luckily, this place takes the latter out of the question.Everyone at this location was super friendly. I really appreciated the calls to let me know the status of my bodywork and their flexibility with pick-up times. My car looks and smells brand new, inside and out.Hopefully, I never need auto body work again. But if I do, I know where Im going.

Just started the process with them but so far very nice staff that explained the process and made it a lot less stressful than I thought it would be.

Ive dealt with many body shops and being a female was always talked down upon. Forgrave, however, didnt do that. They explained every detail so I wouldnt be caught off guard while dealing with an already difficult claim. Jay, Bruce, and Jessica have been extremely helpful! Thanks guys!

Forgraves have worked on two different vehicles for me and they were fantastic both times. Honest, straight forward and very friendly. They went above and beyond on both vehicles. I would highly recommend to anyone needing repair. They helped me navigate the insurance claim process on one of the repairs and even got the insurance to pay more than they were initially going to.
