Awful customer service. They only let me in the showroom for a few seconds because they had a “scheduled showing”. If you can only enter the store by appointment only, The Hon should say by appointment only. Unreal.
Bought a Hon desk because of the great warranty. The WARRANTY IS SMOKE, BOLOGNA, BULL! FAKE warranty, they don’t cover anything! Read carefully, only if it can be proven that’s its a defect. Obviously, if the desk is falling apart, it’s poor workmanship, or poor quality. They kept me on hold forever, then said they would call me back at 10:00, I ended up calling them, after 11:00. Company is a FRAUD! BEWARE!!!!!
