Everyone was super friendly. They took me out to look at the damages and explained exactly what they saw and what they were going to do for those issues as well as inspect the undercarriage for other issues and what they could find. I left feeling confident my vehicle was in great hands. My car was ready 3 days before promised and they did an awesome job!! Again when I picked the car up they once again went over the repairs and what they looked for and ensured everything was good to go. I absolutely recommend Caliber Collision!!

Nice work to restore automobile damage. I called on the morning the car was scheduled to be completed and was told it was sitting our front just waiting for Managers QC review. I called again in the mid-afternoon and was still awaitng the Managers QC review. Other than the long wait for a car that was complete and sitting waiting for a quick check, we are satisfied.

Brought my 2015 Ford mustang in on Tuesday morning to repair some body damage due to someone sideswiping me. They had completed work Thursday afternoon. Very quick, professional, and world class service! They also guarantee their work as well, so this gives me some piece of mind as well. Lastly, they partner with Geico and Enterprise, so when I dropped off my car they had a rental ready to go, and was also able to drop the rental off at this location. Everything was super convenient, friendly people, and no gimmicks! Will be recommending to anyone who needs autobody repair.

On 5/29/18, I went to pick up my vehicle that was ready, after I took it in through Geico express services for a collision repair. Upon arrival, I was checking out my vehicle and noticed that the plastic cover that goes under the rear driver side tire was loose (area of the accident). I also saw the black interior of my vehicle had a lot of white dust. It should be noted my vehicle interior was clean prior to bringing into the shop.I advised the front desk receptionist of the problem, she sent one of the shop employees to look at these problems. I was told they would take care of my dirty interior and install the plastic cover correctly. At this point, I went back home to wait for their call.A few hours later, received a call from the receptionist advising that my vehicle was ready. During this phone conversation, I asked her to please make sure the vehicle was ready. She stated she will call me back once she receives confirmation that the above problems were taken care of. Approximately five minutes later she calls me back and stated that she spoke to the shop employees, who confirmed everything was taken care of.I then returned back to the shop, upon checking out my vehicle, I noticed the interior was still with white dust and now my rear black leather seats appeared to have been cleaned with a wet rag due to white water marks left on it. At this time, I made the receptionist aware and asked to speak to the manager. The manager told me to bring it in again (for a third time) and they would clean it again. I told him I already provided you guys with an opportunity to take care of it and you guys didnt. Also, the manager was outside with me and his employees. One of the employees attempted to clean my leather seats with a window cleaner. I had to tell him to not do that since that could ruin the leather. This employee advised that they dont have the proper cleaning products. I told the manager, the only solution would be for me to take the vehicle and get the interior clean and they could cut me a check for the expense. The manager advised he could not do that and he could only offer to try to clean it again expecting me to return for the third time. I told him that is not possible since I have to finish doing other errands reason I came in earlier in the day to pick up my vehicle initially. He told me that his shop doesnt detail vehicles and that is not part of the services they provide. I responded to him, I understand but I also expect my vehicle in the conditions I turned it into your shop since I paid approximately $2,700 for the repairs. In the end, there was no solution beside him expecting me to return again for a third time.Other than that problem they repair the damage to my vehicle and the paint match the factory paint. As far as customer service they are only getting 2 stars because at least they repair the damage.

Caliber Collision handled the repair on my 2019 Honda Civic professionally, and slightly below estimate. They were not the lowest estimate I received, but I used them because Keith was very knowledgeable and professional and I figured this carried into the actual repair shop. It did! And at the end of the process, they gave me a discount because I paid out of pocket vs. using insurance.I have a small issue with the paint, which is slightly darker than the original silver metallic color; I know it is impossible to match paint 100% unless you have the same stuff as the factory used, but they could have feathered the paint into the hood. I would give the paint job a 7, the rest of the job a 9 so it settles out on 4 stars.Still I am very satisfied and would return again if needed.

Repairs to an accident involving a deer.

The shop fixed my bumper and then called me to let me know the work was completed. Upon arrival I immediately notice that the bumper is falling off on one side. The manager says the he will take it to the back & fix, but then I wait an extra 30 minutes. And I’ve got say, if you call to say that the work is completed, I expect to show up and see that it is completely done.. which it wasn’t. Other than that, they update you throughout the process & the work was done.

Excellent body shop

My car was hit in the Walgreens parking lot on Rt 40 in Bear. Progressive was awesome and set me up to take my car to Caliber. My passenger tail-light was cracked, my rear bumper was destroyed and my trunk panel was badly dented. Dillion at Caliber was a complete pro! He walked me through everything they would be doing and got my car back to me in three days! I was even able to leave my Enterprise rental at Caliber Which saved me a lot of hassle! Professional work and professional staff! Highly, highly recommended!

The manager was horribly rude, but thats ok, I was happy to take my business elsewhere. **** I just noticed the error in location address... the rude manager was at their Hatboro PA location

Price was way too much for work completed. Found more scratches on my vehicle that weren’t there when I dropped it off. Would also not accept cash. Huge inconvenience. Took 5 days to remove a small dent and paint a small section. Would not recommend to anybody.
