The people are nice - but the company is not so great - and needs to get their act together! if i ask to leave a package at the facility -to pick up - i should be able to do that. but instead, they sent it back to original destination. who knows.???just dont buy anything online anymore apparently.anyway, fyi - this office is down the street from the old place. as a new development is going up next to red square.its closer to essex now. posting pics of the old location. walk about 20 ft towards essex for the new location
So I may be totally remedial when it comes to technology. I was trying to print a document from my email. It sounds simple but I’m the simple one. I read the instruction so many times and couldn’t work it out.Then an Angel of mercy came and showed me the way! Quinny works there and if u need anything find this gorgeous human. She not only showed me how to work this confusing machine but had took initiative when I was in next… I had gotten halfway through the process and got stuck.Angel baby knew and came to my aid.She Deserves a raise, she cares about her job and does it so so well.Thank you for everything my new fed ex friend♥️♥️♥️
This review is solely for Cooper. Whatever her position is she should be promoted. Everyone else stands around and they stare at you while you’re waiting to ask a question it’s the craziest thing. Eric and some other girl literally stared at me while I waited patiently and didn’t say a word…then he looked OVER me and helped a guy behind me who just walked in??? What is that…? Cooper is on it- she figures it out- she’s a solution based employee and would be an asset to any company. I had some what of a printing emergency for work with a really tight deadline- one of the machines was broken and Cooper took it upon herself to salvage the problem and I’m super grateful. Honestly would give her 100 stars if I could. Thank you Cooper for helping me super last minute!!!!
Today I had a woman with the worst attitude for customer service that I’ve ever experienced. She was actually full on and straight up mean and I’m surprised she even got a job in customer service. It’s shocking to me. I’ve never in my life experienced such a rude person.
Reviewers Seriously need to NOT SHARE NAMES, this is giving away a persons identity on the internet. You never know if someone is in a domestic violent situation and needs their privacy in order to stay safe. Our information is already out there. Just look up your name your address will be on it. Had an awful experience. My job required them to print a double-sided menu and have them cut the piece. I provided the paper.They told me that they had a “flash sale” and I was going to get better pricing. To do the job they charged me $15 premium to “design” my print and for the “rush order.”They did the cut wrong and I had to call them once I saw this. They said they would redo this and have it ready in 2 hours. Two days later when I went to go pick it up, it hadn’t been started. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to complete the job.So the $30 charge that they gave this order was unnecessary. I also spent $60 on Ubers getting to and from the location on two occasions.They said they couldn’t refund me any fees on the job.This was a basic order and they couldn’t get it right. I will never come back here and warn you about getting your work done at this location.They could’ve done a better job at executing this of course. But what’s worse is that they failed at reconciling a mistake they made, creating more cost for the customer.

Wow paid for overnight delivery and when the recipient never received the box I had to call and find out they had it at the Fed Ex location for pick up without telling me the shipper or the recipient. The reason given was that it’s a business that was closed. Mistake as it’s a residential address so that’s not true and the building is very much there within less than a mile of the store. When attempting to get a redelivery they stated it’s snowing so I had to understand they may not be able to do it and when I asked why no one was contacted about the failed delivery they had nothing to say but became accusatory to me the paying customer. On top of that the 1-800 Fed Ex customer service is just as lost and unhelpful telling me I wouldn’t be able to get a refund or and adjustment from the overnight delivery charge. Waste of money and flat out robbed me for doing absolutely nothing. Will probably end up closing one day and customer service like this will make them the PAN AM of delivery services.
I usually dont write bad reviews but I feel like everyone should stay away from this location. Social distancing rules are not enforced here. The employees are rude. The store is filthy. Just really not a good situation. If you can make it to another location go there instead.
Has a sign mentioning requirement of masks but staffs doesn’t wear masks, and disregard you if you share your concern in that regard. Manager seems cool about it.
The lady that works here has an attitude and is in disbelief when a customer asks for assistance or a demonstration. It seems the staff in general wants to be unbothered.

