Quaint store on one of the side streets of lower Manhattan. Staff are very passionate and skilled in their work, leaving no question unanswered. Prices were high, but thats to be expected. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and I was left well informed of my purchase and further information about the store. Very satisfied with my purchase!

Bought my first Fjallraven bag here, staff being very helpful and polite.

Loved this store. I called 20 minutes before they closed to make sure they had the item I wanted, and the woman I spoke to got all of the colors they had in stock out for me so I could take a look as soon as I arrived. Everyone was super helpful and kind.

Small and cute, and even though it’s not big as the epic nyc, it has an amazing selection and kind staff. Since it’s also not as popular as the bigger store, more of the backpacks are in stock meaning you have a higher chance in getting the color bag you need. I went to the first one for a fog colored bag and walked 10 minutes to this one to be able to buy it because they had it in stock. I recommend going to this one instead :)

They held my jacket whilst I made my way to the store and helped with the fitting and explaining everything to me very clearly. We have had a great experience at both the Fjallraven NYC stores - Soho and Nolita.Not only because we like the clothing, but the staff there have always been friendly, happy, engaged, attentive and very enthusiastic about the products and sharing them with you (if you want to know about them).The staff have never been pushy and give you space and time to shop.Always happy when we leave the store, whether we have bought anything or not.

Ive purchased two bags from here one for my son and one for myself. The quality is excellent and the staff is very helpful. These really are the best school bags for children.

Small but comfy. The other location has more stuff in stock though.

Smaller than their flagship store but a bit more intimate and the helpful staff make it a welcoming visit.

Be careful when they go in the back and find your size. For me, they came back with the right size but a slight variant of the pants I wanted. Looked similar in the store, but I only realised the difference when I returned to my hotel. I had to make another trip to do a return since they really did not have my size in the pant style I wanted. More effort on my part for nothing, hence not a good experience.

I love the bags, they have nice colors.

Cool brand and styles but their jackets just didnt really fit me that well and they didnt have that many that Id wear when not carrying an axe in the woods in deep snow.

I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Fjallraven and I have to say that even beyond their products being top notch in function, durability, comfort, and style, their customer service is stellar! I have found my favorite brand - hands down, all the way around.I cant wait to get their Kajka pack! This space feels more personal then the SOHO location.

Great products for all season if you havent tried them yet. This particular store is also set in a building filled with history dating back to the civil war when it was used as an ammunition bunker.

The people working here are fun to talk with, and the items for sale seem to be well stocked in terms of colors and sizes.

I did not know the brand, I bought a waterproof backpack and with a guarantee of x life, it is true a bit expensive but excellent quality and attention, take some backpacks to waterproof friends, bought on previous trips and the next day they told me that I could remove them and no fee!!!! They are worth what they cost.
