I’m a big fan of the brand, the store is stunning with very appealing display makes you want to buy everything.The staff is friendly and very helpful.One star is dropped because recently the wait time to have a staff member find the correct size in the back room is just too long. I also found that some of the product can be in store in the back room but not on display which is annoying because you want to see everything they are offering, except of course if it’s a collection that didn’t launch yet. To spare myself some time I decided that my most recent purchase be online eventhough I’m never a fan of buying stuff online.I’m hoping my next visits will call for an edit to this review and add the 5th star back.

Dont waste your time going to the store. They have extremely limited amount of the goods. I just want a simple card case and they dont even have it in store. Thats ridiculous. Order it online.

It’s a large location and I was treated w/ respect without being overly welcomed (which I oftentimes find uncomfortable). Ended up buying a keychain and am generally satisfied with it.

I’ve made two purchases already and I’m loving it. The staff is patient and caring. I love the store because it’s quite and the earth tones make you so relaxed. I’m planning on making more trips !

Madison Avenue store has been checking on my credit for a whole month and I still have not heard back. The credit somehow showed a zero balance when there was a balance. I’m feeling like they aren’t taking this seriously.

Store’s massive

I purchased a pair of sneakers less than a year ago. After wearing them occasionally, the sole started to come apart. I took them to the store expecting prompt service and some form of responsibility for the error in manufacturing. Not only did it take a week a half to even hear what the evaluation showed, but then I was told that it was regular wear and tear. Im sorry but when you purchase what you expect to be a high quality product for a relatively high price, you dont expect them to fall apart even if wearing them daily. Not only that, but then I was told it would take 3 months to have them repaired. Very surprised. Needless to say I will not be making any additional purchases. I dont need this headache.

I worked for this company when I was 17 years old, by far one of the best boutiques to ever work for. Their product stands for itself and customer service and sales are the best! Great to see them still around. ❤️

Situated in a historic townhouse, the Maison is the largest Bottega store in the world with like 5-6 floors combining mens and womens fashion as well as having a floor dedicated to household furniture. Mostly naturally-lit with an elliptical staircase, worth a visit.

You get what you pay for. Beautiful craftsmanship and leather. And very stylish. Its nice to have pieces that not EVERYONE has.

I sent my purse to the store to get cleaned because someone spilled nail polish on it. I have to say the manager is very kind and helpful and MJ checked on my purse for me to make sure they received it. Everyone has been very professional and efficient.

It is completely unacceptable for the staff to not greet all customers. The service is one of the worst I have ever seen or experienced at a designer high end store. One should expect before spending such sums of money the sales associates working could at least say a simple hello or nod to acknowledge a customer. The store itself is nice has a good selection of items.

I honestly love Bottega Veneta, just wish the customer service was a little better. I spend too much money their not to be given top tier service. Its a shame.

These idiots dont even ask for an identification document on a credit card purchase of $3000. Thats being dishonest in my opinion because it tells that you dont care whether a criminal act is taking place in your store, you just care about the money you are cashing. My credit card was cloned, unfortunately, and the criminals came to this store to make the $3000 purchase. A simple question, asking for an ID, would have avoided that and trouble to me. How come you dont ask for an ID for a $3000 purchase? It actually makes me suspicious.

I love Bottega Veneta handbags! Shopping at the 5th ave store is always a great experience. The customer service is excellent - I wish I could own MORE BV products!
