Find another Michaels! I came here to have a photo custom framed. The morning I went to pick it up, there wasnt a single person working the framing department. So I asked an employee if she could help me. That girl could not have been more annoyed at my asking. For the price you pay, youd expect perfection in the finished product. The corners of the frame dont line up and there is glue oozing out of the back. I could have done a better job with a Walmart frame, and done it myself. Never again.

Of course I love Michaels. I always find exactly what Im looking for. 4 stars because no matter which location I go to the line is ridiculous and they only have one register open.

I was able to buy some jewelry strands on clearance for $2 each. unfortunately, because they were on clearance, I wasnt able to earn any rewards, but I understand now that clearance items are not included. Here are some of the items I made with the clearance jewelry.

This is a great Michaels.. it was very well stocked with most items except for the area of drawing utensils.. however I will be going back there today due to the fact that I was charged for items that I did not purchase..there was no price on items and when I found out what they cost, I did not want them.. but they did not correctly remove them from my bill

This store honestly isnt that bad. They got a lot of nifty stuff, between good projects for the family and general arts and crafts stuff, and random household stuff as well. Its the place to go to!

Absolutely love Michaels it is always stocked with everything and us clean. The employees are everywhere and always ask if you need help. The checkout is also fast. This is my only go to craft store the last 2 years.

I want everything in this store! Each time I come I get way more than I came in for because I see amazing craft and decorating ideas. Today they were quite low on fall and Halloween items. While I was a little bummed by that fact, its good for my purse lol.

My experience at this location is good. Staff are willing to help, and if one joins their rewards program its not as expensive as advertised.Con: They are frequently under staff and price vary day by day.

Pre-ordered items online and the clerk was fast and helpful, I had the order in my hands in less than three minutes and couldve been out that same minute if I didnt take advantage of their amazing clearance on paint markers. Always great prices and great help!

Needed yarn to finish 2 projects. Found the colors I needed as well as some free patterns. The yarn was on sale- buy 1 get 2nd 50% off. Good deal. The employee who helped me find yarn as well as young lady@ check out were friendly and helpful.

Clean and neat lots of options, good coupons. Wish the associates would ask or offer them, its not like its coming out their pockets. They have good sales but sometimes its hard to get someone for fabrics or the line is too long.

Funny story - this isnt Michaels fault, but I drove from Chester County, Pa, to Michaels in Wilmington, De following (what else?) GPS directions. GPS sent me to a Michaels that had not officially opened. I eventually got the right one. I bought paint brushes - found exactly what I was looking for. I am not sure how I could have avoided that problem, though.

It looks like theyre not even trying. I needed supplies for a baby shower card, and it was slim pickings. I didnt have time to run to the new store. Lesson learned I guess. Lovely employees tho.

Michaels has a broad selection of fine art and craft materials. It is a nice place to shop and staff are very helpful.

Help needed! Potential to be a great resource for local artist. The paints and canvases are not kept in proper order. Out of many colors! The brush shelving was created to provide a wonderful assortment. Yet, we are left picking from brushes from poorly labeled shelves etc.Painting supplies are expensive. However they are an investment to those that enjoy painting as a hobby or as a commissioned artist.I will return. As my only other option is Amazon (always has what I need. However, many products have texture and colors on the screen are much different than in hand.I wish this place the best. I want it to succeed. Meanwhile; I am happily accepting recommendations from other local suppliers. No “HobbyLobby” please. As their priorities are overtly focused on political and social ideation. They have fallen into the “us against .....” (take your political, social segments of society.Happy to support small business focused on community customer support.

This place is a zoo with all the women picking over holiday stuff. If you are shopping for a woman you might do good here. It holiday stuff.

I was not able to find everything that I was shopping for and employees on the floor were extremely scarce (found one even though I had walked around the entire building). The cashier I checked out with was very friendly & helpful. The shelves seemed stocked well. Everything was pretty well organized.

Visited this store during a Kid’s event. Everything was not ready and associate asked to come back later. Returned at 2:25 PM and associate stated the event is over. Don’t disappoint your kids to visit this store.

Admittedly, in-store shopping post coronavirus (but not so post) is different, for me at least. The store was tidy and the required precautions are in place. Many of the items I was searching for were out of stock. I guess it will take awhile to get back to normal. The staff was friendly and parking was convenient.

The associates are always willing to help. They usually have what your looking for or something close. Can be on the pricey side. The registers (not the cashiers) run slow. Still running on an old system I guess..

Went here January 15th 2021, this place was bare. I hope they dont go out of business as they are the only place around for specialty crafts.

Had an emergency on a craft project and Flew to Michaels to grab a replacement vinyl just to find out that they Didnt close at 9. They Actually close 10 minutes Early by locking the door 😤😤😤 Guess my order will be late when I wouldve only been 3 minutes to grab what I needed. Not Happy

Picked up some items for Fall decorating. This store is always well merchandised and clean. Its not easy to find someone on the sales floor to help you find something or answer a question. Typically the only employees I see are the cashiers. Otherwise its a fun store!

I liked AC More better. To bad they went out of bissness. Honestly all the materials I went for, where overpriced and I found better deals on amazon. 10 colored penciles where like 40$ but on amazon I got 100 good quality pencils for 15$.

Store is messy and staff less than friendly. I understand it’s during a time when everyone is stressed but, growling at your customers and refusing to help when looking to set up a Michael’s account does not leave a good taste in the mouth. Also, the framing center hours are different to the store hours. We were told the farmer would be there anytime between “10 and 10:30...maybe”.