Decent FedEx usually a line like everywhere else. Staff are friendly can be overworked at times but understandable. Smaller location closes at 6pm. Arrive at least 15 minutes before 6pm
I just left this store- agree with waiting times being a little long but OMG the service. The employees here are the most helpful, polite and generally wonderful people Ive ever dealt with when shipping and printing. Will definitely use this store going forward.
Horrific customer service.The woman working aggressively asked me to push boxes back in the box compartment after I took some out for purchase. Those she asked me to push back in were sticking out by one or two inches. So extremely petty. I don’t work at FedEx, I have another job that I spend all of my time at, do not ask me to do your job, too. That’s why YOU work there.
I was just reading the reviews for FedEx FedEx out loud to my son because he just doesnt get why I go 2 miles farther to get my copies done. I was crying with laughter as I read the owners response to a couple of negative reviews. Ive been there when hes served up his humblings to customers that ask for it. They do. I explained to my son that thats why I go there, to experience it in person. I wish I could hang out there drinking coffee, and witnessing a master at work straightening out the bent ones. I also go there for the affordability! It was a huge WOW! after Id gotten fleeced at a FedEx on FedEx ! They have no conscience! Tom, keep it up! Youre a riot!! Im on my way to you right now! Often mute, delayed and reckless handling of print orders and shipments, including packing and insurance. While some are genuinely helpful, others shuffle aimlessly while on personal calls... a negative head nod is often the pinnacle of their communicative efforts. High turnover explains a lot. FedEx is useful but the store could be better managed.
I walked 25 minutes to pick up a package there, which in the end they did not give me because the address of my ID was not the same as where I live now, I recently moved and I have everything in the previous address, they did not leave me or receipt of delivery attempt at my house, if I only brought my ID, but according to her, I needed a bill that would say my address to check, which I dont have because I moved recently and to top it all the girl speaks with a terrible attitude, I preferred that they return the package to return there, I never return, when they leave me a package there, I prefer that they return it to the trail, I will not walk 25 minutes to be treated like that.
I use this branch for almost all my Fed Ex shipping and they are always pretty greatt. But the other day, one person really took time to help me with complicated problem, and I want to mention this person - Keisha - in particular. She went above and beyond helping me track a package that I didnt even send from this branch.I had called the 800 number about five or six times trying to get this package tracked, with no results. So frustrating! Finally got help from Keisha!

The new manager, Adam Chalif has transformed this FedEx Center. Customers are treated in a professional and supportive manner. I wanted to ship a large suitcase and called the center and spoke with Adam who gave me all the information I needed. Later when I went to the center, he was again very helpful. Natalie, who handled all my transactions that day displayed excellent people skills and provided me with the right answers and advice to my questions about the best and most economical way to ship packages via air and freight. My experience at this Center rated 5 Stars!

Terrible wait and was not assisted. Staff kept their head down to avoid helping people. Took a few pictures.I had to walk to 69 spring street fedex where they helped me and I was done in minutes.
They have a printing machine that says they will print documents from Google Drive, but when it didn’t work I was told that I have to use a station (which costs 3x as much). Employees are trying to rip you off. Why would they offer it if it doesn’t work!?
Ive only used the computer workstations, printers, and copy machines. Everything usually works fine. One star off because I usually have to try a couple of terminals before one recognizes my credit card.
Great locale! Any type of printing. Tons of services. Great photo printer, print from any device, card, cloud account, even Facebook. Cool staff. They saved my butt many times
Wow, I dont know why people are complaining about this store, because since I started going there I have loved the friendly staff and their quick service. They go out of their way to ensure our prints are done before our deadline. Kudos to the manager and the staff for the good job.
Skeleton staff and the scanners are useless. If you want to over pay and spend too much time for poor quality, this is the spot for you. I spent 45 minutes trying to get a passport photo and have it sent to my email. The photo was fine, but the scanner made me look like Alice Cooper. Computers are confusing and charge by the minute. It took so long I didnt even have time to ship my items.
FedEx, your employees are stellar, but your store is short-staffed. Your penny pinching cost me 20 minutes to drop-off a shipment I prepared online. Do better or get out of the #1 city where efficiency counts.

Yes they’re understaffed and it gets busy at lunch time but I thought the manager, Gentry, handled everything with a lot of patience and professionalism. I had to ship out 17 large boxes, we got through all of them and he didn’t rush me once.

I dont understand why all these people are complaining about customer service. I use this place to get large format prints and banners done for out shop in Soho and they ALWAYS are helpful and accommodating. I have called many times with I need this in 2 hours requests and they do their best to help out.

I totally agree with several frustrated customers - particularly regarding a very arrogant man who was working behind the counter. Thank goodness Jenny or Jessica, the asst. manager (or parhaps, MANAGER as she deserves to be one) was there & took care of the situation.
Incredible rude and incompetent. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, staff member Jusleen decides to help two men who jumped the line. She then proceeded to argue with me about it. Then refused to assist me in mailing a package. The assistant manager Kevin also refused to remedy the situation.

Mike and Pablo helped me with a banner for my fathers funeral. They both were extremely professional and kind. Mike took personal care and attention, and helped me develop ideas and different views until it was exactly what I was pookibg for. It was completed in less than 8 hours and Pablo called me when it was completed. I would recommend this fedex office. Thank you Mike and Pable.

Ive basically come to expect this type of service from government employees at the US post office, but at FedEx? The employees dont care about you or your patronage and do their best to make sure you know it.
Very unhelpful, I was unable to print my documents I need tomorrow. I was told to use all the different machines and pay per minute which did not even end up working. Then I was lectured that I should have asked staff for help, which I did. The machines do not work as advertised and the staff could not help me print a simple double-sided document.
This location could use some extra hands. Otherwise, the staff is very knowledgeable. Too bad theyre extremely busy.

The two employess who were working around 3 pm on 05/19/2018. Were extremely rude and having personal conversations with one other. Not helping customers and the experience was horrible. I will not ever go back to that location again. I hope this goes into the hands of upper management.

Terrible service, was the first person in line and still waited ten minutes to be served. Asked for the cheapest way to mail something and was given incorrect advice which cost me an extra 8 dollars almost doubling the cost of my order. Shelves were understocked. Awful experience.
