As a Timberland customer and fan I was hoping for more from this store. I just feel like everything fell flat here adding no excitement about new and existing products.All of the products are just there as if thrown together for a spur of the minute pop-up. It’s a shame because not only are some of these beautiful but also highly functional.The staff was too busy talking amongst themselves. Leaving shoppers to browse about without offering help or welcoming them into the shop.BTW, I felt the half-hearted effort for this space they call the Rain Room is a waste of space and time.
Salesperson was enthusiastic and funny. I went in shortly before closing (my boot blew out the side) and he was exceptional. He tried to track down the boot I wanted far and wide, he stayed engaged, and when it couldnt be found, made some local suggestions. Id go back in a minute.
Genuinely the worst retail experience I’ve ever had. I walked in, the store is empty except for 5 sales associates, 3 of whom are standing in a circle chatting. Nobody offers to help until I ask. When I do ask, I’m greeted with the most “why are you bothering me” I’ve ever come across. After I get my very annoyed response, the associate turns and walks away to continue their conversation. Another associate approached me and says “What do you want?!” Just don’t come here. Save yourself the time and spend money somewhere else.

I went to the staple pigeon and Timberland boot release party here. I had a great time. A very high ceilings and nice atmosphere. The workers with both Brands were incredibly kind to me. I will come back here to shop.
Really nice store. The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. They didnt have the size and color jacket in stock we wanted so they ordered it for us. Excellet service!!
From the associates to the managers they all have really bad attitudes worst attitudes compared to any other store on 5th ave
